Considered are the issues of constructing the optimal control of the movement of the aircraft according to the criterion of control speed under constraints on the magnitude of the impact (roll angle) under conditions of large deviations described by the nonlinear model of lateral navigation movement, taking into account the constant crosswind. The issues of constructing an aircraft trajectory, optimal by the criterion of maximum speed, from a point in the phase space, given by coordinates and a heading angle, to another point are considered in the fundamental work of L. The article examines the influence of disturbances on the movement of an automatic aircraft to ensure a high-probability encounter using systems of differential equations. It is proposed to form transfer functions taking into account external perturbations in order to find coefficients. The coefficients obtained during the calculation of transfer functions are necessary for the correct operation of the system for ensuring the meeting of an automatic aircraft. The results of the study are demonstrated.

The paper considers the state of affairs and proposes ways to solve the problem associated with the introduction of unmanned trains on the Russian railway, subway and ground rail transport. The introduction of unmanned technologies will improve the safety and speed of trains by eliminating the human factor from the control system, and there is no need to comply with the operating modes of locomotive crews. The use of this technology will allow the national economy to obtain a significant economic effect.
