The book is an asset for a student to add insight and knowledge. A student can not just expect the material of his teachers, but also must independently seek lecture material to supplement and clarify the material received in class. One way is to buy a book of lectures. This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and attitudes towards decisions to buy book of lectures on S1 students of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin. This research is quantitative with descriptive analytic design. The population in this research is 246 students. The samples are 152 students were taken by accidental sampling. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire. Univariate analysis of data in the form of a frequency distribution, and in multivariate linear regression. The results showed that students were motivated moderate (65.8%), high motivation (29.6%) low motivation (4.6%). To the fact that most have a positive attitude (97.4%), negative attitudes (2.6%). As for the decision to buy a book of lectures largely decided to buy a book of lectures (74.3%) and decided not to buy a book of lectures (25.7%). Simultaneous testing showed that Fcount = 19.278 > Ftable = 3.06. Partial test for motivation variables show that tcount = 1.790 ttable = 1.976. The conclusion of this research is that the motivation and attitude simultaneously influence on the decision to buy book of lectures. Partially, motivation does not affect on the decision to buy book of lectures, but attitudes influence on the decision to buy book of lectures. Keywords: motivation, attitudes, buying decisions

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors (interest rates, inflation rates, and the exchange rate) on the composite stock price index, the agricultural stock price index, and the mining stock price index. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. Data obtained through Bank of Indonesia, Central Bureau of Statistics, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is purposive sampling, and data are collected with the noted techniques. The results show that interest rates variable negatively affects to the composite stock price index and the agricultural stock price index, but has no impact on the mining stock price index. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational commitment and spirituality in the workplace on employee performance in Public Corporation BULOG Regional Division South Kalimantan in Banjarmasin City. The research method uses a quantitative approach to the study sample size of 34 employees of Public Corporation BULOG Regional Division South Kalimantan in Banjarmasin City tested using multiple regression analysis with software Statistics Programme for Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.0. The study, of 34 permanent employees who work in Public Corporation BULOG Division South Kalimantan Banjarmasin, found that organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. The findings further, that spirituality in the workplace positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and spirituality in the workplace positive and significant impact on employee performance. Based on the results of this study concluded that organizational commitment and spirituality in the workplace is able to address concerns about the performance of employees in Public Corporation Bulog Regional Division South Kalimantan Banjarmasin. Implications of the study is expected to be a positive contribution to improving employee performance and the performance of Public Corporation BULOG Regional Division South Kalimantan in Banjarmasin City and future research. The evaluation on service quality can develop trust and positive perspective on value to give satisfaction to the customers. The purpose of this study was determine and analyze the influence of service quality factor, trust factor, value factor on satisfaction. How the influence of service quality factor on trust factor and value factor, the influence of trust factor on value factor, the indirect influence of service quality factor on satisfaction through trust and through value. It used Purposive Sampling, there are 108 samples as respondents of all population in LPK Kharisma, LP3I and Borneo Training Center. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling with Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression. The results showed that service quality factors have an effect on the level of satisfaction. but the trust and the value factors don’t have an effect on the level of satisfaction. Service quality factor have an effect on the trust and the value, which states that the trust factors have an effect on the value. There is an indirect influence of service quality factor on satisfaction through trust, but there isn’t an indirect influence of service quality factor on satisfaction through value. