PEAR GARDEN POWDERY MILDEW DISEASE AND DAMAGES 梨园白粉病及危害

This article analyzes the damage of pear varieties by powdery mildew. In the research, it was found that 11.7% of pear varieties were affected by powdery mildew in 2020, 12.3% in 2021 and 12.7% in 2022. Passkrasana and Hosui varieties of pear are resistant to powdery mildew, Nijisseyki variety is moderately resistant, and Carmen variety is resistant variety.

In this article, studies were conducted to determine theeffectiveness of microbiological and chemical preparations against harmful organisms found in cherry orchards. When using B.thuringiensis-26 strain against cherry orchard pests, it was found in the research that the efficiency was 40.6% to 43.3% compared to the control option in 3 days, and 86.0% to 86.6% in 14 days.

Stachybotrys chartarum produces a number of low molecular weight compounds. Column chromatography of the latter isolated the nitrogen-containing compound 3-methoxystachibotrin. The structure of 13,3-dimethoxystachibotrin was established on the basis of chemical transformations using the data of ЯМР1H, 13C, 2МЯМР1H-1H, 1H -13C chemical shift correlations (COSY), long-range 1H -13C interaction (НМВС) correlation, NOE measurements in a rotating coordinate system (ROESY), IR and mass- spectra of electron impact.

Today, the resistance of plants to stress is one of the most basic and important problems. Plants are sufficiently resistant to oxidative disorders that occur with sudden changes in the physiological state of the organism. This suggests that plant cells have an antioxidant system that can protect against oxygen radicals and singlet oxygen. They are different from animals that have an immune system. The article describes the state of the antioxidant system of the Platanus orientalis tree in the urban semiarid zone from June to September. In addition to the impact of climatic conditions, the impact of an additional man-made stress factor in the form of a highway was also assessed. It is known that all living organisms have the ability to adapt to biotic and abiotic environmental factors and protect themselves from adverse conditions. The article describes the state of the antioxidant system of the plane tree plant growing in Uzbekistan in the summer. During the season, the amount of malondialdehyde and proline was studied.

The complexity of organizing the storage of large batches of grain and grain products is due to their physiological and physicochemical properties. Grain is a living organism in which various life processes take place; the intensity of these processes depends on the external environmental conditions. If the external environment has a positive effect on the metabolism of grain cells, it will inevitably worsen the quality of grain and lead to a decrease in quantity. Without a well-organized and timely cleaning, it is impossible to ensure reliable storage of grain varieties and even their effective use in the national economy.

Erosion is the erosion of rocks and soil by water and wind. Landslides are always associated with accumulation. The occurrence of the erosion process depends mainly on the climate, the total amount, type, duration, intensity of precipitation. At present, many issues related to the problem of soil erosion have been sufficiently studied. There is a sufficient collection of information on the distribution patterns of eroded and deflated soils in Uzbekistan, their level of fertility, resistance to erosion. The article scientifically explores the importance of irrigating cotton through artifical tubular pits in the fight against soil erosion.

Landslides are always associated with accumulation. The occurrence of the erosion process depends mainly on the climate, the total amount, type, duration, intensity of precipitation. At present, many issues related to the problem of soil erosion have been sufficiently studied. There is a sufficient collection of information on the distribution patterns of eroded and deflated soils in Uzbekistan, their level of fertility, resistance to erosion. Biomass is total mass of all living organisms living on Earth. It is very difficult to calculate the biomass of the earth in exact numbers. However, it is estimated that there are 1.7 trillion tons of living biomass on Earth today.
