Design and test of 0.33THz receiver front-end 0.33THz接收机前端的设计与测试

To demonstrate the feasibility of communication at atmospheric window 0.33 Terahertz (THz), design a 0.33THz receiver front-end, which include receiving antenna, 0.33THz Mixer, local oscillator and IF LNA. RF signal is generated by 110GHz local oscillator and 330GHz Tripler, putout power is beyond 0dBm without transmitting antenna. According to the test condition, just test the IF power.

Survey of particle swarm optimization algorithm and its applications in antenna circuit 粒子群优化算法及其在天线电路中的应用综述

With the development of intelligent algorithms, particle swarm optimization (PSO) has become the hot spot for the study on objective optimization in recent years. PSO has many successful scientific and engineering applications. In this paper, a detail review of the basic concepts of PSO is provided. Several important ways to improve PSO is presented. Moreover, the theoretical analyses on PSO are provided. Finally, the applications in antenna circuit of PSO and its future challenging field are also pointed out in the remainder of this paper.

A blindly collaborative spectrum sensing algorithms in fading environments 衰落环境下的盲目协同频谱感知算法

Spectrum sensing is an important part of cognitive radio networks. The performance of the adopted spectrum sensing method is very important. When the primary user and the cognitive use rare in operation simultaneously in fading environments, performance of spectrum sensing is damaged. In this paper we quantify performance of blind spectrum sensing in fading environments and study effect of collaboration. Simulation results show that the proposed method is feasibility and lesser number of collaborating cognitive users can be needed to attain better performance of collaborative spectrum sensing in fading environments.

An efficient approach for synthesizing irregularly shaped patterns based on 4D arrays 一种基于四维阵列的不规则图形合成方法

An efficient approach based on the combination of Woodward-Lawson method and differential evolution algorithm is proposed for synthesizing the irregularly shaped radiation patterns based on 4D planar arrays. Owing to the time-modulation of 4D arrays, the ripples in the coverage area and the side lobe levels are suppressed effectively. By combining the analytical method and optimization algorithm, the optimized time sequences and element excitations can be obtained. Radiation efficiency of time-modulated planar arrays also has been optimized and a significant improvement is achieved. Results of numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Continuous tunable miniaturized microwave coupler using liquid crystals 使用液晶的连续可调谐小型化微波耦合器

This paper describes a microwave coupler using liquid crystals as a medium for microstrip line structure. In this design, a layer of liquid crystals is added to the ground and the substrate, and using the characteristics of anisotropy nematic liquid crystals, that is the dielectric anisotropy changes when without the bias and bias voltage is applied, to achieve the goal of continuous tunable coupler center frequency. In this paper, the design of the coupler not only has a wide bandwidth, but also the isolation (|S41|) and return loss(|S11|) are relatively excellent, especially in the center frequency, which are all better than 45dB. When the permittivity of the liquid crystals is changed from 2.4 to 3.4, the center frequency of the coupler is changed from 2.85GHz to 2.75GHz; the tunable range of up to 100MHz has been realized.

Research on symbol rate estimation based on the generalized square envelope spectrum 基于广义平方包络谱的符号率估计研究

In order to solve the problem that the symbol rate estimation algorithm based on square envelope spectrum will significantly degrade in alpha stable distribution noise, square envelope spectrum was extended, and the new concept of generalized square envelope spectrum was put forward. On this basis, the corresponding relationship between symbol rate and pulse line in the generalized square envelope spectrum were analyzed. Finally the symbol rate was estimated indirectly by measuring pulse line. Simulation results show that the performance of this method have good performance both in the Alpha-stable distribution noise and the Gaussian noise.
为了解决基于平方包络谱的符号率估计算法在α稳定分布噪声下会出现明显退化的问题,对平方包络谱进行了扩展,提出了广义平方包络谱的新概念。在此基础上,分析了广义平方包络谱中符号率与脉冲线的对应关系。最后通过测量脉冲线间接估计符号速率。仿真结果表明,该方法在α稳定分布噪声和高斯噪声下都有良好的性能。

Design of a novel dual-circular polarized based on SIW-CPW coupler 基于SIW-CPW耦合器的新型双圆极化设计

This paper designed a kind of dual-circular polarized antenna based on substrate integrated waveguide structure (SIW). This antenna contains a SIW-CPW coupler and two resonant slot antennas. The coupler uses SIW as the radiation portion while coplanar waveguide (CPW) is the input matching portion that is connected directly to the active circuits, and each resonant slot antenna has six -45° or 45° radiating slots arranged on the broad wall of the radiating SIWs. What is more, the perfect combination of them can realize the function of (LHCP and RHCP). The simulation results show that the antenna has a relative bandwidth over 5.3% (22.1-23.3GHz) under axial ratio bandwidth and the isolation between two channels is higher than 22 dB within frequency band. The realizable gain is 12.2dB.

Statistical modeling of GaN HEMT based on Monte Carlo simulations 基于蒙特卡罗模拟的GaN HEMT统计建模

A statistical model of GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT)'s parameters is presented. This statistical modeling approach includes principal component analysis and factor analysis and multiple regression model. When applied to the database of extracted equivalent circuit parameters (ECPs) for GaN HEMT devices, it has been validated that this approach can generate accurate statistical model by comparing original and Monte Carlo simulated means, standard deviations, correlation matrix and S-parameters. In particular, the primary goal of this work is that the statistical model has been used to perform a ku-band power amplifier design and analysis for the first time. From the results, it has proven that the parameters are statistically indistinguishable from a measured ones.

The design of a new type of quasi-optical mode converter mirror system 设计了一种新型准光模变换器反射镜系统

In this paper, a novel method for construction a fair mirror is proposed. Based on such the mirror, a quasi-optical mode converter for a 70-GHz TE6,2 mode has been designed. Numerical calculation shows that Gauss content of the output beam is more than 95% and basically agrees with the simulation. The mirror by the method has the advantages of fair surface that is easy to be processed with small machining error.

In order to design secret information hiding for public mobile communication system, this paper detailed analyzes the software and hardware solution of information hiding in Audio for mobile communication system. A speech hiding algorithm based on energy ratio adjust is presented. The hearing similarity, robustness and computational complexity of the whole system are tested and analyzed. Test results show that the confidential information can be transmitted covertly through the system.
为了设计公共移动通信系统的秘密信息隐藏,本文详细分析了移动通信系统中音频信息隐藏的软硬件解决方案。提出了一种基于能量比调整的语音隐藏算法。对整个系统的听觉相似度、鲁棒性和计算复杂度进行了测试和分析。测试结果表明,该系统可以实现保密信息的秘密传输。
