This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research located in North Sorong District. This research approach is the guidance approach and the sociological approach. Primary data sources in this study were Islamic Religious Extension as key informants and additional informants, namely youth and community leaders. Secondary data sources in this study are books, magazines, internet, reports and documentation. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the leadership role played by Islamic religious instructors in informal education for the Muslim community in North Sorong District was carrying out routine recitations, eradicating illiteracy in reading and writing the Koran and acting as an informant, consultant and advocate. The inhibiting factors for Islamic religious instructors in informal education for Muslim communities in North Sorong District are the misuse of social media and technology, the lack of discipline and the seriousness of society. Then, the solution provided by Islamic religious instructors is to optimize recitation activities, provide school financing through foster parents, provide motivation and guidance and familiarize children with carrying out Islamic teachings properly.

The rise of bullying cases in schools is very worrying, especially for victims who often receive bullying committed by their own friends. Individuals who often receive bullying at school experience a number of psychological disorders such as anxiety, loneliness, feeling worthless and feeling unacceptable by their peers. Each individual has a mechanism that can help regulate and direct behavior called self-control. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and perceptions of school climate with bullying behavior. Subjects totaled 205 junior high school (SMP) students, sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is a Likert scale instrument which has been tested for validity and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of self-control 0.904, school climate 0.949 and bullying behavior 0.961. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between self-control and perceptions of school climate with bullying behavior, the F value was 121.059 (p <0.01), so the third hypothesis was accepted. The effective contribution of self-control and school climate perceptions to predict bullying behavior in students was 54.5%, while the remaining 45.5% was influenced by other factors which were not examined in this study. This research is expected to be useful in knowing what predictors are the factors that have a relationship with bullying behavior, so that it can be used as a reference for taking intervention actions to reduce bullying behavior in students

Descriptions and thoughts about leadership in the 21st century depart from the view that leaders must correctly and completely recognize the conditions and aspirations of the community or the people they lead. The leader's responsibility is to provide solutions wisely, effectively, and productively for the various problems and challenges it faces. For that, every leader needs to meet certain competencies and qualifications. Therefore, this study aims to determine the definition of leadership, functions, and leadership goals for Islamic higher education institutions in the 21st century, as well as the challenges of 21st century leadership and the urgency of leadership for Islamic educational institutions. This research method is qualitative through a content analysis approach with data collection techniques through various relevant references. The results of this study indicate that the leaders of the 21st century, namely; 1) Leaders who like and are able to face various challenges; 2) Leaders who are curious about various things; 3) Leaders who are able to build an established, conducive and professional work culture and organization; 4) Leaders who are able to build communication with various lines; 5) Leaders who have a commitment to progress, prosperity, and excellence

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Islamic education learning on increasing the spirit of nationalism of students in Sorong Regency. This study uses quantitative research with a quantitative associative approach. The population of all students who are Muslim in Sorong Regency. Sampling was carried out at SMP Negeri 26 Sorong Regency from class VII-IX. thoroughly by conducting population research with a total of 38 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and analyzing using a simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning affects increasing the spirit of nationalism of students in Sorong Regency. This can be seen from the results of a simple regression test with the equation Y = 31,888+.727+e with a constant value of 31,888, and the value of the regression coefficient of Islamic religious education learning is 0.727

The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the influence of social media on the moral crisis of class VIII students at Muhammadiyah Al- Amin Middle School, Sorong City. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach and uses a comparative method (Ex Post Facto). The population in the study were students of class VIII which were divided into class VIII A, B, C, D and E, totaling 156 students. For a sample of 113 respondents taken from all class VIII. The research instrument used a questionnaire / questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data that the researchers obtained were then processed using the help of Microsoft Exel 2016 and the SPSS application for Windows Version 22.Based on the results of research at Muhammadiyah Al-Amin Middle School, Sorong City, it shows that social media has an influence on the moral crisis of class VIII students. This can be seen from the rxy value of 0.595% and the coefficient of determination r2 (xy) of 0.354 and tcount of (60.796 > 3.93), based on the coefficient of determination r2 (xy) of 0.354 meaning that 35.4% of the moral crisis is influenced by social media , while the remaining 64.6% is influenced by other factors, for example by the environment, association, character education from parents and teachers

