A lovasterapia hatasmechanizmusanak evidenciakkal valo alatamasztasa napjainkban jogos szakmai igeny. Munkam soran tudomanyos adatbazisok es keresőprogramok segitsegevel celzott vizsgalatot vegeztem a lovasterapia hatekonysagat vizsgalo publikaciok kozott. A kereses targyat a cerebral paresises gyermekek koreben vegzett hatekonysag vizsgalatokat bemutato eredeti kozlemenyek kepeztek, melyek lektoralt folyoiratokban jelentek meg. A McMaster Egyetem munka-tarsai altal kidolgozott publikacios biralati lap kerdeseinek 12 publikaciojat vizsgaltam, es azokat kritikailag elemeztem. Osszessegeben elmondhato, hogy keves a temaba vago publikacio, nem egysegesek a celkitűzesek es igen szerteagazoak a vizsgalati modszerek. Mindezek alapjan elmondhato, hogy alacsony a lovasterapia hatekonysaganak tudomanyos bizonyitottsaga cerebral  paresises gyermekek eseteben.
