Increasing infant weight is an important indicator of optimal growth and development. One effective method to achieve this is through baby massage, which can provide both physical and psychological stimulation for the infant. This community service activity aims to increase the weight of infants aged 1-6 months through baby massage classes conducted at Posyandu Perumahan Griya Intan Asri, Mrican, Kota Kediri. The program involved 10 mothers with infants aged 1-6 months as participants. The methods used included socialization, education, and training in baby massage techniques by competent healthcare professionals. The training provided practical guidance on safe and effective baby massage techniques to enhance infant weight and well-being, as well as to strengthen the bond between mother and child. The results of the program showed that out of the 10 infants who participated, 8 infants (80%) experienced weight gain after the baby massage sessions, while 2 infants (20%) maintained their weight. None of the infants experienced weight loss. These results indicate that baby massage classes have a significant impact on increasing infant weight, which is a crucial indicator for their optimal growth and development. Therefore, this baby massage class program can be considered effective in improving both the physical and psychological health of infants and strengthening the role of mothers in caregiving to support their children's optimal growth and development

Oxytocin massage has proven effective in reducing the risk of mastitis in breastfeeding mothers by helping the breasts to relax and improving milk flow, thereby reducing swelling and milk duct blockages. Education on proper breastfeeding techniques is crucial to prevent worsening conditions and increasing the risk of mastitis. This community service activity aims to provide education and oxytocin massage training to posyandu cadres in the Puskesmas Pancana Makassar area. The community service method involves direct guidance from trained facilitators to the cadres, which includes proper and safe massage techniques as well as understanding the benefits for breastfeeding mothers, while cadre participation is documented and analyzed to evaluate the impact of the training on increasing knowledge and skills in oxytocin massage techniques and mastitis prevention. The results of this activity show that oxytocin massage training effectively enhances the practical skills of posyandu cadres, with 80% of cadres achieving good skills after the training compared to only 10% before the training, thus contributing to the prevention of mastitis and improving the quality of health services at posyandu. Integrating oxytocin massage into posyandu cadre training programs is crucial in preventing mastitis, enhancing maternal mental health, and strengthening the emotional bond between mother and baby. Therefore, this training not only improves the practical knowledge of cadres but also has a significant positive impact on supporting family health and well-being at the community level.

Introduction: Unexpectedly high sea water can cause flooding which can damage, threaten lives and endanger the community, especially residents who live close to the shoreline or coastline. Objective: increase the response capacity of coastal residents to tidal flood disasters. Method: conducting outreach and simulating tidal flood disasters. Results: The average posttest score reached 17.5 out of a maximum score of 20, indicating the success of counseling in increasing respondents' knowledge and preparedness. Conclusion: Increasing community understanding, as reflected in a high average posttest score, can make a significant contribution to increasing community preparedness and adaptation to the risk of tidal floods. Furthermore, efforts are needed to maintain this positive momentum through sustainable programs, collaboration with related parties, and strengthening community participation in mitigation efforts.

Mung beans and red beans contain vitamin A, calcium, and potassium, which can increase hemoglobin levels in the body. The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 23.7%, with the incidence of anemia in females being much higher than in males, at 27.2% in females and 20.3% in males in 2018, showing an increase from 2013 to 2018. Therefore, this community service aims to increase hemoglobin levels in anemic adolescent girls through supplementation with mung bean and red bean porridge. The methods used include nutrition education, training on making bean porridge, and regular health monitoring, with evaluations using questionnaires, structured interviews, and participatory observation. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in hemoglobin levels in all 10 adolescent girls (100%) involved in the program after supplementation, as well as high satisfaction with the materials and the benefits of the information provided. In conclusion, this program is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels and providing beneficial nutrition education for anemic adolescent girls.

Hypertension in pregnancy is one of the most important problems faced by public health because HDK is a major cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. In pregnancy with preeclampsia, trophoblast cell invasion only occurs in part of the spiral arteries in the myometrial area so that placental function is disrupted, then the placenta does not meet the needs of blood for nutrients and oxygen to the fetus so that impaired placental function can cause stunted fetal growth which causes stunting. The purpose of this service is to educate the public about the dangers of pregnancy hypertension, because it is a predisposing factor to stunting. Method: Education is done by gathering the community in one place. The material is delivered by interactive lecture method using LCD and LCD projector. Result: the community is very enthusiastic about the material presented. Conclusion: this educational activity is also Conclusion: This educational activity has a positive impact on mothers and families, because the educational activities can increase knowledge for mothers and their children about the prevention of hypertension in pregnancy and the incidence of stunting.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) plays a crucial role at Pondok Pesantren Walisongo Kotabumi, with a focus on preventing the risk of diarrhea. The community service project aims to enhance awareness and implementation of PHBS among 30 students aged 6-7 years. Involving evaluation instruments such as structured questions, interviews, and participatory observations, the activity took place on October 7, 2023. The material includes PHBS techniques, smart decision-making, and responsible PHBS implementation. Evaluation indicates a significant increase in students' knowledge (100%) regarding "PHBS Efforts as Diarrhea Prevention in the Pondok Pesantren Environment." Positive participant responses reflect satisfaction with the material, and action evaluation shows a positive impact of the program on the implementation of PHBS among students, contributing positively to the well-being and stability of the pesantren environment

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is a chronic disease that often shows no symptoms at the begin of the disease, so many people are not aware that they have PTM. This incident means that the lack of efficacy in carrying out early screening for PTM can be identified by carrying out early detection by checking blood pressure, blood cholesterol levels, blood sugar and measuring Body Mass Index. The aim of this activity is to detect early risk factors for non-communicable diseases after an examination. This activity includes checking blood pressure, cholesterol levels and blood glucose levels. This activity was carried out on Sunday 7 August 2023. The location of this Community Service was carried out in Dukuh Nyamplung RT 03/ RW 06, Donoharjo Village, Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency. This activity was attended by 46. The results of the early detection of NCDs showed that 37% of residents had hypertension, 75% of residents had hypercholesterolemia and 35% had hyperglycemia.

Sleep quality is a description that explains a person's ability to maintain sleep time and the absence of disturbances experienced during the sleep period. Sleep quality is an illustration of how a person can easily start sleeping and maintain sleep. The quality of a person's sleep can be seen from the aspect of the length of time they sleep, and the complaints they feel during sleep or after waking up. There are 431 housewives in Kekeri hamlet. This community service was carried out in May 2023 by first providing an explanation to housewives in East Kekeri hamlet of the benefits of aerobic exercise to improve sleep quality using the lecture method then continuing on the following day, namely implementing aerobic exercise every afternoon for housewives There were 18 people present. Participants were then given a questionnaire about sleep quality before and after doing aerobic exercise 3 times a week for 1 month with a total of 12 meetings. The results of community service activities that have been carried out in East Kekeri Hamlet show that there is a difference in the average quality of sleep before and after aerobic exercise where the quality of sleep has increased. Aerobic exercise has the effect of improving the quality of sleep in housewives, this is very useful so that people know how to treat insomnia independently in an easy way.
