SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN DI LPP RADIO REPUBLIK INDONESIA JAMBI 印度尼西亚共和国占碑 LPP 广播电台人事信息系统

Management of personnel administration data in an organization or agency/institution plays an important role in the administrative process. In this case the current personnel information system has a weakness, namely it is only used to record employee attendance and only involves one user and only uses one computer. With this desktop-based staffing system, it can help the process of managing personnel data at LPP RI Jambi so that it becomes more effective and efficient. The design of a desktop-based personnel administration system can make it easier for admins to input data, reduce time, and minimize the possibility of errors in recording. As well as designing a personnel information system at LPP RI Jambi using a desktop-based modeling technique made with the Delphi 7 programming language and mysql database. In describing system analysis and design, namely in the form of DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). The output of this study is the design of the analysis system and the design of a staffing information system at LPP RI Jambi.

RANCANGAN PENGEMBANGAN LAYANAN PADA APLIKASI SIMENDAH 西门达应用服务开发设计

The accumulation of waste is one of the problems in Mendalo Indah Village due to the unstructured pattern of waste disposal. To overcome this, the author made a research that would later give birth to an innovative garbage ojek service, become one way to reduce piles of garbage, and keep the environment cleaner and healthier. When conducting research, the author uses a qualitative method that collects data through interviews, research, and observation based on field events. The analysis method in this research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method which consists of Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. The design design is only limited to prototypes. The results of this study produced a garbage ojek service feature in the SiMendah application. With this garbage ojek service feature, it will make it easier for people to dispose of garbage by simply ordering a garbage ojek through the SiMendah application, the ojek driver will pick up and dispose of the garbage where it should be. When this service is run, it is expected to help overcome the pile of garbage

PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN PENANAMAN RHL(P0) TAHUN 2022 DI WILAYAH KERJA BPDAS INDRAGIRI ROKAN 2022 年在 BPDAS INDRAGIRI ROCKAN 工作区开展 rhl(P0) 种植活动

Efforts to mitigate disasters belonging to the hydrometeorological category are by returning the condition of the upstream area to its function as an area that can withstand runoff and improve the physical environment in an environmentally friendly way, namely by rehabilitating forests and land. In order to support the rehabilitation and conservation of forest resources policy, the directorate general of watershed control and forest rehabilitation (Ditjen PDASRH) is promoting land rehabilitation activities through several programs, one of which is forest and land rehabilitation (RHL). This study aims to determine whether the implementation of RHL P-0 activities in 2022 can run smoothly according to applicable regulations. The method used is the Systematic Sampling With Random Start method which is carried out through a sampling technique. Based on the evaluation and direct observation of the field and the data that has been processed, it can be concluded that the RHL P-0 activity in Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province, was said to be successful because the percentage of growing plants planted as a whole reached 91.16%.

ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE SMK NEGERI 4 KOTA JAMBI MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0 使用 Webqual 4.0 方法分析占碑市内四区 Smk 网站的服务质量

In finding information, we often experience difficulties, but having a website makes it easier for us to obtain information, one of which is on the educational website, namely SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City, which is a site that provides information about schools, accepting new students and other information. However, the information service available on the SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City website still has a number of problems, including the student menu, which is in the rules and regulations section, the alumni menu is in the alumni directory section, the work unit menu is in the job fair (BKK) section, curriculum, and student affairs. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the website at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City using the webqual (Website Quality) method. The webqual method itself consists of several dimensions, namely quality of use, quality of information, quality of service interaction with quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from questionnaires. With a total sample of 100 respondents and data processing using SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that of the 3 (three) variables in the model (hypotheses) tested, 2 hypotheses had a significant effect and 1 other hypothesis had no significant effect. The 2 hypotheses accepted are H2 and H3. While 1 hypothesis that is rejected is H1. Overall the website of SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City has a positive impact

