The PPDB ONLINE website is one of the applications of information technology that is used to make it easier for users to obtain information related to New Student Admission (PPDB), with services provided by the Jambi Provincial Education Office. The researcher analyzes the success rate of the PPDB ONLINE website in Jambi Provincial Education Office using the Delone and Mclean methods and finds out the effect of the independent variables (quality of the system, quality of information, quality of services provided) on the dependent variable (usage, user satisfaction, net benefits) using the SEM method. and SmartPLS software. This study resulted in 6 accepted hypotheses from 9 proposed.

Inventory is an activity to compile goods or record existing goods or materials correctly. Inventory of goods is also a recording of data related to goods or assets at Muhammadiyah Jambi University. Every item that is to be procured must be recorded properly as well as if the goods that have been procured and distributed must be recorded and reported properly and correctly as asset data. The purpose of this research is to help and facilitate employees in managing inventory of goods to be more effective and efficient, the method used is a prototyping system with the results of this research being the Design of the Goods E-Inventory Interface at Muhammadiyah Jambi University

A shop building Jaya Jambi is one of the company that moves in the fields of a sale and purchase goods , that experienced competition been tough enough with the company the like. In enhancing the quality of service to customers the company requires a good system. Thus should be designed a information systems that aims to devise a system in process data selling in a shop building Jaya Jambi computer that is based , in order to process an employee in the selling data and the purchase of or effectiveness in for finding data and prepare reports. In this study researchers used a Tools of UML (Unified Modeling Language), method Waterfall and using language programming VB.NET. This research produce information system sales in stores jaya jambi that can manage the data of goods , the purchase , sales of , retur and report the purchase , sales reports , reports the percentage of sales and the report retur it was.

Computer-based information systems are needed, especially in the development of an organization, in this case is the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. Where the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi pays less attention to incoming and outgoing letters because currently the mail scheduling information system has not been fully integrated with the system where for mail scheduling still uses the conventional system. Where the process is still carried out by separating incoming and outgoing letters and then writing or recording several parts of the letter, namely: letter number, letter description, letter origin, incoming letter date, outgoing letter date, agenda date, document. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a prototype letter scheduling system so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling letters and speed up the process of searching for letters so as to make it easier for mail managers to find letters according to their needs. This design was made using the visual paradigm and using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype design of an analysis system and design of a letter scheduling information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. On this basis, an integrated system is needed, it is hoped that the system can be implemented directly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the letter logging information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi.

Seeing the importance of measuring the level of student satisfaction with the service implementation of the education and learning system, a container for measuring the level of student satisfaction is needed. Student satisfaction and a good experience received by each student is one of the priorities prioritized by the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi in shaping the image or good name of the university. But unfortunately, so far, to measure the level of student satisfaction in having the experience of feeling the service of implementing the education and learning system and using existing facilities at the University, it is still in the form of a questionnaire in the form of paper which is distributed directly to students when students are going for the final semester exams with a fairly time-consuming process. time in procedures and calculations. so that there is no transparency in data collection that is accumulated directly through the system and does not become a waste of time, energy and paper. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an Information System for Measuring Student Satisfaction on Web-Based Services for the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Campus so that it can improve the services of the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Campus. Scholarships are grants in the form of financial assistance given to individuals, students or students for the continuation of education. In accordance with the program guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education, it must follow the 3T principles, namely Right Target, Right Amount and Timely. Jambi Muhamamdiyah University is one of the private universities that received a quota for the scholarship, because of the large number of scholarship recipients, the university must be selective in determining who is eligible to get the scholarship. One of the methods of information technology that can support decision-making in an organization or company is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method so that it can facilitate the process of managing, sorting, comparing and selecting scholarship recipients, so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the actors. business. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a prototype of the Scholarship Acceptance Decision Support System with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in receiving scholarships and to assist in providing alternative decisions in the selection of scholarship recipients. This design was made using the visual paradigm and using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype design of the analysis system and the design of a Scholarship Acceptance Decision Support System using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. On this basis, an integrated system is needed, it is hoped that the system can be implemented directly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of scholarship acceptance at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi
