Self- adjustment is a process that involves mental response and an individual’s behaviour to be able to respond and resolve any complications. An individual who successfully counterbalances between their need and their environmental demands will adapt well without resistance. This study wants to identify the effect of self-efficacy and strategy focus coping within self-adjustment of co-assistant doctors in the work environment of central public health (RSUP) Sanglah. The subject of this quantitative research involves 82 co-assistant doctors Medical Education Department of Medical Faculty of Udayana University, a co-assistant doctor in RSUP Sanglah and that was chosen through simple random sampling. The instruments in this research are the self-efficacy scale with the reliability of 0,935. A strategy focused coping scale with the reliability of 0,908 and a self-adjustment scale of 0,886. Multiple regression analysis results show that self-efficacy and strategy focused coping have affected co-assistant doctor self-adjustment by 38,3%.

Phubbing is a common phenomenon in society and, at the same time, is considered inappropriate in social life. This study aims to determine whether social media addiction, boredom proneness, self-control, conformity, and demographic factors affect phubbing behavior. The sample in this study was 387 respondents consisting of active students of UIN Syarif Hidatyatullah Jakarta with probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling techniques. In this study, researchers used an adaptation of a phubbing measuring tool, namely the phubbing scale developed by Karada ǧ (2015), the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) developed by Andreassen et al. (2016), boredom proneness Scale-Sort Form (BPS -SF) developed by Vodanovich, Wallace and Kass (2005), self-control scale by Averill (1983), and adaptation conformity scale from measuring instrument developed by Myers (2010). This study indicates a significant influence between social media addiction, boredom proneness, self-control, conformity, and demographic factors on phubbing behavior by 28.7%, while other variables outside of this study influence 71.3%. In addition, three variables significantly influence phubbing behavior, namely social media addiction, self-control, and gender. media sosial jika salience , mood modification , withdrawal , toleransi, relapse

Interest assessment is required to help people explore their interests and liking, especially for people who find it difficult to determine their interest in particular things. Interest assessment is crucial for career exploration. This study aims to develop an inventory for interest assessment based on the Spherical Model of Interest. This study begins with a qualitative process, namely peer review and content validity, that involve five experts. There were 535 participants in this study, consisting of between 16 – 23 years. Quantitative analysis in this study using the JASP program. This study showed that the inventory has excellent and acceptable psychometric properties. The discrimination index of this inventory showed 0,420 – 0,842, the Goodness of fit criteria showed that CFI, TLI, GFI, and RMSEA with good and acceptable. This inventory has a good reliability coefficient of 0,778 – 0,907. This inventory has acceptable psychometric properties to use as an interest assessment tool .

Self-regulated learning plays an essential role in achieving better academic achievement goals. This study aims to empirically examine how adversity quotient predicts self-regulated learning in senior high school students in Betun East Nusa Tenggara using a linear regression analysis technique of 120 participants selected based on purposive sampling. Measurements were made using 22 items of the adversity quotient scale (Cronbach’s α = 0.83) and 21 items of the self-regulated learning scale (Cronbach’s α = 0.95). The results showed a regression coefficient (t = 5.237) with a significance level p = 0.000 (p < 0.01), which mean that the adversity quotient can predict the self-regulated learning of senior high school students with an effective contribution of 21.5 per cent

Emotional Intelligence training has been designed to increase knowledge and skills related to Caring Behavior. This training focuses more on how the caregiver recognises, understands, and manages the emotions while assisting the elderly. This training was attended by 21 elderly caregivers at Yayasan X, Surabaya. The training consists of 6 sessions given in the form of lecturing, paper and pencil, games, videos, sharing, discussion, and roleplay. The research design was one group pre-test post-test design. The assessments that have been used are interview, observation Emotional Intelligence and Caring Behavior scales. Based on the analysis that has been done, it shows that there is no significant difference related to Emotional Intelligence and Caring Behavior of participants before and after the training was given (p> 0.05). In the evaluation of knowledge, there was a difference (p<0.05) indicated by 11 participants who experienced an increase in categories. The results of the Follow Up also support this result. Namely, participants can receive and understand well the presented material and try to practice it when accompanying the elderly. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence training is quite effective in improving Caring Behavior in elderly caregivers .

As one of the psychological instruments that successfully provides an overview of the level of intelligence of children, the Wechsler Intelligence Scale For Children (WISC) test needs to be evaluated its validity with psychometric test procedures. The Wechsler Intelligence Scale For Children (WISC) test consists of 10 subtests in which each subtest has many diverse items. This study included 315 kindergarten students with an age range of 5-6 years. The data obtained from it is then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis to test the validity of the construct. This study showed that the model had a good fit with a p-value of 0.066 and an entire subtest fit.

An environment with a high crime will potentially affect student aggression. One way to reduce aggressiveness is to instill religious values through learning at school. However, religious learning in schools is still relatively minimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between religiosity and student aggressiveness. The population in this study was 214 students, with a sample of 60 students from SMA X in Banjarmasin. The sample in this study was taken by probability sampling technique. The data collection instrument uses a Likert model scale, and data analysis uses Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS for window 21. Based on the calculation results, it is known that there is a significant negative correlation (-0.451) between religiosity and aggressiveness, so that the higher the student's religiosity, the lower the aggressiveness: students or vice versa.

This study examined the role of hardiness, friendship quality, and loneliness on first-year college students. 333 participants completed three scales: hardiness scale, friendship quality scale, and loneliness scale. A multiple linear regression test was used with hardiness and friendship quality as an independent variable and loneliness as a dependent variable. The result showed that hardiness and friendship quality simultaneously were significant predictors of loneliness (F = 101,03; p <,001). Loneliness variance was explained by both hardiness and friendship quality of 38% (R2 =,38). When given separately, hardiness was significant predictor to loneliness with variance explained of 26,22% (R2 = ,2622 ; p < ,001) and friendship quality was significant predictor to loneliness with variance explained of 11,25% (R2 = ,1125 ; p < ,001). It can be concluded that improving the hardiness and friendship quality of the first-year college students will lead them to reduce loneliness.

Regardless of identity, transvestites are also human beings who must have the character to be pious. A human being with faith can be seen from how obedient he is to God or also called religiosity. Transsexual life in Banjarmasin is not very visible in the community, but in its community religious activities themselves continue to be carried out. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach and case studies because the phenomenon of adolescent transsexual religiosity is unique to study. Data collection techniques used were the scale of religiosity, semi-structured interviews, and non-participant observation with subjects totaling two people with characteristics of transsexuals who were 18-21 years old, Muslim, were members of the IWB community and Paris Barantai, and lived in the Banjarmasin area. Both subjects have a high level of religiosity. It can also be seen that there are five dimensions of religiosity in transvestites, where both have a size of faith in a strong pillar of hope, an aspect of worship in doing fewer religious duties, a relatively good spiritual dimension, quite a proportion of religious knowledge because they at least know the basics religion, lack of practice in relations with the community and relationships with God, and the factors that influence their religiosity are the main factors, namely social influence and need elements as supporting factors.