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence financial compensation and non financial compensation as an independentvariable to job satisfaction as intervening variable and the impact to turnover intention as dependen variable of on duty sailors at PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa ships. Research instruments used questionnaire and Likert’sScale as variable measurement on 250 sailors as a sample as to the characteristic of sailors who were on duty on board from 307 sailors work at PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa. Effect of finansial compensation and non finansial compensation will be tested to job satisfaction and tested the direct effect financial compensation, non financial compensation and job satisfaction to turnover intention as a dependen variable, and tested indirect effect finansial compensation and non financial compensation as variable independentto turnover intention as variable dependent through job satisfaction as intervening variable used Path Analysis on IBM SPSS versi 21 programme. The result of the research concludes that thefinancial compensation and non financial compensation has apositif impact and significantto the job satisfaction. Finansial compensation has negatif significant impact, non financial compensation has negatif not significantimpact and job satisfaction has negatif significantimpact to turnover intention. Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable decrease the effect of financial compensation into the turnover intention, and increase the effect of non financial compensation to turnover intention. 本研究旨在找出并分析PT. The purpose of this research is: 1. Analyze performance benefits and working discipline simultaneously on the performance of civil servants on Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. 2. Analyze the performance benefits on the performance of civil servants at the Institute for Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. 3. Analyze labor discipline on the performance of civil servants on Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. Explanatory research, the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique with the number of respondents is 66 civil servants. The research instrument used questionnaires and measurement interval scale variable with the characteristics of the respondents were civil servants at the Institute for Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin who receive performance benefits since 2012. Allowance performance (X1) and discipline (X2) as independent variables to be tested simultaneously (Simultaneous) influence on the performance of civil servants (Y) as the dependent variable. Examine the effect of direct (partial) performance benefits (X1) on the performance of civil servants (Y) and examine the effect of direct (partial) labor discipline (X2) on the performance of civil servants (Y). The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption using multicollinearity test, test heterokedastisitas, test for normality and linearity test, to test the hypothesis by using the F test and t test with IBM SPSS version 19 program. The study states that the benefits of performance (X1) and discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on the performance of civil servants (Y). Performance benefits (X1) significant positive effect on the performance of civil servants (Y) and discipline (X2) significant positive effect on the performance of civil servants (Y). 本研究的目的是:1。农业检疫一级班组公务员绩效绩效效益与工作纪律并举分析Banjarmasin农业检疫研究所一级公务员绩效效益分析劳动纪律对农检一级公务员绩效的影响分析。解释性研究中,抽样技术采用饱和抽样技术,调查对象为66名公务员。研究工具采用问卷调查和测量区间量表变量,调查对象为Banjarmasin农业检疫研究所一级公务员,自2012年起领取绩效津贴。津贴绩效(X1)和纪律(X2)作为自变量同时进行检验(Simultaneous)对公务员绩效的影响(Y)作为因变量。检验直接(部分)绩效利益(X1)对公务员绩效(Y)的影响,检验直接(部分)劳动纪律(X2)对公务员绩效(Y)的影响。采用效度、信度、多元回归等分析工具对所得数据进行定性和定量分析,采用多重共线性检验、异方差检验、正态性检验和线性检验等经典假设。采用IBM SPSS version 19程序进行F检验和t检验。研究表明,绩效效益(X1)和纪律效益(X2)对公务员绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响。绩效效益(X1)对公务员绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响,纪律效益(X2)对公务员绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响。关键词:绩效效益、工作纪律与绩效。

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of price, quality product, and service quality to the satisfaction of cafe visitor in Banjarbaru. It also investigates and analyzes the effect of price, product quality and service quality on cafe customer loyalty in Banjarbaru. And to know and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of cafe visitor in Banjarbaru. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method the sampling is based on certain considerations and should be representative/representative of the population to be studied, consideration used in this study, the number of 126 samples. The analysis for the study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) in AMOS 22 program. The results showed that the quality of products and service quality to satisfaction of cafe visitor. While the price has no effect on visitor satisfaction. Further price, product quality and service quality affect to cafe visitor loyalty. This research aimed at empirically proving both direct and indirect influence of ownership structure to the firm value with financial decision as intervening variable on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009. The object is 56 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009. This research uses path analysis with SPSS 16.0 version as analizing tools. The result of this study indicate that both institutional ownership and managerial ownership directly and indirectly do not influence the investment decision, the financing decision and the dividend policy. Ownership structure does not influence the firm value.The investment decision influences the financing decision and the dividend policy but the financing decision does not influence the dividend policy.
