Taxes and retribution are important things in supporting economy condition, especially for the state. The existence of socialization regarding taxes and the importance of paying taxes to traders/entrepreneurs is expected to increase their level of awareness, trust and compliance as taxpayers that will increase the awareness of paying taxes. When people have awareness, paying taxes will be done voluntarily, not compulsorily, thus helping local governments in maximizing tax revenues that can be used fully in the development process to improve people's welfare. The purpose of this activity is traders around the Cigombong Market, VIM Village in Jayapura City. Traders can know the importance of awareness in paying taxes and retribution in Jayapura City, and traders can practice how to pay taxes and retribution in Jayapura City. The results of this activity in general, include the achievement of objectives regarding knowledge, understanding the importance of taxes and retribution and practicing how to pay. There were 18 traders who came as participants. They are willing to continue this information to traders around Cigombong who did not have time to attend the socialization. Any costs allocated by farmers will directly affect the amount of revenue and the level of income or profits of farmers. The thing that must be understood is to find out the size of the costs incurred in farming each planting season, it takes a source of information related to the costs incurred, selling prices and the amount of production in farming. The source of information referred to is farming bookkeeping, farming bookkeeping will provide information for farmers about the development of farming activities every planting season. In explaining their farming, the participants never took notes and even compiled books in their farming. farmers in Koya Koso generally do not manage their farming costs well. Farmers understand that land preparation costs and planting costs are the total costs or total costs in farming. While the cost of using tools in farming needs to be taken into account, because basically the tools used in farming have a limited economic life. After farmers understand and are able to distinguish between fixed costs and variable costs in farming, the next activity is to provide training to farmers to calculate the amount of revenue and income. In general, farmers consider the value of the sale is the net profit received in one growing season. The Indonesian people's financial literacy level until now has not shown good condition, based on the results of a survey conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019, which shows that financial management has not been implementing by the community. Mapping the level of financial literacy by employment rate, the results showed an increase in the percentage of financial literacy for all classifications of job types from 2016 to 2019, where employers were 43.60%. MSMEs are one of the sectors that have been greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey results showed that 77% of respondents experienced a decrease in income, 35% of whom experience a decreased in income in the range of 40%-60% (OJK, 2021). The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been confirmed from various existing surveys, confirms that financial literacy is a life skill that must be possessed by every individual today. The Business Financial Management training activity for the Betel Nut and Noken Seller Mama Group at Expo Waena aims to be able to foster scientific understanding and understanding of small business actors regarding financial literacy, especially regarding business financial management as a business actor, supporting business actors in making decisions related to business finances and their preferences and is expected to be able to manage and analyze their income and expenses so that more smart and wise in managing business finances and his personal finance. The participants in this activity were the participants who registered, namely 15 participants, and those who participated in the training activity were about 6 people from the group of betel nut and noken sellers at the waena expo in Jayapura City.Keywords: Business, Financial Management, Training

Malaria is still a public health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Positive deviation behavior is one of the factors that influence the incidence of malaria. So this study aims to determine the effect of positive deviation on the incidence of malaria in Jayapura City. This community service was carried out in the Mandala Village area, Jayapura City, Papua Province. The community service method uses the Community Empowerment method using Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Sampling using Exautive sampling (sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples). The data collected will be analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that the most influential factor on the incidence of malaria was positive deviation (p=0.000). The results of the qualitative analysis show that positive deviation behaviors to prevent malaria are using mosquito nets when sleeping, wearing long sleeves when working and when going out at night, and burning trash and coconut belts. The positive deviation approach can be used as an effort to prevent and control malaria through the active role of health cadres or community leaders. Entrepreneurship is a rapidly growing profession in Muara Tae Village. However, most of the entrepeneur in Muara Tae Village still have not implemented bookkeeping for their business finances. This raises various financial problems in the future. Therefore, to overcome the risk of problems that might occur, we conduct counseling on financial accounting in the form of a simple cash book. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of financial bookkeeping in the form of a simple cash book so that business people in Muara Tae Village can understand the importance of simple financial bookkeeping and can apply it in running their business. The method used is observation and counseling to residents of Muara Tae Village who have businesses. The activity began with distributing questionnaires through the Muara Tae Village SME’s WhatsApp group, preparing counseling materials, and distributing outreach invitations to SME’s. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of SME’s in Muara Tae Village about simple bookkeeping and they can make their own simple bookkeeping according to the business they are doing. The purpose of this community service activities is a part of developing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Important factor that the entrepreneurs should know is about bookkeeping. Simple bookkeeping for small and medium-sized businesses is quite important for their own business progress. One of the reason is the bad system that SMEs have. It cause the lack of government attention, and there are still many SMEs who are reluctant to think about complicated things such as accounting and financial management issues. They only think that it is enough to make a profit, then their business or SMEs that they have can run and developing. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the Fish Farmer Group in Koya Timur, it can be conclude that financial management is very important for business actors or other entrepreneurs, but there are still many obstacles faced in the implementation. One of them is the lack of partners concern to learn individually how to prepare financial reports properly. It is caused the low quality of human resources from SMEs actors in managing their own business finances which results in not developing the business owned by the business owner.

