Several other MSMEs have products such as chips and other handicrafts. In general, MSMEs have difficulty increasing their competitiveness. The technology sector and competitors are the biggest challenges that must be overcome by MSMEs. Currently, the existence of a marketplace can help MSMEs to market and increase product sales. GambungStore is one of the marketplaces that is specifically intended as a marketing medium for MSME products in Mekarsari Village. The existence of this marketplace can actually be optimized through a good marketing strategy. A good marketing strategy requires a periodic controlling process which can be done by using information on the behavior of consumers towards the product. Information on consumer behavior will be obtained in the marketing dashboard module in this research.

Aktivitas pemeriksaan persediaan atau Stock-taking merupakan aktivitas pemeriksaan barang manual oleh petugas gudang yang dilakukan secara rutin pada aktivitas pergudangan. Aktivitas ini berfungsi untuk menentukan akurasi persediaan dan mengetahui kondisi persediaan sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko kehilangan, kerusakan, dan keausan persediaan. Aktivitas pemeriksaan persediaan termasuk aktivitas yang memerlukan biaya dan waktu yang besar. Selain itu, aktivitas ini juga tak luput dari kesalahan manusia karena aktivitas pengecekan merupakan aktivitas yang membutuhkan ketelitian tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi objek atau produk yang bertujuan untuk menggantikan pemeriksaan manual manusia sehingga proses pemeriksaan jenis dan jumlah barang dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dan presisi. Pengolahan citra digital berbentuk Object Recognition digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menentukan jenis objek dan jumlah objek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat deteksi produk tunggal mencapai 90% yang dipengaruhi oleh sudut pengambilan gambar dan tingkat deteksi jumlah objek tunggal mencapai > 81% dengan tingkat pencahayaan yang normal dan sudut pengambilan gambar yang ideal. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini, biaya untuk aktivitas pemeriksaan persediaan dan aktivitas pergudangan secara umum dapat ditekan sehingga efisiensi dan efektivitas dapat dicapai.

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread amost all over the world including Indonesia since March 2020, causing many people got infected. Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) was enforced, whereas activities outside the home were restricted. After the PSBB period is revoked, people can do actvities outside the home while still adhering to health protocols. Compliance with health protocols cannot be separated from public perceptions of health, namely Health Belief Model. In addition, culture also plays a role in determining one’s behaviour. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the health belief model and collective culture with health protocol compliance. The research method used was a quantitative research method with correlation analysis techniques. The number of respondents in this study was 408 people, with age range of 20-39 years old and live in Jakarta. The results of the study found that perceivd susceptibiliy, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, cues to action, self-efficacy had a relationship with health protocol compliance and the most significant correlation was perceived susceptibility. The results also revealed that horizontal individualism, vertical individualism, horizontal collective, vertical collective had a relationship ith health protocol compliance ant the most significant relationship is horizontal collective and vertical collective. This research concluded the more someone feels vulnerable being exposed to COVID and the collective culture that adheres health protocols in the group, the higher compliance.

Prima Sari merupakan industri kuliner di Pekanbaru yang bergerak dibidang bakery. Berdiri sejak tahun 2003 dan memiliki cabang yang ada di luar kota. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah penjualan Prima Sari Bakery dilakukan secara manual, Selama ini sistem penjualannya masih mengandalkan media interaksi dengan konsumen dengan menggunakan sistem pembukuan faktur, struk bon. Prima Sari sebagai pensupplay produk roti pada store mengalami pembukuan penjualan dapat dihitung sepenuhnya setelah seminggu pengantaran produk roti pada store. Jangkauan pemasaran tidak menyeluruh karena mengandalkan sember daya driver pabrik dalam pengantaran roti menuju outlet yang berkontribusi dalam mendistribusikan produk roti Prima Sari Bakery. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang web e-commerce dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan membantu proses pengawasan kegiatan penjualan pada industri bakery dan Memperluas area pangsa pasar dan media promosi melalui akses web e-commerce. Menggunakan Metode Waterfall dengan pengujian black box tasting dan user acceptance test (UAT). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem website yang dapat diakses oleh User Umum untuk melihat produk dan informasi, User Member atau Customer dapat mengakses proses pemesanan produk roti Prima Sari Bakery, User Admin yang dapat mengolah sistem website terkait data penjualan, data customer dan User Pimpinan yang dapat mengakses data laporan penjualan pada pabrik Prima Sari Bakery.

PT. XY merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan, yaitu mie instan. Permasalahan yang dijumpai pada PT XY, yaitu seringnya salah satu mesin produksi mie instan berhenti beroperasi karena terjadinya breakdown. Mesin yang sering mengalami breakdown tersebut adalah mesin Wrapping Line 4 yang merupakan mesin pengemasan untuk produk cup noodle. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya waktu henti mesin yang cukup lama sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai. Salah satu pendekatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) yang diukur melalui Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Six Big Losses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), menghitung nilai faktor Six Big Losses dan mengetahui akar penyebab masalah yang dominan dari faktor Six Big Losses dengan fishbone diagram. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE pada mesin wrapping line 4 berada di bawah standar internasional, yaitu sebesar 78,03%. Faktor dominan yang menyebabkan rendahnya efektivitas mesin, yaitu quality defect losses sebesar 63,54% dan speed losses sebesar 24,87%.

