Design and Application of “Two-Body” Universal Coupling “两体”万向联轴器的设计与应用

In order to improve the repair efficiency of the transparent paper beauty device in the GDX2000 and GDX500 packaging machines that needs to be repaired, the oil tank leaks, etc., the double coupling can only be repaired by disengaging it, and reduce the difficulty and labor intensity of the operation due to the disassembly and assembly of the coupling, to avoid the potential safety ha-zard of moving the equipment due to the disassembly and assembly of the coupling. This research is aimed at improving the design of the double universal coupling of the cigarette packaging machine. In the device, the left and right couplings are connected to form a double universal coupling through the coupling center shaft, two positioning pins and locking bolts. One end of the coupling is connected to the power output shaft of the small box transparent paper packaging machine, and the other end is connected to the power input shaft of the CT box packaging machine. Taking the GDX500 packaging machine as an example, the double-body universal coupling only needs to remove the central shaft during disassembly, and then the left and right universal couplings can be assembled without moving the CT box as a whole. Remove the case of the packaging machine.

Research and Application of Flexible Fast Switching Technology between “25 Flat Packs” and “10 Vertical Packs” “25个平包”与“10个垂直包”柔性快速切换技术的研究与应用

Through the investigation of the packaging mode of the middle cigarette pack, it is found that at present, the middle cigarette pack mainly has two packaging modes: “25 flat” and “10 vertical”. This chapter mainly analyzes and discusses the flexible adaptability between the host and aux-姚家枭 机械工程与技术 iliary machines, through the design of climbing and descending conveying channel, the distribu-tion design of conveyor belt power system, the research and design of flexible fast switching lane splitter and the research and design of dynamic vehicle speed self-regulation system, it breaks through the flexible switching technology of “25 flat packs” and “10 vertical packs” cigarette production lines, and realizes the adaptive production application of FOCKE series host and GD series auxiliary machines for the first time.
通过对中间卷烟包包装模式的调查,发现目前中间卷烟包主要有“25平”和“10竖”两种包装模式。本章主要通过爬升和下降输送通道的设计、输送带动力系统的分配设计、柔性快速切换分车道器的研究与设计以及动态车辆速度自调节系统的研究与设计,对主机与辅助机之间的灵活适应性进行了分析和讨论。突破“25平包”和“10竖包”卷烟生产线的柔性切换技术,首次实现FOCKE系列主机和GD系列辅机的自适应生产应用。
