O ensino da dança na escola na ótica dos professores de Educação Física e de Arte 从体育和艺术教师的角度看学校舞蹈教学

The aim of this descriptive study, qualitative and quantitative in nature, was to analyze whether the content is broken down on the dance Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) in the Schools; presents itself as teaching dance classes in Physical Education and Art, which the teachers' knowledge of content in dance recommended National Curriculum, where importance is given to teaching dance at school and what are its limits. It was used a questionnaire with open and closed issues for sixty-four effective teachers of art and physical education of the public State and municipal network of a city in the State of Sao Paulo in Brazil. In summary, it was found that these teachers do not have an effective and collective participation during the process of construction of the PPP education; they know, but apply very little and with restrictions on the contents of dance suggested by PCN's of their respective disciplines, are basically relegated to the festivities school and dance are the difficulties faced by many teachers in the school dance. We conclude as necessary to unite and integrate these educators in favor of contents school dance, so she effectively occupy its space in Physical Education classes and Art.

The relationship between oestrogen and muscle strength: a current perspective 雌激素和肌肉力量之间的关系:一个当前的观点

The relationship between muscle strength and oestrogen is ambiguous and is still largely unresolved. The evidence for and against an effect of oestradiol on determinants of muscle function is equivocal and often contradictory. The bulk of the research in this area was performed during the eighties and nineties, using models of reproductive functioning such as; the menstrual cycle, the menopause and hormone replacement therapy, oral contraceptives and in vitro fertilisation treatment, to alter the female hormonal milieu. In the last decade, approximately 15 papers have demonstrated a relationship, both positive and negative, between the concentration of oestrogen and skeletal muscle strength. Conversely, around 20 articles have not shown any influence of oestrogen on a number of strength measures. The majority of these studies were performed using post-menopausal and eumenorrheic females. Most current studies use hormonal assays to confirm oestrogen status, however no recent studies have reported the bioavailable concentration of oestradiol. Similarly, no research in the last 10 years has used in vitro fertilisation treatment or pregnancy as acute and chronic models of supra-physiological changes in sex hormone concentration. Future work should focus on performing meta-analyses on each of the key components of muscle strength in an attempt to elucidate a causal relationship. In addition, models of reproductive functioning that cause the greatest magnitude of change to oestrogen concentration should be used, while controlling as many confounding factors as possible.

Estágios de mudança de comportamento para atividade física em universitários e fatores sociodemográficos associados 大学生体育活动行为改变的阶段和相关的社会人口学因素

The objectives of this study were to describe the Stages of Behavior Change (SBC) for Physical Activity (PA) and to identify sociodemographic factors associated with SBC for PA among Physical Education students from a public institution in southern Brazil. This is a cross-sectional study with 236 Physical Education students from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. SBC (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance) was assessed through a questionnaire. The following sociodemographic variables were analyzed: sex, age, marital status, employment, income, university course and maternal and paternal education. Among students investigated, 18.6% were in stages of physically inactive behavior (0.4 % pre-contemplation, 2.5 % contemplation, 15.7 % preparation). In relation to stages of active behavior, 81.4 % of college students were in the following situation: 18.2 % action; 63.2 % maintenance. Women were more likely to show inactive behavior. Health education programs and encouragement for the practice of sports in universities should be adopted to modify and adopt active behavior.

Formação de jogadores profissionais de voleibol: relações entre atletas de elite e a especialização precoce 职业排球运动员的训练:精英运动员与早期专业化的关系

Embora a literatura aponte maleficios da especializacao esportiva precoce, sua aplicacao permanece recorrente, embasada na crenca que quanto mais cedo os treinos e a participacao em competicoes se iniciarem, maiores serao as chances de sucesso no alto rendimento. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar como ocorreu o processo de formacao esportiva de 52 jogadores profissionais de voleibol masculino, atuantes no Campeonato Paulista e Superliga Nacional. O foco foi analisar a possivel ocorrencia de especializacao precoce e de vivencias esportivas diversificadas. Os dados foram coletados atraves de questionario por escrito e apresentados com estatistica descritiva. Os resultados apontam que a maioria dos atletas nao foi especializada precocemente e vivenciou praticas diversificadas durante sua formacao, em diferentes modalidades esportivas. Os dados sinalizam para a tese que quando os treinamentos com foco nos resultados competitivos se iniciam apos ou durante a puberdade ha maiores chances de sucesso esportivo em comparacao a especializacao esportiva precoce.

A participação dos pais na carreira das atletas femininas de ginástica artística: a perspectiva dos técnicos 父母在女艺术体操运动员职业生涯中的参与:教练的视角

This study aimed to identify and discuss how the Artistic Gymnastics coaches perceive the parent's participation on gymnasts sport development in the formative years. Thirty four coaches from 29 sport institutions in Brazil were interviewed. The content analysis technique proposed by Bardin was adopted for data treatment. The results showed that most coaches are aware of the importance of parental involvement and, therefore, they try to establish ways of communication and approaching to ensure that parents are engaged in the daily workouts and competitions, as well as aware of their attitudes, actions and investments that are crucial to support the gymnasts' success at competitive sport.

