As universities and colleges have expanded the enrollment of design, the numbers of graduates majoring in design are on the rise year by year. In this study, the employment status of graduates of design from universities and the influence factors on their employment were analyzed. Then the solutions to the employment problems faced by graduates of design were summarized, which will improve their career ability and help them to rapidly adapt to the complex social environment.

The present study seeks to explore the linguistic features within conflict talks in English majors’ polylogues, namely group discussions, under the theoretical framework proposed by Scott Suzanne, and outline the multiple linguistic features which work together to index conflict talks. It has been found that negations, discourse markers, and modals are the top three most frequently used in the lexical level, and a long turn is always dominant in the conflict talks which apparently is different from the ones in Scott’s study. 1. Preface Goffman, sociologist, holds that the interactive pattern in daily life can reflect social structure, and the interactive pattern can embody the trend or rules in the continuous construction or reconstruction of the social order. Conflict talks are undoubtedly quite common in the interactive verbal communication everywhere and it can reflect the potential patterns of social order and the relationship between the interlocutors, individuals and the institutions, and among institutions. Although quite a few papers, which are about the regularity of conversational interaction, have been published in recent years domestically and abroad, rarely has the attention been given to conflict talks. “Conflict talk” was firstly adopted by Grimshaw in 1990 in his edited book, Conflict Talk: Sociolinguistic Investigations of Arguments in conversation. Since then, researchers have been trying to uncover this field in various apsects: Honda examined the interactional structure of conflict talk in Japanese talk show of public affairs; In 2011, Hanh thi Nguyen published Boundary and alignment in multiparty conflict talk, exploring the multiparty conflict talks in the pharmacy patient consultation by using conversation analysis. In China, scholars have made efforts in the research, like Pragmatic Approach to Conflict Talk between Couples in Desperate Housewives (Zhu Xiaoqin) which is based on the American TV series, and it mainly seeks to ascertain the language strategies used in it, conflict terminating mode and the characteristics of conflict between couples; Zhao Zhongde and Zhang Lin analyzed the reasons of the occurrence of conflict talk under the theoretical framework of Relevance Theory; Du Lingli first investigated the conflict talk in the online chatting room and summarized the initial, maintaining and terminating stages. Zhao Yingling published A Study of Conflict Talk in Chinese, which focused on the construction models and cohesive devices of conflict talks. In recent years, most investigation studies on the autonomous-learning mode based on multimedia and network are practiced in many universities of China. Based on the analysis on account of the differences of the college students' autonomous learning attitude and learning environment and apply different learning methods. This research project was conducted in Bohai University, Jinzhou City of LiaoNing Province, this study lasts from July 2017 to January 2018, the research participants are made up of 90 college students from different majors and three classes from the same professional class of the same grade, They are respectively class A, B, C, the number of classes are 28, 29, 33 people respectively. This study aimed at college students using the Internet platform to learn autonomously English, the above participants were carried on the detailed investigation, and the data from the study was analyzed in detail and appropriately. This research adopts research journal and the questionnaire and investigates the situation of students' autonomous learning from the view of the college students' learning styles. Research results show that under the multimedia network environment, students can learn different ways to reinforce learning motivation and improve personal ability of autonomous learning. These findings are hoped to improve students’ and teachers’ awareness of autonomous learning on the Internet. The shortcomings, suggestions and influence are also stated in the paper.

This study involved the choices of determiners in public speech via the collection of data from the Internet and the analysis of the data with A Part-Of-Speech tagging, and the AntConc. The result is that people prefer a high degree of focus determiners versus a medium degree of focus. This result may provide insight for teaching in a classroom when the teacher needs to pick up their words more carefully.

: The bamboo and rattan craftsmanship has a long history and presents different aesthetics in different historical stages. Although the craftsmanship and aesthetic taste of bamboo and rattan at home and abroad are similar in form due to cultural differences, the essence of beauty always presents common characteristics. Bamboo and rattan craftsmanship have been included in the National Intangible Heritage List. As an artifact civilization born in Chinese culture, it is also influenced by the aesthetic interests of the East. Explore the development process of bamboo and rattan craftsmanship and the multi-faceted aesthetics, and pursuing the aesthetic pursuit of design in bamboo and rattan, in order to pursue the connotation of “the instrument to carry the road”. : At present, China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization, and students' mathematical foundations vary greatly, which brings many objective problems to the teaching work. To carry out the stratified teaching in mathematics education, students can be teached in accordance with their aptitude. This paper discusses the means and methods of the stratified teaching in mathematics education, and has achieved good results. The stratified teaching can improve the teaching of mathematics at present, and it is an effective way to increase the quality of teaching.
