Study on the Stability of Mine Dustproof Device Transmission Shaft Based on Modal Analysis 基于模态分析的矿井防尘装置传动轴稳定性研究

In recent years, with the needs of ecological development, the research work of mine dust prevention device is gradually carried out, and the transmission shaft as a key component of mine dust prevention device, has important significance to the research of its vibration characteristics. In this paper, SolidWorks was used to conduct 3D modeling of dust prevention device, and the drive shaft was extracted as the research object. Then the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench, and the constrained modal analysis was used to solve the first 6 order modes. The results showed that the natural frequency of the first 6 order of the drive shaft was distributed between 473.53 and 2239.4 Hz. The vibration mode is mainly bending deformation. The dynamic characteristics of the drive shaft are reflected through the modal analysis, and the stability of the drive shaft is ana-lyzed in combination with the actual working conditions, which provides a theoretical basis for suppressing the overall vibration of the mine dustproof device and the deformation of the drive shaft.
近年来,随着生态发展的需要,矿山防尘装置的研究工作逐步开展,传动轴作为矿山防尘装置的关键部件,对其振动特性的研究具有重要意义。本文利用SolidWorks对防尘装置进行三维建模,提取传动轴作为研究对象。然后将模型导入ANSYS Workbench,采用约束模态分析方法求解前6阶模态。结果表明:传动轴前6阶固有频率分布在473.53 ~ 2239.4 Hz之间;振动方式以弯曲变形为主。通过模态分析反映传动轴的动态特性,并结合实际工况对传动轴的稳定性进行分析,为抑制矿井防尘装置的整体振动和传动轴的变形提供理论依据。

Lightweight Design and Research of Combined Metro Track Electric Trolley 地铁组合轨道电车轻量化设计与研究

Aiming at the problem that a small number of personnel and small equipment need to be transferred during the maintenance and inspection of metro, the lightweight design and research are carried out on the basis of the existing integrated track electric trolley. The combined structure design is adopted to optimize the assembly mode between modules, which can be lifted in a short distance by manpower, greatly improving the accessibility of the operation area; The traditional fixed axle drive mode is replaced by the differential drive mode to im-prove the adaptability of the rail car to the subway line; The static strength of the main structure is calculated and analyzed by using the finite element software. Without reducing the structural strength, the weight of the whole and single module is reduced, and the disassembly process is simplified. Through the lightweight design and research of the track trolley, a set of combined track electric trolley loading platform suitable for metro maintenance and inspection is formed. It has the characteristics of sub module carrying, rapid on-site assembly, conve-nient and reliable operation, stable operation, rapid on-site decomposition, short-time line withdrawal, etc., and provides a universal portable small mobile platform for metro maintenance and inspection.