This service activity aims to provide training on traditional (manual) accounting records by introducing large accounts in accounting books and the introduction of the Lamikro application and its use in recording daily financial transactions online to MSME actors in Jayapura City. In addition, Lamikro financial reports produced by MSME actors can be used in applying for people's business credit / KUR loans at banks. The training was held on 2 and 3 July 2021, the training was divided into 2 activities, namely on 2 July 2021 an introduction training was held on micro-applications and transaction practices encountered by business actors on a daily basis. This activity was carried out in the Accounting Department Lab and was attended by 5 people out of 10 people who registered. The activity on July 3, 2021 was carried out with assistance to every business actor in the city of Jayapura. The assistance takes place accompanied by an introduction to the recording of transactions based on the Lamikro application. In this activity, assistance was provided to 15 business actors spread across the city of Jayapura. Assistance activities are carried out by complying with applicable health procedures. Community Service Activities are also carried out pre-post tests during the implementation of the activities, with the aim of measuring the extent of understanding of the introduction material that has been given during the training process.

One of the intelligences that modern humans must possess is financial intelligence, which is intelligence in managing personal financial assets. The results of the 2019 national survey showed that the financial literacy rate of the population aged 15-17 years was 16% which indicates a low level and is more financially vulnerable in the sense of being able to spend money on pleasure than to save or invest to add assets. Thus, one way to respond to finances is how individuals can control their personal finances. Personal financial management training for students is carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, and exercises to identify needs and calculate the monthly expenses of students. To ensure that participants can understand the learning outcomes, at the end of this learning a posttest is carried out in the form of providing a simple survey to test the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of managing personal finances of students. The conclusion that can be made in the Student Personal Financial Management Training is to ensure that this training can provide an increase in understanding or level of financial literacy to the younger generation in planning for the future and their finances properly.

This company performance analysis training using technical analysis with the number of participants about 50 persons, which all the participants are from Yoboi village and people around Sentani lake. This training are conducted with the Investment Gallery of Indonesia Stock Exchange, University of Cenderawasih to introduce stock investment in the capital market to the community or indigenous Papuans. Basic things about stock investment, the benefits and risks of stock investment, also training and mentoring for stock investment are the references in educational activities in the stock village. However, it must be acknowledged that there are technical obstacles such as adequate internet and cellphones, as well as understanding the use of applications which are serious problems. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed gradually, not only in theory, but also with direct practice

Several previous studies provide evidence that Classroom Action Research benefits teachers in improving a deep understanding of students’ thinking and learning, making changes to the teaching and developing teacher’s professional process, improving self-confidence in teaching ability and changing insights about teaching and learning and renewing commitment to the teaching profession. Currently the problem that occurs is that some teachers have not been optimal in conducting and producing good class action research reports, as well as creating articles sourced from class action research activities carried out that can then be published through scientific journals. In order to improve the competence of teachers to be able to produce a scientific paper that can be used as publication article of scientific journals carrying out class action research training activities for high school/vocational teachers in the Jayapura Regency and Jayapura City. Trainig Data Analysis Class Action Research uses the practical method of data analysis using SPSS analysis tools, the purpose of using this method is to ensure that this training can provide increased competence and understanding for participants during the training.
