This article aims to discuss the socialization of the people's palm oil program in the context of improving the people's economy in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province. The government's focus on the oil palm rejuvenation program is supported by a replanting subsidy policy that uses funds from the Oil Palm Plantation Management Agency (BPDPKS). The purpose of the socialization activity is to provide information about the oil palm rejuvenation program and to arouse community enthusiasm for oil palm cultivation in Nagan Raya Regency in order to improve the welfare of oil palm farmers. The socialization activity explained in detail and clearly how best to carry out oil palm rejuvenation, explained the advantages and disadvantages of oil palm rejuvenation techniques, as well as provided information about the requirements and stages of oil palm rejuvenation activities, and helped increase access to groups receiving funds from the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS).

This article aims to discuss the development of social inclusion-based literacy through reviewing local history books: the history of the construction of the Sermo Reservoir in 1994-1996. Literacy is an important thing to support the life of every individual, because every aspect of life can be explained through it. Therefore the community service team from the History Education Study Program FPIPS IPW together with the Kulon Progo Regency Library and Archives Service held an activity with the theme of Social Inclusion-Based Literacy Development through Local History Book Review: History of the Development of Sermo Reservoir 1994-1996. The stages carried out in this community service are observation, coordination, execution, and evaluation. Meanwhile the method used is lectures followed by discussion activities.

This community service activity aims to plant mangrove tree seedlings that are expected to be used as pollutant absorbers and prevent seawater abrasion, educational facilities, carbon storage, and coastal tourism. The method used is by conducting lectures and direct practice by planting mangrove tree seedlings. This service activity is carried out in several stages including observation, coordination, execution, and evaluation. Observations were made by coming to Tirang Beach to determine the location for planting mangrove seedlings. tirang beach was chosen due to beach abrasion due to rising seawater and abrasion. The coordination stage is carried out by the community service team together with the Tirang beach manager. The aim is to coordinate so that community service activities can run smoothly and on target. The execution was carried out by planting mangrove tree seedlings on the beach, especially those affected by abrasion. While the evaluation is by looking at the deficiencies that were carried out during community service activities. The activity of planting mangrove trees is beneficial for increasing public awareness of environmental concerns by planting trees and for reducing greenhouse gas emissions so as to reduce impact global warming.

Because native Indonesian speakers struggle to use their language accurately and properly, this counseling exercise was conducted. Not only do students, lay speakers, or pupils exhibit this lack of proficiency, but also teachers. This kind of reality also exists in government institutions, which need to be the cornerstone of demonstrating proper and appropriate Indonesian usage. The languages used in various media spaces demonstrate this fact. When in reality the contrary is true, these native speakers frequently believe what they are doing to be morally correct. They frequently adhere to societal norms and emotional standards. This should be avoided since writing in Indonesian must comply to strict rules in order to maintain consistency. Based on these issues, this outreach effort was conducted to address the language issue in outdoor media. Given that teachers are subjects who serve as examples and role models for pupils and society, they are the ideal target object. As concrete proof that good and accurate Indonesian is prioritized, this activity takes the shape of material provision, debate, practice, and practical application. The target objects will ultimately be able to employ good and accurate Indonesian in outdoor media thanks to this service activity.

The division of joint property in a divorce must indeed be carried out, but the husband and wife only question the distribution of the property after a court decision. This is because the husband and wife do not think about the treasures at all. And the problem that arises after the divorce is the problem of property going on. This study aims to examine the implementation of the distribution of joint property in the Religious Courts. The type of research used by the author is sociological juridical, the nature of qualitative descriptive research is research that describes events and behavioral interactions. Based on research and discussion, it is found that, the distribution of joint assets through the trial, can be done after a divorce, as described in Law number 7 of 1989 concerning the Religious Courts Article 86 paragraph (1). In deciding the case, the Panel of Judges uses a legal consideration, in which the decision has a strong legal basis which contains a legal abstraction that in the event of a divorce, each party (husband and wife) gets half of their joint property. If from the distribution of joint assets of husband and wife after the divorce, no agreement is found in the distribution, then this joint property becomes a dispute and the proof is through the trial process, with accurate evidence and witnesses.

This assistance is expected to provide additional information about peat soil management to the people of Keub Village, Arongan Lambalek District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. Farmers can independently manage any problems that arise on peat soils, so they are able to take the right steps in current and future management efforts so that the land can produce optimally. Its management includes physical (mechanical), chemical, and biological aspects. Utilization of peat based on improving the community's economy and preserving the ecology of peat requires careful and measured preparation, including; the construction of integrated canal blocks by carrying out control and evaluation through strengthening institutional capacity including communities around peat (practitioners) and academics in a holistic manner in a definitive manner, with the hope that the use of peatlands will not have a negative impact on the current and future environment.

The General Election and Regional Head Election (Pilkada) will be held in 2024. As the organizer of the Regency election, the Deli Serdang Bawaslu is responsible for overseeing elections that are carried out at all stages, including planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation to ensure the creation of democracy quality. There are several strategies that will be launched by Deli Serdang Bawaslu in supervising the 2024 elections, namely the provision of Online Reporting (SIWASLU Application), provision of Google Forms, Citizens Forum, Monitoring Corner, and forming a School of Participatory Supervision Cadres (SKPP). In order for this strategy to work well, the Deli Serdang Bawaslu is constantly trying to collaborate between election organizers, election participants, stakeholders, the community, mass media and community organizations in maintaining the quality of clean and fair elections.

In a work environment or company where disputes are unavoidable. Disputes that occur within the company are known as labor disputes or industrial relations disputes. A labor dispute is a conflict between an employer or an association of employers and a labor union or a combination of labor unions in connection with the absence of a conflicting understanding of the working relationship, working conditions and/or labor conditions. Law Number 2 of 2004 has provided stipulations on measures that can be taken to resolve industrial relations disputes through bipartite negotiations, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and through proceedings at the Industrial Relations Court.

Disputes that occur within the company are known as labor disputes or industrial relations disputes. A labor dispute is a conflict between an employer or an association of employers and a labor union or a combination of labor unions in connection with the absence of a conflicting understanding of the working relationship, working conditions and/or labor conditions. This research aims to identify how the steps of Islamic religious education teachers in optimizing the use of school bibliotek as learning resources in supporting PAI education. This research is a descriptive qualitative research type. Descriptive qualitative research is not intended to test certain hypotheses, but only describes what conditions exist. The author uses the procedures for documentation, interviews, and observations in collecting information in the field. The results of this research show that: (1) Taman Pustaka SD Negara 050640 in Kaperas Village has functioned well as a provider of learning resources for students in helping to achieve PAI educational goals, (2) Taman Pustaka as a supporter of Islamic learning education in State Junior High School 4 Binjai can be seen from the forms of using bibliotech as a source of Islamic Religious Learning education, (3) Optimization of school libraries in supporting Islamic learning education at State Elementary School 050640 in Kaperas Village is tried by procuring collections through purchases, gifts and donations, processing library materials through tasting, inventory, classification and cataloging of library materials.
