Methods are proposed aimed at increasing the noise immunity, accuracy and efficiency of multipurpose active autotracking of air objects under conditions of intensive maneuvering, powerful interfering reflections, false targets and rare radar “interrogations” of objects. The methods are based on adaptive-robust control procedures for quasi-continuous chirp radiation and integrated processing of radar and inertial measurements. Quantitative results are presented that confirm the effectiveness of adaptive-robust tracking of objects under typical conditions and parameters of an aviation pulse-Doppler radar with a phased antenna array.

Real-time requirements are very important for most aerospace systems. To support real-time mechanisms, time synchronization is required throughout the network, in all network devices. SpaceFibre is developed for aerospace networks. However, the current version of this standard does not include any time synchronization mechanism. In this article, we look at the time synchronization mechanisms supported by the standards currently used for aerospace systems, and suggest several mechanisms for time synchronization in SpaceFibre networks. We present estimates of the achievable synchronization accuracy for the proposed mechanisms. The paper proposes the implementation of these mechanisms based on a dynamically reconfigurable unit of the local time controller. This implementation made it possible to evaluate the achievable characteristics of all proposed mechanisms. It is planned to use it in further research, since it provides the ability to reconfigure to implement other modes. In this paper, we show that in different networks it may be appropriate to use different synchronization mechanisms depending on the user’s requirements. Our implementation with dynamic reconfiguration provides the ability to use various mechanisms, including when implemented using ASIC technology.

The article offers a solution to the problem of classification of low-quality images of aircraft using convolutional neural networks. To solve this problem with sufficient accuracy, an analysis of popular architectural neural networks was performed, and the process of preparing the selected algorithm at all stages was described: preprocessing test data, training the neural network, and processing the results obtained.

The issue of aircraft braking was and is important and relevant. The following devices have found applications as brakes: air brakes (aerodynamic brake pads), brake parachutes, engine reversals, but despite this, the main share of the horizontal component of kinetic energy is consumed by the wheel brakes. When braking the chassis, such a phenomenon as skidding may occur, in which case the linear speed of the wheel surface is lower than the speed of the support surface relative to the vehicle.

The paper provides an approach for the application of transport protocol STP-ISS developed for SpaceWire communication networks to the SpaceFibre networks. Authors give a short overview of the transport protocol STP-ISS, and describe how it is used for SpaceWire on-board networks. Then the paper describes how to apply STP-ISS for the next generation of SpaceWire networks – SpaceFibre. The main task of the paper is to prove that STP-ISS may successfully operate over SpaceFibre network. In addition current paper provides the possible solutions for the SpaceFibre and STP-ISS joint use and describes what benefits a user can archive from this.

The problem of determining of flight trajectory parameters of light airplane-type air vehicle is considered in the case when linearization of equations of longitudinal motion is not applicable. The decision is based on the use of nonlinearities in the original equations during numerical computing simulation of the motion.

The problem of developing a typical scenario for predicting traffic on the streets of a megalopolis using the Loginom low-code platform, including the stage of data preparation, is considered. As a result of comparison according to the main applied criteria, the ARIMA model turned out to be the best for a typical time profile of traffic flow for weekdays on one of the streets of St. Petersburg. Comparative characteristics of the models and the results of cross-validation are presented in the text of the article.
