The article briefly examines the changes in international tourist flows and the dynamics of international tourist revenues in the period 1996-2017; 2012-2018. It was made the diagnosis of flows by tourist regions of the world, and the tourism role trend has been established both locally and internationally. This trend was also found in Ukraine, based on the analysis of the tourist flows, a thorough diagnosis of the main indicators of the activity of entities in tourism: number of tourists served by the subjects of tourist activity, and the incomes of the enterprises of the tourist on the categories of legal and natural persons. It shows the importance of obtaining income from the provision of tourism services and their impact both on the activity of tourism enterprises and on the economy of the state. There is a close relationship between the level of income of the consumer and the level of income of the tourist enterprise. The analysis supported the elaboration of forecasts on revenues from tourism services in three development scenarios: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic.

Nowadays the intercultural management has become very important because the interaction between managers and employees is very important in the development of the organization. We have to know that the globalization, a concept that has become more and more present in current economic and political literature, implies the formation of a new world economic hierarchy, which deviates from the traditional models of capitalism and requires a new institutional framework. For workers, globalization means the possibility of working abroad. For investors, it can mean the ability to transfer capital from one country to another, from one day to the next. From the abundance of information that invades us daily through modern ways of communication, it has been evocative terms such as: international (multi-national), multinational (a certain number of nations), transnational (beyond national borders) or development global (the whole world). This article want to show the link between globalization and management.

In recent decades the budget deficit has become an increasingly common and pronounced feature of the economies of different countries in the world economy. The purpose of this article is to identify the causes, consequences and ways of financing the budget deficit and to analyze the evolution of this indicator in Romania compared to the average of the European Union and the Euro Zone, between 2009-2018.

In this study, the authors are looking for the latest trends in choosing an open-source wiki platform for document management. To rigorously substantiate the choice of the most appropriate platform for each case, the authors propose a mathematical model of comparison, based on the similarity of the platform characteristics with the ideal platform. Mainly, it is considered that in each situation we can identify the determined characteristics of the most appropriate platform (the ideal platform), characteristics that are then compared with the characteristics of the existing platforms on the market. The most suitable platform is the one with the highest score, meaning it is the more likely to the searched platform.

Currently, change affects organizations, it is said that there are two types of businesses, those that change and those that disappear. For change to be effective both organizations and people need to change. Today's businesses need to be adaptable and flexible, responsive to customer needs and cost-effective. The key to change involves learning, innovation, adopting behavior designed to enhance performance and quality. The effective designing of business processes is an important issue for the corporations. The need itself, to improve the existing business process in an organization, results in Business Process Reengineering. The Business Intelligence approach brings together business and IT tools, providing a bridge between the definition of a change strategy and its execution. This article aims to analyze of the implementation of the BPR model in the heavy industry by incorporating the highest level automation technologies, with emphasis on the “safety†. Focus of this study was on providing a comprehensive overview of BPR approaches, challenges and outcomes. There is still a need for exclusive and universally acceptable model for BPR as well as a commonly applicable methodology. BPR could act as an important strategic tool for sustained competitive advantage for companies in the present context.

This paper aims to assess the situation of Algeria in the field of shale gas to illustrate the various potential benefits and risks in the exploitation area. The constraints for Algeria are numerous : the risks due in its exploitation, particularly the pollution generated by hydraulic fracturing and also the increased risk of earthquake; the scarcity of water resources and the high cost of such investments. Currently, and under conditions of non-availability of clean and safe technologies, the most available choice for Algeria is the diversification of non-hydrocarbon exports and the development of renewable energies.