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu suatu perusahaan dalam menjaga dan mempertahankan kualitas produk agar tidak adanya terjadi cacat produk. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berada pada bidang industri genting tanah liat. Pada setiap bulannya PT. XYZ memiliki pengembalian produk karena cacat dengan rata-rata 2225 genting. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada PT. XYZ yaitu proses inspeksi yang hanya mengunakan penglihatan. Penggunaan penglihatan dapat memiliki risiko seperti peningkatan biaya operasi karena pemeriksaan yang salah, kegagalan mendapatkan bisnis, dan pengerjaan ulang. Dengan perkembangan tekhnologi dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dengan ditemukannya pendeteksi bersifat buatan dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran, preprocessing gambar, dan algoritma dalam mendeteksi cacat tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam melakukan pengklasifikasian cacat. Pengambilan gambar secara langsung pada penelitian ini menggunakan raspberry pi dan pembuatan sistem algoritma menggunakan software pyhton. Penelitian ini menggunakan kernel linear pada algoritma SVM. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat akurasi tertinggi yaitu 88,6% dengan menggunakan kernel linear.

Library is one of the information facilities that functions to open the knowledge. Currently there are various types of libraries ranging from conventional to digital. The Faculty of Engineering's Reading Room needs to be developed into a Digital Library to make it more effective and efficient in the delivery and search of libraries. Also a repository needs to be made so that the scientific papers are not only in print format. The diversity of devices at this time causes the Digital Library to not be able to be maximally accessed. Reasons to use the prototype method is because during the development process they could not deliver the maximum requirement needs. Wordpress.org is used as a software that builds and manages web interactions. The results of this research are the successful development of the Digital Library with a responsive web-based that makes the delivery and search of libraries effective and efficient.

Pemilihan supplier merupakan suatu aktivitas penting dalam kegiatan kolaborasi antar perusahaan. Perusahaan manufaktur harus memperhatikan seluruh aspek dari supplier dan bukan hanya melihat pada aspek yang melekat terhadap produk saja, melainkan aspek penting lainnya seperti aspek manajemen organisasi. Kapabilitas, reputasi, dan etika kerjasama supplier harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga konsistensi kolaborasi yang terjadi. Manajemen organisasi perusahaan supplier yang baik akan menciptakan suatu sistem yang reliabel dan berdampak pada peningkatakan kemampuan daya saing bagi perusahaan manufaktur ataupun supplier itu sendiri. Salah satu teknik pemilihan supplier yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan solusi yang baik adalah metode Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (F-ANP). Metode tersebut dapat menghasilkan kualitas solusi yang tinggi, dimana tingkat subjektivitas dan ketidakakuratan yang terjadi dapat terminimalisir dibandingkan dengan metode ANP biasa. Pada penelitian ini, salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memprioritaskan manajemen organisasi sebagai aspek penting dalam kolaborasi supplier dijadikan objek penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan urutan pemilihan prioritas supplier yang lebih komprehensif dan lebih baik dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria manajemen organisasi didalamnya.

PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the pharmaceutical sector in Indonesia, as a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia and trusted by many people, PT XYZ always strives to provide the best service in terms of meeting market demand (customer), delivered on time (lead time). The requests received always vary every month, a drastic increase in the number of demands will affect the processing time needed to fulfill the demand with the production processing time of a product. This problem can be overcome by analyzing the Takt Time and Cycle Time needed to fulfill requests for October 2020, where the number of requests for product A in October 2020 is 10,560 pcs. The results of the analysis of Fast Time and Cycle Time waste using the FMEA method. There are 3 types of waste, namely waste of waiting time, unnecessary supplies, and scheduling.

Until now, the government is very difficult to get data that is valid, accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. Often there are differences in data, between ministries, government agencies, state-owned companies, private companies, or others. This has become a constraint for leader in decision making. At the end of 2018, the Government plans to establish a Presidential Regulation concerning the One Data Indonesia, but until now (2019) has not yet. One of the critical success factors for this initiative is human resources (HR), namely Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) who have functional positions as Pranata Komputer (PK). PK has task and function of planning and managing information technology in the government. This research aims to analyze PK activities related to data management based on DAMA-DMBOK 2. The methods used are document collection, assessment, analysis of DAMA-DMBOK 2 activities and current activities, and mapping of PK activities and data management, which focus on three knowledge (data governance, data quality management, and metadata). The output is the mapping of PK activities based on DAMA-DMBOK 2. The results of research can be used as a reference for evaluating and improving regulations related to Pranata Komputer activities that support the implementation of data governance in government.
