In this article, the author attempts to analyze several basic myths that are based on the events or peculiarities of the historical events of the USSR period, but at the same time have a direct impact on the process of legitimation of the modern political system in Russia. The relevance of this topic is conditioned by the need to scientifically comprehend the existing experience both scientifically and analytically in the formation of the ideological foundations of the statehood of Russia, considering the request for the analysis of the “genetic code” of the Russian political system. As a material for analysis, the author of the article uses generally accepted ideas and artifacts of Russian modernity. The author identified the following three myths for the analysis: St. George’s Ribbon as a symbol of the victory of the USSR over fascism, the Gagarin Monument as a symbol of the breakthrough technological heritage of the USSR and Russia as the successor of this heritage; Economic growth as a symbol of economic determinism embedded in the ideology of Marxism. The identification and determination of the mechanism for the formation of myths based on the historical experience of the USSR has made it possible to identify promising directions for the development of myths in the future.

В данной статье представлен один из способов развития у школьников субъектности и креативности как личностного качества через создание креативной иноязычной образовательной среды в образовательном учреждении в целом и учителем иностранного языка в частности. Особенно эффективно развитие субъектности и креативности у школьников происходит в контексте развития умений креативной письменной речи как в урочной, так и во внеурочной учебно-познавательной коммуникативной деятельности в процессе обучения иностранным языкам.This article presents one of the ways of developing subjectivity and creativity as a personal quality in students through the provision of a foreign language educational working environment, by an educational institution in general and by a foreign language teacher in particular. While teaching foreign languages, the students' learning activity and creativity can be developed much more effectively if the teacher focuses on developing creative writing skills in educational and cognitive activities both inside and outside the classroom.

The material presented in collective article is a theoretical analysis and practical experience of improvement of the educational environment through the organization of educational work with children in the conditions of children’s and youth sports school. In article questions of the organization of educational work in educational and training process are considered. Fundamental difference of author’s approach is that inclusions of innovations in educational space of schools for children and young people and its updating will allow to increase efficiency of educational work with children. Options of application of methods and means of efficiency of formation of the general culture of younger generation, set of its social values, knowledge, norms and motive abilities specially created educational environment penetrated by a competitive spirit and a sense of responsibility for perfect affairs and acts reveal.

В статье представлен обзор ряда источников по вопросам оценки эффективности систем управления. Как и любая другая система, система управления предприятием состоит из элементов, которые объединены воедино целью функционирования, при этом особенно важно выделять субъект и объект управления, основные элементы системы управления. Авторы показывают, что каждый элемент подлежит исследованию, чтобы обеспечить целостность исследования системы управления.In clause the review of some sources concerning an estimation of efficiency of control systems is presented. As well as any other system, a control system of the enterprise consists of elements which are incorporated together by the purpose of functioning, thus it is especially important to allocate the subject and object of management, basic elements of a control system. Authors show, that each element is a subject to research to provide integrity of research of a control system.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the issues related to the development of human potential in two republics in Russia today — in the Republic of Kalmykia and the Republic of Tuva. The republics have relatively similar rankings in terms of human development index. The conclusions of the research are based on an analysis of academic literature on these issues, the results of previous sociological surveys of the population conducted by the authors in the republics of Kalmykia and Tuva, as well as data from expert interviews (16 experts in each republic) which have become the main empirical basis of this article. The interviews in the republics were obtained in the period from December 2020 to January 2021
