In this study we reached out to 259 millennials and through factor analysis and descriptive analysis found that trust plays an important role for the millennials to become loyal to the brand and brand advocate and managers and marketers should focus on the regional content through local sources. Millennials as they are well educated, knowledgeable, career orientated and confident Millennials are considered to be the largest consumer group in the world with annual consumer spending in billions of $. Generally, millennials are willing to spend money, and in areas such as eating out, they outspend other generations by a fair margin. It seems like everyone has a problem with the youth of today, but in the business world, Millennials are golden. (BLANCHARD, 2017).If there is one generation that marketer can’t stop talking about it’s the millennials all brand around the globe are trying to engage millennials and to know what motives them and take their attitude and behaviors. (KRAMER, 2011).

At each stage of the research development cycle for a specific discipline or sub discipline, taking into account the global nature of the knowledge dissemination process and the dynamics of change, researchers ask themselves questions about potential areas of research, the degree of intensity of research conducted so far, leading research centers and scientists in a given research field. Bibliometric is a tool that allows to answer the above questions. The aims of the article is to present the results of bibliometric analysis of scientific research on issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the activity of clusters as a cooperation networks. Presentation of the results of a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on CSR and clusters reporting, published between 1945 and 2017 in the Web of Science and Scopus.

The paper studies pension fund investment in both developing and developed countries in order to improve the pension fund management and improve the benefits of pension investment. We use the Modern Portfolio Theory and mean-variance analysis to analyze pension fund investment. We select data of pension fund assets in eight countries: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and the United State, Indonesia, Kenya, Thailand and Mexico from 2001 to 2017 from the OECD. With a comparison between countries, we find that there is a large gap between developed countries and developing countries. Value of pension assets in developed countries is significantly larger than that of developing countries, where the United States has an overwhelming superiority. However, developing countries have a higher average rate of return, which shows a strong growing tendency. Through analysis in average rate of return and standard deviation, we find that most countries have relatively high average return with relatively high volatility. Based on the mean-variance model, we make portfolios of pension fund assets among countries with different weights on each country and obtain an efficient

The article presents the institutional analytical method that allows a comprehensive assessment of the level of public management in IX key areas and 20 specific criteria. It was used to present the institutional potential structure and to assess the level of institutional development in selected municipal offices in Poland. The results of pilot studies have shown that the institutional potential of the studied municipal offices is low and comes down to activities related to the preparation of procedures necessary to achieve public goals. Raising institutional potential is related to the development and implementation of procedures supporting the functioning of management areas in local government units. System support should be associated with the comprehensive implementation of evaluation and monitoring of the office's activities as well as actions improving its functioning.

Purpose – This research examines the factors affecting customer satisfaction with the counterfeit of luxury products, the counterfeit luxury market is huge, and the next mainstream consumer class is the millennial. The investigator feels that consumers in this age group ranged are satisfied with counterfeit luxury brands. Design/methodology/approach – The current study tests the conceptual model and all three hypotheses developed based on the existing literature. The current research is based on existing literature testing conceptual models and assumptions. Analyze variables using semi-structured interview methods. Conceptual models and hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis of survey data from 197 eligible investigators. Findings – The research results show that the counterfeit luxury brand knowledge of counterfeit luxury brands are related to consumers' satisfaction with counterfeit luxury brands, and ultimately lead to customers' satisfaction with counterfeit luxury brands. Brand awareness has no significant relationship with consumers' attitudes toward counterfeit luxury brands. Brand image and consumers satisfaction have a significant impact on counterfeit luxury brands. Research limitations/implications – 80% of the data collected in this study came from Chinese consumers, not enough to represent the characteristics of the entire millennial population, although this did not prevent the emergence of significant results. Another 20% comprising multi-nationalities.

: The clarion call for Waste to Energy Technology is gaining momentum in Sub-Saharan Africa as it is gradually becoming the surest bet for clean energy and wealth creation. According to the Zoomlion Alliance Africa (2017 Index Report) close to 900,000MT of both Solid and Liquid wastes are generated per each Cosmopolitan region half yearly. These wastes are left to the dictates of nature which add up to the ongoing climatic changes in the form of rise in sea levels as 70% of these waste materials find their route into sea bodies. Waste (also known as rubbish, refuse, garbage) is unwanted or useless materials. Solid wastes are from municipal, industrial, and agricultural activities. However, any refuse or waste can be an economic resource to others depending on the application of the rightful technologies with Waste to Energy Technology (WTE) as the most tried and tested in the Asian Regions. Waste is just value that we are too stupid not to use (Albert Einstein). Solid waste (SW) is an environmental and public health problem. There is a sustainable management method for Solid Waste. Uncontrolled landfill gases have negative health impacts on the local populace. Sorting Solid Waste increases its ability to be repurposed. Solid Waste is a cost-effective renewable energy source. Examples of Solid Waste includes Wood residuals from lumber mills (off-cuts, sawdust), Expired trees, Agricultural waste and Sorted municipal wastes (plastic, paper). Project assumptions of setting up a successful Waste to Energy Technology is estimated at an Installed capacity cost of: $4,500,000 Includes equipment, shipping, customs and installation, Annual Operations and Administrative cost of $250,000. The Project useful lifetime is 20 years, Electricity generation: 7,560 MWh, Price of 1kWh to national grid = USD 0.15 and the Cost of acquiring 1kWh worth of waste = USD 0.01. These facts make Waste to Energy Technologies not only reliable but cost effective and efficient.
