Exploration and Practice of the Systematic Educational Model of “Three Microelements in One” in Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities 高校思想政治课“三微量一体”系统教学模式的探索与实践

: The practice teaching system of "three micro-one" and "three all-round education" should be constructed, emphasizing the organic combination of micro-classroom education, Micro-Platform practice education and micro-environment education. With the coming of the new era, it is necessary to rely on the Internet + micro platform for educating people, strengthening and innovating the ideological and political education of college students.This research has made a lot of attempts, especially in the way and method of practical teaching. It has thoroughly changed the phenomena of "one-word-class" and "full-class-teaching" which have existed for a long time in teaching, and replaced them with various teaching methods such as participatory teaching, case-based teaching, situational teaching, simulation teaching and so on. Step by step, the teaching mode of "teaching and learning, learning and training, class, online and offline, off-campus" has been formed. The ideological and political work runs through the whole process of education and teaching, so that the students'ability of combining theory with practice can be exercised in an all-round way.
构建“三微一体”、“三全教育”的实践教学体系,强调微课堂教育、微平台实践教育和微环境教育的有机结合。随着新时代的到来,有必要依托互联网+微平台育人,加强和创新大学生思想政治教育。本研究在实践教学的方式和方法上做了很多尝试。它彻底改变了教学中长期存在的“一字课堂”、“全课堂”的现象,代之以参与式教学、案例式教学、情境式教学、模拟式教学等多种教学方式。逐步形成了“教与学、学与训、课堂、线上与线下、校外”的教学模式。思想政治工作贯穿于教育教学的全过程,使学生理论联系实际的能力得到全面锻炼。

Feasibility Analysis of the Application of “Equivalent Circuit” Principle in Table Tennis “等效电路”原理在乒乓球运动中应用的可行性分析

: This paper introduces the idea of "equivalent circuit" principle in physics, and uses the methods of theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and literature reference to discuss the feasibility of its application in table tennis theoretically, and makes further empirical analysis on the operability of "equivalent circuit" principle in the practical application process through multiple examples of three major projects of technology, tactics and psychology. The results show that the principle of "equivalent circuit" in physics is almost the same as that of multi ball training, tactical training and psychological training in table tennis technology, and their "equivalent principle" is interlinked. Therefore, table tennis teaching and training can also draw lessons from and use the idea of "equivalent principle", which is used for the intellectual development of table tennis researchers, coaches and high-level athletes The improvement of generalization ability and the development of innovative thinking are of practical significance.

Research on Capacity Planning of Cold Rolled Steel Production Line Based on the Modified Differential Evolution Algorithm 基于改进差分进化算法的冷轧钢生产线产能规划研究

: The problem of steel cold rolling production capacity is an important issue in steel production. In this paper, mathematical modeling is carried out to meet the actual constraints of production process, inventory, flow balance, etc. And to determine the type and corresponding output of a certain product in each machine in every process in the production network, then obtain the inventory of each product between processes. The objectives of the model are to maximize unit capacity and minimize production switching costs. Differential evolution is a population-based evolutionary algorithm. It has the characteristics of recording the best solution during searching history and exchanging and sharing information within the population. That is, the optimization problem can be solved through the cooperation and competition among individuals within the population. In this paper, the differential evolution algorithm is modified for steel cold rolling production line capacity planning problem, the modified differential evolution algorithm comparing with other multi-objectives genetic algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other standard genetic algorithm and can fast convergence, thus verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
钢材冷轧产能问题是钢铁生产中的一个重要问题。本文针对生产过程、库存、流量平衡等实际约束进行了数学建模。并确定生产网络中每道工序每台机器上某一产品的种类及相应的产量,从而得到工序间各产品的库存。该模型的目标是使单位产能最大化,使生产转换成本最小化。差分进化是一种基于种群的进化算法。它具有在搜索历史中记录最佳解决方案和在种群内交换和共享信息的特点。也就是说,优化问题可以通过群体内个体之间的合作与竞争来解决。本文针对冷轧生产线产能规划问题对差分进化算法进行了改进,并将改进的差分进化算法与其他多目标遗传算法进行了比较。结果表明,该算法优于其他标准遗传算法,且收敛速度快,从而验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。

The Relationship Between Abusive Supervision and Employee Silence: A Meta-analysis 虐待性监督与员工沉默关系的元分析

The relationship between abusive supervision and employee silence is becoming an increasingly hot topic in human resource management. Scholars’ researches indicate that the correlation intensity between them is inconsistent and fluctuates. Based on the available literature, this paper examines the relationship between abusive supervision and employee silence with Meta-analysis method. 21 independent sample studies from 18 empirical literature meet the need of Meta-analysis (N=6692). Meta-analytic consequences demonstrate that abusive supervision is positively related to employee silence at a moderate intensity(r=0.375).Different measurements make significant difference to the relationship between abusive supervision and employee silence while research level has a salient moderation effect on them. Research on the Policy of Music Education in China 中国音乐教育政策研究

Music education has a wide range of significance and influence. How to formulate good music education policies and improve the status of music education is a topic worth thinking deeply. Based on the analysis of education policy, this paper analyzes the main content of music education, the implementation of education policy and the final evaluation of education policy. From the policy level, this paper explores the important policy factors that music education is ignored. In order to provide valuable reference for the follow-up research and provide some insights for the follow-up policy research.

Research on the Construction of Teaching Quality Assurance System Under the Secondary Objective Management System 二级目标管理体制下教学质量保证体系建设研究

: Combining with strengthening the teaching quality, taking the connotative development road under the background of the development of higher education, the problems of the construction of teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities , established a teaching quality guarantee mode and system under the framework of the secondary target management system in colleges , from the aspects of organization construction, system construction, and improvement of management and education personnel construct a complete construction plan. On the basis of summarizing the operation of the program and its effect, the method of applying the results of the teaching quality assurance system is given. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for guaranteeing the teaching quality under the two-level target management system are put forward, which provides a reference for colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and teaching under the new situation
