In recent years, along with the national standard of living has improved significantly, the continuous development of international trade, our country and other foreign countries form mutually beneficial and win-win business management mode, and people not only satisfy in economic exchanges, in order to build a peaceful civilization country, by taking the form of academic seminar, for all countries in the world to understand China, It also allows China to learn from other countries' strengths in community building. This article mainly through to the Beijing haidian district to carry out the "pluralistic perspective of community management governance" academic seminar on analysis and research, the academic seminar on China's cooperation with the university of California to discuss ways, to social governance problems in China's eastern coastal areas is analyzed and improved method for simple description.

Experimental Study on Combustion Characteristics of Transformer Oil Pool Fire with Different Scales 不同规模变压器油池火灾燃烧特性的实验研究

To study the combustion characteristics of transformer oil pool fire with different sizes, transformer oil pool fire experiments with diameters of 40cm, 50cm, and 60cm are carried out to analyze the evolution laws of flame height, fire plume temperature, and oil temperature of oil pool fire with different diameters. The results show that the ignition process of the transformer oil pool can be divided into three typical stages: initial growth stage, full development stage, and extinguished stage. According to the characteristics of combustion rate and flame height, the full development stage is subdivided into the stable combustion stage and boiling combustion stage. The flame height of the boiling combustion stage is about 1.1 times higher than that of the stable combustion stage. With the increase of diameter, the range of intermittent flame area of oil pool fire with three diameters increases by 1.2 times. The heat transfer analysis of the full development stage shows that the oil temperature presents the phenomenon of temperature stratification. There is a boiling layer below the liquid level. Its temperature is about 330 °C and its thickness is about 2.3 mm. The oil temperature under the boiling layer decreases in a gradient, and the boiling layer thickness and temperature have no significant correlation with the oil pool diameter.

Large-scale GWAS meta-analysis consisting of trans-ethnic samples identifies various genetic signals on BMI 由跨种族样本组成的大规模GWAS荟萃分析确定了BMI的各种遗传信号

Due to the development of computational power and statistical theories, Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have constantly been improved to gain higher power with reduced bias. GWAS identify hundreds of susceptibility loci body mass index in various populations such as European-ancestry, or Asian groups. Meta-analysis enables us to incorporate statistical results from various studies to detect more genetics signals in GWAS, as well as discover different signals from cis- or trans-ethnic groups. Here we combined data from three sources of large-scale genetics studies: UK Biobank, GIANT consortium, and a famous Japanese study. Among over two million candidate SNPs, we successfully detected 686 significant SNPs after Bonferroni correction (P < 2.5*10^-8), with most of them being detected previously. The top five SNPs are: “rs1558902” (P value = 2.394*10^-36), “rs1421085” (P value = 4.152*10^-36), “rs2237897” (P value = 2.542*10^-32), “rs2237896” (P value = 3.966*10^-32), “rs7202116” (P value = 2.702*10^-31). Although the total number of variants identified by the meta-analysis is lower than the Japanese population-based association study, meta-analysis successfully identifies several new loci not captured by the single-group association study. We also explored the original summary statistics datasets and conducted analysis to compare the statistical results from different populations separately.

Research progress of wind energy utilization in building environment 风能在建筑环境中的利用研究进展

Against the backdrop of the increasing global clean energy crisis, the development and efficient use of clean and renewable energy has become an important theme in today's society. In the use environment of various urban public buildings, the main difference of wind energy is that it can not only be directly applied to the urban buildings itself, but also does not need any transportation tools. According to the development status of building wind energy environment research in china and abroad, the main characteristics of building wind energy environment using wind energy in china are analyzed. the feasibility of using main wind energy in building wind energy environment in china is discussed. the main utilization methods of building wind energy environment using wind energy including natural ventilation system exhaust and building wind energy comprehensive power generation in china are introduced. the comprehensive evaluation of the current building energy saving environment using wind energy comprehensive utilization efficiency is given. the theoretical research results and practical application examples about building energy saving environment using wind energy are summarized. On the basis of this paper, some current hot issues that need further study are proposed in order to provide the basis for the wider application of wind technology in the architectural environment.

In line with the application status of intelligent bathroom products in an aging society, this thesis focus on the analysis of the concept of intelligent elderly bathroom facilities and fundamental needs of an aging society, thus to draw a conclusion about the characteristics of the elderly, the basic content of intelligent bathroom facilities. This thesis also proposed the basic principle of design for the intelligent bathroom products, thus to promote the application of intelligent bathroom products in the aging society.

In the past few years, vocational schools have been exploring ways of educational reform through school enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, and collaborative education. With the coming of industry 4.0 era, vocational education has entered a new round of development and will face new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, in the form of deepening the comprehensive reform of vocational education, vigorously promoting innovative management methods will certainly promote the comprehensive reform of education in the true sense of vocational schools.

This dissertation demonstrates the thoughts on the outstanding theory of Luce Irigaray.In the introduction part of this dissertation,it specified the research perspective, research features and research significance.This dissertation is to study the feminist theory of Irigaray from the perspective of postmodernism. One thing is that the feminist research has entered the postmodern context as of the period of Irigaray's theory creation,hence,as Irigaray is deeply influenced by the western postmodern philosophy,her theory therefore reflects the deconstruction philosophy significantly.Whereas, this dissertation interprets the general context of the development of western feminist movement and feminist literary criticism and then explains the basic position of deconstruction philosophy.

"Auspicious As You Like It" is a New Year's Eve movie directed by Dapeng in 2021. Before this film, audiences still had the impression of Dapeng's works as comedies like "Pancake Man" and "Sewing Machine Band", but "Auspicious As You Like It" has completely overturned modern audiences' perception of his directorial works. The main reason why this literary film has left a deep impression on many people is that it uses a large number of nested narrative structures, combining drama and documentary, and cleverly exploiting the duality between real and fictional images, combining truth and fiction. This narrative structure and artistic form enriches the way of domestic film art creation at this stage and provides valuable experience for China's current film art creation.
《吉祥如你所愿》是大鹏导演2021年的跨年电影。在这部电影之前,观众对大鹏作品的印象仍然是《煎饼侠》、《缝纫机乐队》等喜剧,但《皆大欢喜》彻底颠覆了现代观众对他导演作品的认知。这部文艺片之所以给很多人留下了深刻的印象,主要是因为它使用了大量嵌套的叙事结构,将戏剧与纪录片相结合,巧妙地利用了真实与虚构的二元形象,将真实与虚构相结合。这种叙事结构和艺术形式丰富了现阶段国内电影艺术创作的方式,为中国当下的电影艺术创作提供了宝贵的经验。
