Pandemide öğretmen olmak: sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim deneyimleri

Background: The importance and implementation of remote education, which has become the agenda of our education-teaching system with the pandemic process, continues to increase all over the world. The epidemic has also given us the chance to see some of the opportunities offered by remote education. In similar situations where restrictions are mandatory, it is expected to be permanent by being applied together with face-to-face education in the coming years, except it is seen as an alternative to prevent the disruption of education. For this reason, teacher experiences are important in terms of evaluating the remote education applied during the pandemic process, revealing its quality and efficiency, and eliminating the deficiencies. Objectives: The aim of this study is to reveal the remote education experiences of classroom teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic. Methods: Phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. As the study group, 15 primary school teachers working in a state school in Meram district of Konya province were determined. In dertermine of particaipants was used to criterion sampling method one of the purposive sampling methods. As a data collection tool was used to a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The interviews were made via video on the online platform. In the analysis of the data was used Content analysis. A precise description of the methods used to collect data and determine the relationships between the variables. Results: According to the results of the study, it was seen that the primary school teachers generally viewed remote education positively, which they experienced during the pandemic process. Türkiye’deki fen öğretim programlarında bilimsel süreç becerilerinin yeri

This study, it is aimed to examine the scientific process skills in primary education science teaching programs from the Republic to the present. Within the scope of the research, primary and secondary school science teaching programs prepared since 1926 were examined and a compilation was made about how scientific process skills are included in the program. Under this context, the science teaching programs in Turkey; 1926 primary school programs, 1936 primary school program, 1948 primary school program, 1968 primary school program, 1974 and 1977 primary school science programs, 1992 primary education institutions science lesson curriculum, 2000 primary schools science lesson curriculum, 2005 science, and technology lesson curriculum, The 2013 science curriculum, and the 2018 science course curriculum were examined. When the programs were examined, it was determined that although the expressions about scientific process skills were indirectly included in the programs up to the 2005 curriculum, it was determined that the concept of scientific process skills did not pass. It was determined that in the 2005 curriculum, scientific process skills were included as a separate learning area and the acquisitions related to these skills were included. In the 2013 and 2018 science curricula, scientific process skills were also briefly mentioned.

Öğretmenlik mesleğinin bir kadın mesleğine dönüşmesi sorununun çözümüne yönelik öğretmen adaylarının geliştirdikleri öneriler

When the teaching profession is examined in terms of gender balance, it is seen that it has become a profession in which increasing number of women constitute the numerical majority compared to men. In some departments that trainee teachers, the number of male students is almost negligible, and the teaching profession displays the appearance of turning into a female profession. This research aimed to determine what could be the solution suggestions for the feminization of the teaching profession according to the gender of the trainee teachers. The research employed a qualitative descriptive and phenomenological design and typical case sampling method, which is a purposive sampling technique. The study group of the research consisted of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year prospective teachers at Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University and Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University Faculty of Education, Departments of Primary Education, Social Sciences and Turkish Education, Foreign Languages, Mathematics and Science Education, Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, Educational Sciences, and Fine Arts Education. Data were collected using a semi-structured questionnaire and analyzed with content analysis. As a result of the research, it was found that the decrease in the number of male trainee teachers in many departments in education faculties disturbs both female and male trainee teachers. The majority of the participants oppose the judgment that the teaching profession is a female profession. Candidates assigned important responsibilities to both education faculties and higher education institution in this regard and made suggestions for studies on some subjects.