This study aims to describe the forms of religious moderation values and the efforts of PAI teachers in instilling religious moderation values at YAPIS Teminabuan Vocational School. Sources of data are primary data sourced from school principals, vice principals, teachers, and students. While secondary data are taken from documents that have anything to do with research. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that religious moderation at YAPIS Teminabuan Vocational School is contained in the values of national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodation of local culture. Efforts to instill the values of religious moderation at YAPIS Teminabuan Vocational School apply several methods, namely; first, the learning method in the classroom. Second, extracurricular activities. Third, habituation activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the religious values in the film Omar & Hana. This study uses library research methods, with the type of research that is library research. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can beconcluded that the religious values in the film Omar & Hana can be categorized into several values, namely: 1) the value of faith, in the episode "let's give greetings" explains about strengthening friendship; the episode "everything is worship" explains about intending all that is done for Allah swt; the first halal episode explains about viewing a food or beverage halal certificate; the pillars of Islam episode explains that the pillars of Islam are the pillars of religion; our friend's al-Quran episode explains about making the Koran a friend wherever you are. 2) moral values, in the episode "let's give greetings" explains commendable morals in which greetings are exchanged; the episode "everything is worship" explains commendable morals intending all work for Allah swt; Halal episode to explain commendable morals by first viewing the halal logo and certificate for food or beverages; the pillars of Islam episode describes commendable morals in which the pillars of Islam are the pillars of religion; episode al-Quran Kawan Kita explains about commendable morals so that humans make the Koran as a friend throughout their life. 3) The value of Worship in the episode "let's give greetings" explains mahdah worship or actions that are determined by conditions and pillars; the episode "everything is worship" explains mahdah worship intending all work only for Allah swt; the halal ke episode explains about the worship of ghairumahdah, an act that brings goodness and is carried out with sincere intentions because of Allah swt; the episode of the pillars of Islam explains about the worship of mahdah; the pillars of Islam are the pillars of religion; our friend's al-Quran episode explains about mahdah worship making it a human friend at all times

The focus of this research is on the reconception of Al-Qur'an Literacy to increase the understanding of religious moderation in the family environment. This study uses a literature review that compiles the concept of moderation in religion through the family. Several quotations of verses and hadiths are the basis for constructing this research, especially in instilling the values of religious moderation in the family environment. This study also confirms that religious moderation must be instilled in the family from an early age. This research also reveals that many verses make the role of the family in providing the inculcation of good values, especially in the family, especially in religious moderation. Early moderation in the family has more impact on understanding differences in society

Value is not something we see from the world based on what we know, but value is more related to what should happen. Islamic education is a process of changing individual behavior for the better, so the value of Islamic education is the things or traits inherent in Islamic education that are used as a basis or life guide to become a better person. Islam recognizes the existence of community customs because customs are part of that society. In addition, customs or traditions often contain values whose source is the religion adopted or Islamic education. So the purpose of this study is to explore the values of Islamic education contained in the fanten tradition carried out by the Patani community of Central Halmahera every month of Rabiul Awal as an expression of gratitude for the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. So it can be understood that in the fanten tradition there is a process for strengthening faith, worship and morals which are the values of Islamic education

This study aims to uncover the spiritual leadership of a Kyai in fostering religious moderation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that spiritual leadership, K.H. Abdul Ghofir Nawawi, among others, has been implemented at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Randangan Gorontalo Islamic Boarding School, namely: attitude honesty of heart in fostering religious moderation, Faimes attitude in fostering religious moderation, and humility in fostering religious moderation
