The article deals with the formation of the complete representation in the form of statistical data and distributions of the tag "insider" and its derivatives built on the basis of statistical analysis of data and the author's previously proposed approaches that allowed to form a holistic view of the distribution of demand and the level of current research in the field of insiders’ activity in the personnel security system of economic entities. It is determined that the problem of internal personnel security of business entities should take a worthy place in terms of the development of world corporations and companies and get all the necessary resources (human, organizational, financial, etc.) for the introduction, implementation and compliance with the requirements of personnel safety of business entities. This will make it possible to propose the development of the mathematical interpretation of the task of identifying insiders in the system of personnel security of economic entities, as well as to analyze the economic effect of using the proposed model and the possible consequences of insider actions. A holistic understanding of the functioning of any subject of business activity is impossible without a formal representation of its economic model. Carrying out the author's statistical analysis can form the input information for the created model of actions of insiders, which allow using a formalized mathematical apparatus for building insiders’ model of work. In addition, staff famine in the personnel security system will lead to speculation in the labor market and will push for a reconsideration of employees' motivation system for any known enterprises. As for the direction for further research, the author can propose the development of the mathematical interpretation of the problem of identifying insiders in the personnel security system of economic entities, as well as conducting the analysis of the economic effect of using the proposed model and the possible consequences of the insiders’ actions.

В роботі розкривається сучасний стан екологічної ситуації, де для цього обумовлюється необхідність його проведення, що дозволить віднайти шляхи та здійснити заходи щодо поліпшення екологічної ситуації таких об’єктів, як територіальні комплекси, та підприємства. Тут надані характеристика етапів екологічної експертизи об’єктів, методичні основи для їх проведення разом із індикаторами екологічної безпеки включно із відображеними класами небезпеки шкідливих речовин, вказаними нормативами гранично допустимих концентрацій викидів і скидів шкідливих речовин у атмосфері робочих зон та населених пунктів, водних об’єктах господарсько-питного та культурно-побутового водокористування, ґрунтах. Важливим значенням у поліпшенні екологічної ситуації територій є впровадження і застосування оцінки рівня екологічної культури підприємств, що дозволить виявити процеси проведення ними природоохоронних заходів. The article considers the role of the human factor among the causes of the emergence of dangerous situations. The analysis of statistical data on the number of industrial accidents, as well as the accidents with fatal consequences in the period from 2005 to 2017 is conducted. It is established that the level of total injuries is decreasing, but the costs connected with the elimination of the consequences of accidents are increasing. The level of traumatism with fatal consequences has almost not changed in recent years. Our studies have shown that a human factor can be the cause of workplace accidents, but it is also the key to finding out how other aspects of the labour process are influenced by workers' actions. The aim of the work is to evaluate the influence of the human factor during the organization of the labor process, in terms of its importance in the prevention of occupational injuries and the creation of safe working conditions. On the base of well-known models on emergency situation rising, we propose the approaches on which the methods of practical implementation of preventive measures are based. Employees must realize that an important element in increasing the level of safety of production is the formation of safety culture, a positive attitude to safety issues, respect, and active interaction in preventing the implementation of risks in the workplace. Only joint efforts of employers, employees, and public authorities can solve the issue of labor safety at every workplace.

According to the European tradition, the essence of insurance mediation is defined as the activity connected with signing and realization of insurance contracts. The most argument and adapted to realities of the Ukrainian insurance market is the definition of the essence of insurance mediation represented in the new version of Ukrainian Law «About insurance». Based on the thoughts of scientists, we propose the author definition of the essence of insurance mediation as the activity directed by mediators to the investigation, and analysis of the insurance market; the presentation of its possibilities to the clients-insurers; supplying with some recommendations; preparing of insurance contract, signing/accompanying during its signing by clients; compensation payment to clients according to the insurance contract; the work with clients for extension of insurance cooperation. The essence of insurance mediation also concerns to the sales of insurance products from one entity (the insurance company) to another (the client). The ES Directives propose the classification of insurance mediators into «dependent» and «independent». According to the traditions of the world mediation, dependent i mediators are agents that act on behalf of an insurance company; independent mediators are brokers. In the world practice, a popular classification is that one classifying dependent mediators into two types: insurance agents (corporative agents) and multi agents. As for the Ukrainian insurance market the both types of insurance agents act there. Generalizing modern classifications, we single out two types of brokers: insurance brokers and reinsurance brokers. The most argument and right is the classification based on thesis about the dependence of insurance mediators: dependent insurance mediators (an insurance agent (exceptional), multi agent) and independent (an insurance, reinsurance broker). The first group of insurance mediators – insurance agents – physical and legal individuals, that act on behalf of and according to interests of an insurer, that is, they perform the insurer’s functions. The second group is insurance (reinsurance) brokers who are legal and physical individuals, that are registered as the entities of entrepreneurial business and they perform the insurance activity on behalf of them and on the basis of insurance contract with the insurer and receive money for it. Direct mediators are insurance agents, insurance brokers, and reinsurance brokers. Non-direct mediators are persons that professionally estimate insurance risks (underwriter, surveyor) and persons that estimate insurance losses (emergency commissar, average adjuster).

Досліджено сутність та правові основи операцій з давальницькою сировиною у нормативно-правових актах. Здійснено вивчення термінів проведення розрахунків за операціями з переробки давальницької сировини, ввезеної нерезидентом на митну територію України та вивезеної резидентом за межі митної території України. Визначено особливості розпорядження товарами, що поміщені в митний режим переробки на митній території та поміщеними в митний режим переробки за межами митної території, у разі відкликання дозволу на переробку. Виокремлено істотні умови зовнішньоекономічного контракту з переробки давальницької сировини. Досліджено документальне оформлення операцій з переробки давальницької сировини, ввезеної нерезидентом на митну територію України та вивезеної резидентом за межі митної території України. Здійснено особливості отримання дозволу на переробку товарів та ідентифікації товарів. Визначено підстави для відмови у видачі дозволу на переробку товарів.