This research presents an investigation with leisure imaginary inscribed in the body with the phenomenology of material imagination in Gaston Bachelard's work and at the philosophy of image at Gilbert Durand's work in a perspective of sensible education, where the play and leisure practices occur spontaneously taking into account the reality of children's play. The gestures that are reveled when children are in spontaneous play make mythic recurrence evident, showing a corporality full of ancestral images, related to the human culture, structural to the children, which shows it to be not only important, but necessary into the school contest.

Genetics and sport performance: current challenges and directions to the future 遗传学和运动表现:当前的挑战和未来的方向

In recent years there has been a great progress in molecular biology techniques, which has facilitated the researches on influence of genetics on human performance. There are specific regions of DNA that can vary between individuals. Such variations (i.e., polymorphisms) may, in part, explain why some individuals have differentiated responses to certain stimuli, including the responses to sports training. In a particular sport, the presence of specific polymorphisms may contribute to high levels of performance. Since 1998, several polymorphisms have been associated with athletic phenotypes; however the accumulation of information generated over these 15 years shows that the influence of genetics to sport is extremely complex. In this review, we will summarise the current status of the field, discussing the implications of available knowledge for the practice of professionals involved with the sport and suggesting future directions for research. We also discuss topics related to the importance of polygenic profile characterization of athletes, methods for the identification of new polymorphisms associated with physical performance, the use of genetic testing for predicting competitive success, and how crucial is the genetic profile for the success athletes in competition.

There are specific regions of DNA that can vary between individuals. Such variations (i.e., polymorphisms) may, in part, explain why some individuals have differentiated responses to certain stimuli, including the responses to sports training. In a particular sport, the presence of specific polymorphisms may contribute to high levels of performance. Since 1998, several polymorphisms have been associated with athletic phenotypes; however the accumulation of information generated over these 15 years shows that the influence of genetics to sport is extremely complex. In this review, we will summarise the current status of the field, discussing the implications of available knowledge for the practice of professionals involved with the sport and suggesting future directions for research. A eficácia organizacional na percepção do presidente da Federação Portuguesa de Canoagem 葡萄牙独木舟联合会总统对组织有效性的看法

This study aims to understand how to configure organizational effectiveness from the perspective of the President of the Portuguese Federation of Canoeing and identify factors that are privileged by him to evaluate the effectiveness of his federation, based in the Competing Values Approach. Based on case study, characterized by qualitative research, this study was based on content analysis of a semi-structured interview and documental analysis of the Plan of Activity 2010. It was found that the President favors factors listed in the quadrants corresponding to Open System Model, like innovation and resource acquisition, and Rational Goal Model, like productivity and goal setting, for assessing the effectiveness of the Federation, although considering its effectiveness as a one-dimensional concept, based on the achievement of sports results, with exclusive focus on Rational Goal Model.

A Guerra Fria e a final do Campeonato Mundial de Xadrez de 1972: algumas possibilidades analíticas e correlacionais 冷战和1972年世界象棋锦标赛的结束:一些分析和相关的可能性

In this article we intend to outline a possible sociological point of view wich contemplates some contingencies socio-cultural and political contingencies present in the field driven by the struggle between capitalists and socialists during the Cold War, trying to establish some associations between this phenomenon and the sports field, and more specifically, with the final of the chess world championship involved the Soviet Boris Spassky and the American Robert James Fischer, undertaken in Reykjavik (Iceland) in 1972. In the first section, we suggested and highlighted some points of convergence that can be established between the structure of microsociological "match of the century" and the macrosociological structure of the Cold War based on the theoretical framework of Norbert Elias. Afterwards we these relationships were explored taken into account the model of sociological analysis of the fields of Pierre Bourdieu.

Efeitos do "feedback" autocontrolado na aprendizagem do lançamento da bola da ginástica rítmica 自我控制反馈对艺术体操抛球学习的影响

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of self-controlled frequency of feedback on the learning of ball throwing in rhythmic gymnastics. 24 children, ranging from 7 to 10-years old participated in the study, divided into two groups in relation to the different feedback conditions: self-controlled and externally controlled (yoked). The study consisted of a practice phase and a retention test. The results of a questionnaire showed that the majority of participants of the self-control group requested feedback mainly after good trials, while participants of the yoked group indicated that they had received feedback on the trials they desired. No differences were found regarding performance or learning. We concluded that self-controlled feedback frequencies are as effective as externally controlled feedback frequencies for the learning of rhythmic gymnastics ball throwing in children.
