Economic diplomacy promotes a state's national interest through economic apparatuses. China has efficiently applied this craft in Central Asia and other parts of the world through infrastructure development projects which in turn would make China better off in energy, economy and security. The Central Asian Republic of Kazakhstan is the largest land-locked country in the world which shares a long border with China. This former Soviet Republic has pivotal strategic potential due to its location and massive natural reserves. Since China's energy needs are ever-increasing because of its enormous industrial capacity so she is preferably considering Kazakhstan for energy partnership. Two out of six economic corridors of "Belt & Road Initiative" (BRI) of China are also passing through Kazakh Republic. These considerations make Kazakhstan specifically and Central Asia generally a centre of China's attention. In that perspective, the instant study investigates China's economic policy towards Kazakhstan. A qualitative method of reasoning is followed to find the results. It reveals that Kazakhstan has obtained a central role in fulfilling the energy requirements of China.

The COVID-19 pandemic poses a huge challenge for the Pakistani financial industry, leading to an increase in digital banking as it has become a necessity for users of financial services. The research seeks to empirically test the impact of customer perceptions on the adoption of digital banking during COVID-19. In addition, this study investigates the impact of performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social influence on customer’s intentions to adopt digital banking services with moderating effect of perceived risk. The population of the study consist of all the customers of banks which are providing digital banking services in Pakistan. A survey was conducted and 254 responses were analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling. Study concludes that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence as independent variable and Perceived Risk as moderating variable has a significant impact on the perception of customers of digital banking applications. Study further contributes that Perceived Risk moderates the relationship between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and the intention of customers of digital banking applications to adopt digital banking services.

Teaching is an international and noble profession. Every field of life is going through remarkable achievements with international standards and competencies. The same situation is necessary for the teaching profession, with international recognition of quality education. In the local context, National Professional Standards for Teachers in Pakistan is also a remarkable milestone in this field to promote the level of teachers up to the mark, which plays a vital role for underdeveloped countries like Pakistan. The purpose of this research was to analyze challenges and practices in B.Ed. (Honors). Data sources for this study were College Supervisors, Cooperating Teachers and Student Teachers enrolled in the Second year. Structured interviews with 02 College Supervisors, 02 Cooperating Teachers, and Focus Group Discussions with 10 Student Teachers were used as the tools to accomplish the required data, analyzed qualitatively and converted into Themes and Constructs. Close-ended questionnaires were also administered among 40 STs (of the 3rd and 4th semesters). Study findings showed that Student Teachers (STs) have an awareness of the importance of practicum for improving their pedagogical skills and subject content knowledge, whereas, in contrast, Cooperating Teachers and College Supervisors failed to skillfully equip assisting Student Teachers.

CSR, or corporate social responsibility, is a passionately contested issue in academic and business circles due to its potential influence on a company's public image and financial performance. CSR communication is more than simply good manners, which is critical to the success of the telecommunications business. To fully grasp the significance of CSR communication elements, it is vital to realize that CSR must be included in any new company items or services. The study is conducted to examine the role of social media on CSR communication factors and to investigate the role of CSR communication factors on corporate financial performance. The analysis is confined to Pakistan's telecommunications industry. Pakistan's telecom business is dominated by four main companies: PTCL/Ufone, Jazz, Telenor, and Zong. Employees from the CSR department were chosen for the research. This study's conclusions advocate for online organizations that use social media. This research contributes to online discussion forums, which is essential since it demonstrates how some communication components rely on these platforms. International tribunals have been very important in bringing criminals to justice involved in sexual violence. The tribunal has demonstrated that it is possible to effectively prosecute wartime sexual violence and has provided a forum for unfortunate victims to discuss their suffering. The tribunal is anticipated to be capable of prosecuting and exploring a variety of international and domestic sexual abuse. The legal framework and various laws that have been implemented to it have improved the regulatory and legal structure for the prosecution of national war crimes, which has led to a decrease in the various crimes of sexual violence on a worldwide scale. The article that follows is based on qualitative methods of research. An analysis of qualitative research methodology is presented in the following article.

