A Study on Improvement of the Abnormal Operation of a One-shot Rifle with Bolt-action Operating System 栓动操作系统改进单发步枪不正常操作的研究

Purpose: In this study, the goal is to analyze this case to prevent the same accidents when using one-shot rifle. Methods: Detailed analysis of damaged parts must first be made in order to determine the cause of the abnormal explosion. The cause of abnormal operation can be determined by analyzing the information of damaged components and the firing mechanism of the weapon step by step. Also we can refer to a statement of shooter, witness and accident scene situation. Based on this theory, cause of abnormal firing can be narrow down. Results: Fracture of pin for fixing firing and latch is cause of abnormal operation of firing. Conclusion: It is deemed that periodic inspection and fundamental improvement of the structure are required to prevent the same accident as this.

Analysis of Research Trends in Journal of Korean Society for Quality Management by Text Mining Processing 基于文本挖掘处理的韩国质量管理学会会刊研究趋势分析

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of quality research by analyzing the entire JKSQM(Journal of the Korean Society for Quality Management). Methods: This study is to analyze the frequency of words used in the abstract of the all JKSQM by applying the text mining processing. We use wordcrowd among text mining techniques. Results: 22 words of high frequency were presented in the abstract of the paper published in the JKSQM for 42 years. The frequency of words was shown on a 10 year basis, and the four important words were plotted on a change graph for each Vol. Frequent words of each Vol. are added in the appendix. Conclusion: The main research results are as follows. First, there has been no significant change in research trends over the last 40 years. Second, the early SQC words have been widely used, and since 1990, many words such as service-oriented words have been used, indicating a change in the times. Third, the use of the words of the 4th industrial revolution since 2010 is weak. In the above analysis, the trend of quality research in Korea is within the quality category and can be considered conservative. Now, it is expected that everything will be changed in the period of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and it is time to study the direction of quality in Korea.

A Case Study of Enhancing Flame Retardancy of Mixture Material 提高混合材料阻燃性的实例研究

Purpose: In this paper we present a case study of applying quick and easy experimental design approach to develop a Halogen free flame retardant material for cellular phone charger cable. Methods: We employ sequential experimentation of mixture design, verification design, and factorial design. A quick and easy approach is adopted based on data investigation and graphical method instead of strict statistical analysis, which helped enhancing smooth communication with the engineers and speeding up the development process. Results: Flame retardant material in pellet type produced from the optimal condition is transported to the customer and tested, to pass the customer retardancy criteria. Conclusion: The quick and easy experimental design approach is considered to be useful in this case study.
目的:介绍了应用快速简便的实验设计方法研制手机充电线无卤阻燃材料的实例。方法:采用混合设计、验证设计和析因设计的序贯试验。采用基于数据调查和图形化的方法,而不是严格的统计分析,这有助于加强与工程师的顺畅沟通,加快开发进程。结果:在最佳条件下生产的颗粒型阻燃材料被运送到客户并进行测试,达到客户阻燃标准。结论:快速简便的实验设计方法在本案例研究中是有用的。

A Study on PU Strip Quality Improvement through a Change of Primer-process for SURION Main Rotor Blade 改变SURION主转子叶片底漆工艺改善PU带材质量的研究

Purpose: When the SURION Aircraft operated in the fields, cracks are found in PU(polyurethane) Strip on main rotor blade. This study has been conducted to explain PU(polyurethane) Strip crack phenomenon of SURION main rotor blade and to propose useful solution of it by experimental method. Methods: This study considered a lot of factor because the SURION is operated at severe environment. This study investigated the influence of temperature, thermal shock, paint and primer process, PU Strip material, primer material. Results: The results of this study are as follows; The primer process was most excellent influence. The Application of primer having a brittleness caused by a crack of PU Strip. Other factors have influenced on the PU Strip, but they can not be controlled because they are related to the SURION’s operating environment. Conclusion: The Quality of PU Strip on SURION main rotor blade was improved through removing the primer process. Finally, the reliability of main rotor blade was guaranteed through improving the quality of PU Strip.

The Effect of Conflict on Collaboration and Performance in Nuclear Power Plant Construction Projects 核电厂建设项目中冲突对合作与绩效的影响

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of conflicts and cooperation on project performance in the nuclear power plant construction project, thus contributing to the successful performance of project participants and the achievement of project objectives. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of participants in the nuclear power plant construction project and verifying the hypothesis statistically. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, role conflicts and relationship conflicts have negative effects on collaboration. Second, role conflicts have a negative effects on project performance, but conflict in relation has no significant effects on project performance. Third, collaboration has a positive effects on project performance. Finally, the communication quality in the relationship between conflict and collaboration has been shown to have a Moderated effect. Jo, Hye Soo Choi","doi":"10.7469/JKSQM.2019.47.3.553","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7469/JKSQM.2019.47.3.553","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of conflicts and cooperation on project performance in the nuclear power plant construction project, thus contributing to the successful performance of project participants and the achievement of project objectives. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of participants in the nuclear power plant construction project and verifying the hypothesis statistically. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, role conflicts and relationship conflicts have negative effects on collaboration. Second, role conflicts have a negative effects on project performance, but conflict in relation has no significant effects on project performance. Third, collaboration has a positive effects on project performance. Finally, the communication quality in the relationship between conflict and collaboration has been shown to have a Moderated effect.
