ABSTRACTCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) is a process of obtaining, maintaining, and improving the profitable relationship to the customers with the intention of creating a good vibe to the customers. Through the satisfaction coming from the customers, it will maximize the profits for the company in order to obtain a comparative advantage by taking care of the product quality to improve more satisfaction for the customers. CRM will also support the TPQ administrators in order to maintain and improve the relationship with the students. A good relationship with TPQ students will create loyalty to the TPQ program. One of the methods TPQ Baitul Ihsan Mosque administrators used is by decreasing the amount of student desertion. Like providing more facilitaties such as providing some scholarship to the student who needed. This research was conducted at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque of the East Java Bank Indonesia, uses a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and complex data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons interviewed are as follows: Chairman Mr. Takmir, TPQ Manager, Former TPQ Manager, and TPQ Students. In general, it can be concluded thatBaitul Ihsan Mosque has implemented strategies in building loyalty such as reducing the level of desertion, maintaining the relationship between customers and students, obtaining new potential of each students, and improving to get more of high-value customers. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to describe management related to asset management in places of worship. The object of research is the garden assets. This research was conducted at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Mosque in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Number of informants, namely 1. Deputy chairman of takmir 2. Garden employees. In general, it can be concluded that the Baitul Hakam Mosque is a typical office mosque because it is located in the Pelindo office area. Garden management activities at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya Mosque are also running or in accordance with existing theories and realities. Namely applying management elements which include Man (human), Money (money), Materials (objects), Machines (machines / tools), Methods (ways), and Markets (markets). Takmir Baitul Hakam Mosque has also carried out functions in the management process which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, it can also be seen that the work system implemented by the Baitul Hakam Takmir Mosque such as a finger scan every entry and return, various rewards and punishments for employees can also make the park management activities at Baitul Hakam Mosque run well.ABSTRAKTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan terkait Manajemen Pengelolaan aset pada tempat ibadah. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Baitul Hakam adalah tipikal masjid perkantoran dikarenakan letaknya di area perkantoran Pelindo. Kegiatan manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya juga berjalan atau ada kesesuaian dengan teori dan realitas yang ada. Yaitu menerapkan unsur-unsur manajemen yang di antaranya Man (manusia), Money (uang), Materials (benda), Machines (mesin/alat), Methods (cara), dan Markets (pasar). Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam juga telah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi di dalam proses manajemen yang diantaranya adalah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating), dan pengawaasan (controlling). Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam seperti finger scan setiap masuk dan pulang, berbagai reward dan punishment bagi para pegawai juga dapat membuat aktivitas manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam berjalan dengan baik.

ABSTRACTThe Al-Munawwir Dictionary provides a definition of a mosque as a place of worship for Muslims, seen in terms of the mosque's etymology derived from the word sajada-sujud-masjad / mosque, which means obedient, obedient, and submissive with respect. This study aims to provide an overview of the strategy and management of the Friday sermon production process at the Kemayoran Mosque in Surabaya as its object. The method used by researchers in this research is a case study with data collection procedures using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Temuan yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan hasil yang dipertajam dengan uraian deskriptif mengenai beberapa kategori produksi khubah. Pertama, proses penentuan gagasan program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. Kedua, untuk mekanisme seleksi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. The method used by researchers in this research is a case study with data collection procedures using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. So that researchers can explore the phenomenon of the object of research in detail and depth. The findings that occur in the field show results that are sharpened by descriptive descriptions of several categories of production. ABSTRACTMuhammad Cheng Ho Mosque or commonly known as the Cheng Ho Mosque is one of the mosques that provides facilities for converts to form a Muslim personality both in terms of morals and aqidah and understands other syar'i sciences. The purpose of this study is to describe the management steps of the conversion program at Cheng Ho Surabaya Mosque. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this research show that the management of the converts program at the Cheng Ho Mosque in Surabaya was formed because of the background situation and conditions of the converts, departing from the experiences of several asatidzah who were also converts before, then the idea emerged to create a program management and planning to provide quality quality. quality for mualla, so from here a Chinese community was built and the Cheng ho Surabaya Mosque and the PITI Surabaya institution participated in helping to formulate programs and guidance to Muallaf. With the vision and mission of wanting to make Cheng Ho Mosque as a learning satisfaction and center of worship as well as a place for converts to study Islam.ABSTRAK Masjid Muhammad Cheng Ho atau biasa dikenal dengan nama Masjid Cheng Ho salah satu masjid yang menaungi untuk memberikan fasilitas bagi para muallaf dalam membentuk pribadi muslim yang baik dari segi akhlak dan aqidah serta paham dengan ilmu-ilmu syar’i lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui manajemen program muallaf di Masjid Cheng Ho Surabaya dibentuk karena adanya latar belakang situasi dan kondisi para muallaf, berangkat dari pengalaman beberapa para asatidzah yang juga notabenenya dahulu adalah muallaf, lalu muncullah ide untuk membuat sebuah manajemne program dan perencanaan dalam memberikan kualitas yang bermutu bagi para mualla, maka dari sini lah dibangun sebuah komunitas Tionghoa dan Masjid Cheng ho Surabaya serta lembaga PITI Surabaya ikut serta dalam membantu merumuskan program dan pembinaan kepada Muallaf. Dengan visi misi ingin menjadikan Masjid Cheng Ho sebagai puasat belajar dan pusat ibadah serta menjadi wadah untuk para muallaf dalam mempelajari agama Islam.

ABSTRACTThis research is intended to describe the program management sermon Friday at the Al-Ikhlash mosque, Tanjung Perak in Surabaya in Ecstasy. The goal in this study was describe the idea in search management program comes in Mosque Al-Ikhlash Tanjung Perak Surabaya in Ecstasy, described the selection process khatib, describes the design introduction, describes the implementation of the trial and described the shape of the design eventually. This study uses qualitative methods with the descriptive approach. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Program management ' preaching Friday at Mosque Al-Ikhlash of Tanjung Perak Surabaya Aware include: the Groove, the duration of the sermon, the criteria of khatib, theme, schedule khatib, SOP appearance khatib and infrastructure repair facility that supports the sermon Friday. Advice for all administrators that are in Al-Ikhlash mosque in Surabaya, to always provide service properly to the jama'ah, through the care facilities in Mosque Al-Ikhlash, choose a quality khatib-khatib, to performing at home and feel comfortable when the worship in the Mosque of Al-Ikhlash. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pencarian gagasan dalam manajemen program khutbah di Masjid Al-Ikhlash Tanjung Sadari Perak Surabaya, menggambarkan proses seleksi khatib, menggambarkan design pendahuluan, menggambarkan pelaksanaan uji coba dan menggambarkan bentuk design akhirnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Manajemen Program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Ikhlash Tanjung Sadari Perak Surabaya meliputi: alur, durasi khutbah, kriteria khatib, tema, jadwal khatib, SOP penampilan khatib dan sarana prasana yang mendukung khutbah Jum’at. Saran bagi segenap pengurus yang ada di Masjid Al-Ikhlash Surabaya, agar selalu memberikan pelayanan dengan baik kepada para jama’ah, melalui perawatan fasilitas yang ada di Masjid Al-Ikhlash, memilih khatib-khatib yang berkualitas, agar jama’ah betah dan merasa nyaman ketika beribadah di Masjid Al-Ikhlash.