The Panama Leaks issue has created a hassle in the whole world, naming individuals, groups and companies. The issue has been equally chanted in the Pakistani Media, both print as well as electronic. Through this issue, individuals having major positions both at an official and national level have been put under fire. The Editorials written by both Daily Dawn and The News represent an insightful analysis and give their expert opinion on the issue. According to McCombs (1972), it is the role of the media to present the interesting aspects of the political parties and to convey the reason for a political campaign to gather public support. Van Dijk (1997) has provided his model for Critical Discourse Analysis in which he has illustrated some of the categories which, according to him, are essential for CDA studies. He is of the view that it often happens that the writer sometimes hides the agent and his identity if the agent is doing something wrong. He has given the concept of self and others. The newspapers framed two major ideologies one was of PTI, and the other was of PML-N. PTI’s ideology was to hold a strong opposition to the case leaving no way out for the Sharifs. The present study is a first-hand exploration of university students' attitudes by a university lecturer teaching in various departments. The study gives an insight into the motivation level of these students towards their English language class, their expectations from the course, their feedback about the content being taught to them and their general attitude towards English as a language. Students from various departments were interviewed with open-ended questions by the teacher to get in-depth qualitative answers, as well as with a questionnaire of close-ended questions for some quantitative analysis too. The answers of the students were categorized according to research questions, and they were analyzed to find the most common answers and to get the gist of students' feedback and revise our course content and policy of English as a compulsory subject in undergraduate programs accordingly. The analysis of their answers showed that the majority of the students wanted to learn the English language but they found the course content and teaching methodologies, including classroom instructions, a bit boring. Most of the students expected grammar and spoken skills to be taught. Very few students were of the view that ESP courses with subject-specific English should be taught to them. The findings of this research are limited to students of Minhaj University Lahore.

As a result, religious groups throughout the world and communities in general value this massive initiative. The essay examines the corridor's problems and difficulties as well. Reservations concerning the potential of terrorist infiltration, Pakistan's backing for Sikh separatism, the sorts of permission and regulation regimes to be implemented, the need for Indian consular access to pilgrims in Pakistan, and concerns about these issues are just a few.

This study intends to investigate how the relationship between high-performance work systems and job satisfaction is influenced by perceived organizational support. The relationship between high-performance work systems and employee job satisfaction was investigated based on the social exchange perspective, and the moderating impact of perceived organizational support was examined. The claim that High-Performance Work Systems will increase social relationships between employers and employees was backed by theory. Data was collected from faculty members, and administrative staff of three public institutions and two private universities in Bahawalpur.326 was the total study sample for this study. For the collection of data, a survey research questionnaire approach was used. It was a cross-sectional study. IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.0.0(241) is used for the purpose of Data Analysis. Cronbach Alpha and Regression were calculated. According to the results, high-performance work systems are more likely to have a beneficial effect on employees' Job Satisfaction through Perceived Organizational Support. University staff are urged to take into account the significance of implementing High-Performance Work Systems so as to increase employee satisfaction in light of the paper's findings. Evidence from the study supports the idea that Perceived Organisational Support has a moderating effect on the association between Job satisfaction and the High Performance of Work Systems that employers have implemented.

China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) under the Belt and Road Initiative is one of the most notable collaborations (BRI) through the use of networks of roads, highways, and railroads, CPEC seeks to link China and Pakistan with the rest of the globe. CPEC will provide opportunities for the growth of the energy industry, rail and road infrastructure, and other areas. Since the bulk of the research focuses on the difficulties connected with the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, the goal of this study is to examine the beneficial effects of this project, particularly for Pakistan (CPEC). To evaluate the contribution of CPEC to Pakistan's sustainable economic growth, this research evaluates the relevant literature. This research suggests that the CPEC is an ambitious development project since it requires a more extensive reorganization of Pakistan's economy. In addition to generating significant amounts of foreign direct investment for Pakistan, this project will also provide China access to a new market, which will increase its trade potential. This analysis found that the CPEC would boost regional connectivity, solve energy shortages, expand infrastructure, and foster people-to-people ties in both nations, all of which will assist to boost the tourist industry.
