A terceira edição da série Diálogos Acadêmicos objetivou mostrar que revisão textual é uma prática que pode e deve ser vivida pelos próprios estudantes em todas as áreas do conhecimento e em todos os níveis de formação, por meio da análise de textos em sua dimensão global. Também objetivou apresentar os principais aspectos a serem considerados no processo de revisão e de correção de um texto e sua apresentação gráfica. A pouca prática de revisão dos próprios textos, ou a falta desse tipo de experiência na escolarização básica, leva muitos estudantes, na graduação e até mesmo na pós-graduação, a acreditar que revisão textual é uma ação praticada por outrem, geralmente alguém da área da língua portuguesa. O presente texto, serviu de base para a palestra proferida em 03/11/2022.

A presente pesquisa propôs uma leitura do fenômeno culinário #paodemia, que aconteceu no Brasil no início de 2020, por meio da semiótica americana de Charles Sanders Peirce. O objetivo geral consistiu em analisar o aumento de produção caseira de pão no contexto da pandemia de COVID-19, evidenciado nas mídias sociais. De natureza descritiva e exploratória, os dados foram coletados por meio da aplicação de um questionário online com 400 participantes e analisados de maneira qualitativa. Observou-se um aumento de pessoas interessadas em preparar seu próprio pão durante o período de isolamento social, além da utilização dessa prática como estratégia para a manutenção do estado emocional e sensação de segurança de ter um produto, com mais qualidade, que vai levar aos comensais mais sabor, saúde e segurança. Diversos signos e significações foram dados tanto para o pão, quanto para o seu preparo no contexto analisado. Denotou-se que as hashtags #paodemia e #pãodemia, representam novas linguagens que convidam as pessoas para adentrar novamente às cozinhas e ao universo da panificação.

The special manufactured parts become a fundamental factor for the ceramic tile sector, as these are sold most of the time as a complement. The third firing consists of a technique that needs a lot of care, as the most important thing in the decoration is the details and a large part of the production is carried out manually. Due to this, the objective of this study is to identify the causes of stoppages in the decoration line in order to reduce them considerably. The methodology used was based on the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action), which has been successfully used by several companies in order to ensure continuous and systematic improvement in order to standardize existing processes in an organization. The results obtained indicate a reduction of 21.2% in the loss of productivity in the third firing decoration line after the implementation of the planned actions, allowing to identify the importance of the methodology since it contributed to minimize the problems that occurred during production.

This study has as its theme the relationship between theory and practice in educational policies for teacher educator. The problem that guides the reflection seeks to elucidate the following question: How do educational policies contribute to the relationship between theory and practice in teacher educator? Thus, the objective of this article is to analyze how educational policies contribute to the relationship between theory and practice in teacher education. This article has a bibliographic study as a methodological proposal, as it articulates, throughout the analysis, the theoretical references with the regulations for teacher training from 2001 to 2019, questioning the relationship between theory and practice in public educational policies. Among the results of the study, different conceptions of the relationship between theory and practice, evaluation and curriculum are evident, as the current social and political situation has increasingly deepened the subordination of education to the financial market through new regulations for Education Basic and for teacher educator.

This article evaluated the contribution of pedagogical workshops to the continuing education of teachers for digital technology insertion in classroom. The workshops were organized by the Educational Technologies Department of the schools that constitute the Regional Education Superintendency in Taió (state of Santa Catarina). The data was collected by survey method from a form sent to the participants of three workshops: “Google for Education”, “Tech Day” and “Immersive Virtual Environments: Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality”. The form was responded by 60 out of 152 participants. The effectiveness of the workshops for teachers continuing education was verified through data analysis, since the teachers had the opportunity of gaining knowledge about the use of new technological resources and innovative practices that place the student in the center of the teaching and learning process.

There is tendency in contemporary education to prioritize student involvement in educational processes, especially through the use of active learning methodologies. In this sense, this work aims to organize and apply a virtual learning environment (VLE) for the first offer of the distance curricular unit of Health and Safety Management, which compose the Technical Course in Occupational Safety programme at the Chapecó Campus of the Instituto Federal of Santa Catarina (IFSC). For this, a VLE divided into four topics was structured, containing an activity based on the project-based learning methodology. After that, the VLE was used in a class during the first semester of 2020. The result of the practice was considered satisfactory, as 92.3% of the students considered the methodology of the curricular unit good or excellent.