Currently, there are still quite a number of organizations who consider that remuneration is a cost component that needs to be minimized and a means that can increase unproductive behavior, which can lead to personal problems. To be able to prevent the emergence of problems and the increase in remuneration expenditure of an organization, it is necessary to have a remuneration system that is fair, appropriate, and cost effective. In the process of calculating the Additional Employee Income (TPP) carried out by SMK PP Negeri Jambi, Batanghari Regency, it is still manually with calculations based on absenteeism, performance, and employee discipline, after all data is obtained then input into Microsoft Excel. The purpose of this study is to simplify calculations, minimize time in the process of inputting and calculating, the process of delivering TPP information quickly and accurately. Where the modeling of this system uses a flow diagram of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and this system design uses web / internet media and produces a web-based information system for additional employee income payments (TPP) at SMP Negeri Jambi Regency. Renewable energy which comes from various resources, such as sunlight, wind, rain, geothermal and biomass has a concept that is in line with the environmentally friendly green energy sector, which is synergized with the National Determine Contribution (NDC) achievements which are targeted to be achieved in 2030. Coal, as a mining sector, is still the main basis for the main supply of electrical energy in the domestic market where South Kalimantan is the 3rd national reserve, with a value of 3.67 billion tons. In relation to the NDC target, PT Banjar Bumi Persada (BBP) and PT Mitra Agro Semesta (MAS) located in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, are doing two main things to achieve the Coal to Clean Power synergy; 1) Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) with green financing compensation through community empowerment based on work in accordance with the social and environmental context in the operational area, 2) Development of food agriculture as a form of contribution to climate change mitigation-adaptation as an effort to reduce carbon emissions towards green energy-green economy, 3) Branding strategy in market share through 'mine care life' and 'mine for life' as philosophical values, where mines care for life and mines for life in the form of 'green coal' in market penetration, market development and product development. There are so many programe is given by goverment to tackle proverty. One of them is Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). But, data of beneficiery receiver is not suitable yet as something that hope. The reason is not optimal act of determining status. Although, beneficiery receiver is not on target. Application prototype planner system to support final decision for PKH beneficiery receiver is used to take decision is Simple Addictive Weighting System (SAW). It wears Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram as model of system planner. Which is result assessment is done by system. That have two measurment, proper or not proper. SAW Method is choosen because of this method can determine quality grade each atribute. Then, continue with rank process will do to select best alternative from a lot of alternatives. Such as; poor family which is include proper category based on some criterias is defineted. With that rank process, assesment will be appropriate because based on criteria grade and quality grade that determine alternative. It will get proper result. The result will be come holder for Social, Population, and Civil Registration department in Jambi Province. The assesment can be used to measure poor family that proper to get PKH beneficiery. Which is this data will be given to the Ministry of Social Services of Indonesia Republic later. It become proper data for goverment to give the PKH beneficiery is on the target.

Management and use of peat land that is not in accordance with the conditions of the peat site in Jambi Province causes damage to the peat ecosystem due to forest and land fires. In 2016, the Peat Restoration Agency (BRG) was formed which aims to restore the condition of the peat ecosystem by involving many stakeholders from various types of interests to make the restoration program on peatlands a success. To evaluate the various activities that have been carried out, it is necessary to know how stakeholders perceive the implementation of peat ecosystem restoration so far, therefore a perception survey was carried out which can assess the community's commitment to support and involvement in efforts to protect the peat ecosystem. The aim of this research is to provide data regarding community perceptions of peat restoration activities and assess commitment to support and involvement in efforts to protect peat ecosystems in general. The method for implementing this research was carried out in Rantau Rasau Village, which consisted of field observation surveys, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the BRG Program which has been implemented in Rantau Rasau Village has had a good influence on the development of the community's economy with various trainings to increase individual capacity, institutional capacity, understanding of peat-friendly land management systems which can provide understanding to the community to care more about their environment, so that The carrying capacity of the environment can increase so that the socio-economic conditions of the community can also improve.

These day technology develops rapidly. This matter affect the techonology utilization in many aspect today, especially when adults, teenagers and children were using Andoid smartphone. For some parents, it’s hard to spare a little time for their family and their children. This matter cause parent’s to less-care about their children and not be able to monitor their children’s activity, moreover some of this children could be in a place which they should not visit. 85% respondents from public who had married, need a monitoring service to know their children location. In nowadays, this monitoring services have already been design, however there is always some difficulty in using this kind of services because of the only language that available was english, and moreover the server was build and located overseas. This research was intended to create an monitoring sevice application based on location on Android devices that available in Indonesian to be used by parents. This application use GPS feature, Geofencing, and Google Maps that available on Android Devices.
