: The aim of this research was to identify the students and faculty member’s perspective on the digital education or E-learning experience (using E-platforms) during the Coronavirus pandemic. The researcher used the descriptive method, Data was collected from 440 students and 120 faculty members from faculty of physical education, Helwan university. The results of the research revealed that students and faculty members are disadapted to E-learning/teaching (online platforms/e-platforms), and they are dissatisfied with this online experience (teaching/learning via e-platforms), and that educational attainment through the use of digital education platforms is more difficult, and that learning through the digital learning environment leads to poor participation and interaction with colleagues compared to face-to-face learning (traditional education), and encountered technical problems with the platforms provided by universities (connecting to the platform, signal loss, delayed viewing of messages, the sound was not clear), and difficulty of work as a result of the practical tasks of the courses that require the presentation of the practical part of the subject/course were not suitable for the Internet environment.

Upper stature syndrome is not easy to treat simply by recommending the individual follow healthy habits and exercise, but he must use orthopedic rehabilitation programs for correcting the spine (formal performance exercises for gymnastics). The research aimed to design a program using formal performance exercises in gymnastics for the injured with the upper cross syndrome. The researcher used the experimental method with the experimental design for one group, using the pre- and post-measurements of it. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from students with the spinal syndrome, where the number of the research sample was (14) students with ages ranging from 13 - 15 years old. The researcher used the metal tape device to measure the curvatures of the spine and the Spirometer to measure the vital capacity of the lungs. The results indicated that the formal performance exercise program for gymnastics had a positive effect on improving the body shape and muscular strength of the research sample. In addition to improving the vital capacity. The researcher recommended using the formal performance training program in Gymnastics as a preventive measure in the rehabilitation of patients with upper stature syndrome

The research aims to identify the effect of using rhythmic kinetic exercises on improving the kinetic speed of junior footballers, where the researcher used the experimental method, and used the experimental design with measurement (pre-post) for two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, due to its relevance to the nature of this research. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from football juniors at Al Salam Sports Club in Sadat City, Menoufia Governorate, under 15 years old, who are enrolled in the Menoufia Football League in the 2020/2021 sports season. The injury, so that the number of the sample members (22) young people were divided into two equal groups, one experimental and the other controlling the strength of each of them (11) young people. The experimental and control groups were subjected to the application of the proposed training program using rhythmic exercises. Where the proposed training program was applied during the stage of special preparation, and preparation for matches for a period of (10) weeks, with several (4) training units during the week, while the control group completed the implementation of the program conventional during the same period. The most important results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the two-dimensional measurements of the experimental group and the control group in the kinetic speed under study in favor of the dimensional measurement of the experimental group.

The study aims to design a training program (sense-kinesthetic) for the attack distances and test its impact on the offensive skills of the kumite juniors so that the player can perform kicks and punches in the recording areas during the kumite matches. The sample was (50) players aged (14: 15) years, whose weights were as follows (52 kg, 58 kg, 63 kg, 70 kg, +70 kg). The results showed that the training program (Sensory - Kinesthetic) resulted in improvement of offensive performance tests and its components (endurance - maximum speed - endurance speed), as well as improved the direct attack of the kumite players (Kiyako Jerry - Uramawashi Jerry - Kyako Suki Kizame Mwashi Jerry - Kyako Suki Kizame Ura Muwashi Jerry - Kisami Suki Kiizami Muwashi Jerry - Kizame Suki Kizame Ura Muwashi Jerry - Kyako Suki - Kizame Suki - Kiyako Suki -O Kizami Uramwashi - Jerry Mwashi Kizami Mwashi Jerry - Kizami Suki Keizami Mwashi - Kiyaki Suki Mwashi - Kiyaki Suki Kizame Uramwashi - Kiyaki Suki Kizame Mwashi - Kayaki Suki Muwashi, the training program also improved skill performance right and left using (arms – legs – mixed ).
