A lot of personal data in the company are processed into various formats for each purpose of use, such as aggregate tables, and are generally stored as derived data. After the enforcement of the GDPR, when the user exercises “right to the erasure of personal data”, the companies are obliged to delete any link, or copy of the data taking all reasonable measures. On the other hand, since the data necessary for companies to comply with legal obligations should be retained, risk assessment of data to be deleted and data to be left is necessary. However, many derived data can be combined and the original data may be restored, and it is difficult to determine whether the data should be deleted. In this paper, we propose a method to measure the connectability of each attribute between derived data and manage the relationship by a graph structure. Then, by searching as a route the connectivity between the derived data, we measure the risk of connecting and restoring personal data. Using this structure, we propose a method to reduce connectability by using local differential privacy to disturb only the attribute with the highest connectability among the searched routes. And we also propose a measurement method of privacy protection index necessary to process to the level that cannot distinguish the users when two people were extracted from a database and applied differential privacy, and the effect was verified by experiments.

How could we define the Engineer Professor? A restless traveler through the needle of thinking, a Gulliver in need to find undiscovered territories. He firstly arrives in Lilliput, the country of the dwarves. Directs himself toward Brobdingnag, the giant's country, toward Laputa, the flying island, toward Glubbdubdrib, the country wizards and last but not least, toward e Houyhnhnms, the noble horses' s country. Lilliput, the country of the dwarves, symbolizes the methods based upon the activation of the pupil's thinking, step by step, in the elaboration of the educative process. Thus the pupils are assimilated in the dynamic of the teaching activities, intrinsically constrained to study and eventually to activate all the potential cognition for reaching the school efficiency. Along this time the teacher seems to watch the classroom universe like a scientist who is using the microscope and he sees it through the convergent lens of education. Brobdingnag, the giants country, symbolizes the methods based on group activities & on promoting a global brainstorming that concentrate the flux of collective ideas rising them in an indestructible spiral. The teacher is looking now through a telescope, watching the augmentation of the school efficiency up to the reaching of the pedagogic ideal. Laputa, Glubbdubdrib & Houyhnhnms offer a kaleidoscopic view, making reference to the mosque activities that integrate both the traditional & modern teaching.

Any electronic component (with the exception of Peltier modules) will dissipate heat when in use. Depending on the amount of dissipated heat, the component temperature may increase. It is known that between 60-80% of the electrical power consumed by an LED during operation is converted to heat [1]–[8]. Generated heat becomes a major problem when the LEDs are chip-on-board or high-power because the current density increases and thermal dissipation becomes a problem that should be considered by the designers of lighting assemblies. In order to obtain the best thermal performances and to reduce the costs of obtaining a prototype, mechanical and thermoelectric models are developed and simulated. In this paper we study the way in which the material parameters and the boundary conditions affect the results of thermal simulations starting from the virtual model of a real LED presented in [1] by the author.

In this paper we present a method for the estimation of the monthly electric energy consumption, in a house, using a feed forward neural network. The network is trained with the backpropagation algorithm and the patterns used for training are the previous months' consumption. The network was trained using real consumptions from a house, from the previous three years. We used for the network three input neurons, and on these three inputs will be placed the consumptions for the previous three months, and the network will estimate on its output the consumption for the current month.

Online quizzes are often used today in E-learning because they allow quick updates for both the quiz creation technologies and the quiz contents. There are many challenges that need to be solved in the domain of online testing, especially test result data storage, non-repudiation and result tampering prevention. While many previous papers have focused on the potential of using novel technologies for enhancing education and online testing, this paper will showcase the custom build of a system that allows single sign in, creation of custom quizzes, solving quizzes and result tampering prevention. The technologies used are: Angular for interface implementation, Firebase for the Real time database and Blockchain for result tampering prevention. The conclusions will outline the implementation challenges and plans for future development.

The goal of this paper is to find out what are the steps in developing an application, the difficulty of it and future improvements. With this occasion, we chose to develop a weather application. A weather application is a very handy one, with daily usability and can be constantly updated to fit certain needs. Many people now rely on data directly from their smartphones and the weather forecast is something indispensable to have. The most commonly used development environment is Android Studio, the all in one developing tool which ensures full control on the application development.

The paper starts from identifying the variables that define the current societal context and rethinking them in the sense of a well-being projection. In this respect, we analyzed the correlation between unemployment rate, GDP, and R & D spending in the Romanian economy, as a prerequisite of the interest for the development of education in consensus with the directions of the society based on knowledge. Thus, the level of unemployment is influenced to a significant extent by R & D investment, as well as the indirect link between GDP growth and the unemployment rate, a link known as the Okun Law.

Today's web applications should not stagnate in front of the native software, which is available on mobile devices and on the desktop platforms we are so used to. They must be able to achieve the same quality in the interaction with the user, while at the same time providing an extremely high level of security without requiring high costs from the servers. The article aims - through the use of the most used web technologies - to illustrate the inception of a software solution meant to improve and facilitate the students' relationship with the teaching staff, and also to provide the students access to their grades, informing them about school announcements and the didactic materials uploaded on the online platform by the professors. The platform, built as a dynamic web, allows users to create and post educational management documents.

Energy consumption is an important issue in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Reducing the number of transmission packet messages by sensor nodes is the most common solutions to save the node battery. Therefore, the main contribution of this paper is to study the performances of different algorithms that can reduce the number of data packets transmitted by sensor nodes within the WSN. The selected algorithms in this study are Move Average (MA) algorithm, Autoregressive all-pole model parameters - Burg's algorithm. (AR-B), Autoregressive all-pole model parameters - Yule-Walker algorithm (AR-YW) and an Efficient Data Collection and Dissemination Algorithm (EDCD1). The performance comparison shows that the on the basis of reduction in the data packet transmissions from the source to the sink, EDCD1 algorithm shows the maximum reduction of 92% while a minimum reduction of 23% is shown in case of MA and the reduction of AR-B and AR-YW are 58% and 56, respectively. Moreover, in terms of the absolute error in the data at the sink, the EDCD1 algorithm shows the best performance with a less average error at 2.2803 for all sensors compared to other algorithms.
