يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور الحركة الكشفية في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة في مدينتي البيضاء وشحات، وكذلك التعرف على درجة المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة ككل، وكذلك الفروق في درجة المسئولية الاجتماعية بين أفراد العينة حسب متغير الانتساب وعدم الانتساب للحركة الكشفية، وكذلك معرفة العلاقة بين درجة المسئولية الاجتماعية وطول مدة الانتساب للحركة الكشفية، كذلك العلاقة بين درجة المسئولية الاجتماعية والعمر لأفراد العينة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (125) فرداً، واستخدم مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية من إعداد إبراهيم الشافعي، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود درجة مرتفعة من المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة، كذلك أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في درجة المسئولية الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الانتساب أو عدم الانتساب للحركة الكشفية، وعدم وجود أي علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مدة الانتساب للحركة الكشفية والمسئولية الاجتماعية، وعدم وجود أي علاقة إحصائية بين العمر والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة.

وضَّحت الدراسة أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي في ليبيا، فالاقتصاد الليبي حقق فائضًا ماليًا في الفترة من 2000- 2012م، من خلال إجراءات انتهجتها ليبيا في التشريعات الاقتصادية من أجل تخفيف الأعباء على الموازنة العامة، وقد عالج الاقتصاد الإسلامي الإنفاق العام عن طريق الالتزام بمبدأ الوسطية في أنواع الإنفاق، حتى يتاح توفير الموارد اللازمة لتحقيق مصالح المنفقين والمستحقين على السواء، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن سياسة الإنفاق العام في الإسلام تعمل على تحقيق التوازن والتضامن بين أفراد الجماعة الإسلامية، وتوصلت أيضًا إلى أن الإنفاق الحكومي يعمل على رفع معدلات النمو في الناتج المحلى الإجمالي، ويعالج الخلل الحاصل في الدورات الاقتصادية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تخفيف الاعتماد على قطاع النفط، وخلق موارد أخرى بديلة للدخل المحلي من خلال دعم القطاعات الاقتصادية، والقيام بزيادة الإنفاق الاستثماري.

This study aims at assessing the role of scouting in developing social responsibility among its members, specifically. it aims to assess differences in social responsibility between members and non-members, and relationship between age and degree of social responsibility. The sample consisted of 125 persons; all are males. The most important results were: there is a high degree of social responsibility among members of the study sample. Yet, there are no differences in degree of social responsibility between members and non-members of scouting. Also, there are no correlation between age and social responsibility, nor between time of enrollment in scouting and social responsibility.

This study examines the link between a set of principles and values, customs and traditions that distinguish the Libyan society from its surroundings, and the relationship of these values and traditions to the Maliki school of thought, as it is a dominant doctrine for hundreds of years in this country, and on the assumption that the Maliki school is an influential religious factor in building societal culture. In Libya, the study dealt with a number of principles and customs that can be seen in the study community, and to show the aspect of their connection with the jurisprudential choices distinguished by the sect, and then rooting these choices from the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالجامعة "أعضاء هيأة التدريس-موظفين" ومحاولة معرفة الفروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى "أعضاء هيأة التدريس-موظفين". وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت على عينة مكونة من (248) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، طبق عليهم مقياس الرضا الوظيفي من إعداد الباحثان. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: بأن العاملين يتمتعون بدرجة مرتفعة من الرضا عن العمل، وأظهرت النتائج أنه توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بالجامعة لصالح أعضاء هيأة التدريس عن الموظفين، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بالجامعة وفقاً لمتغير النوع (ذكور-إناث).

The study explained the impact of government spending on economic growth in Libya. Public spending is one of the tools of financial policy, where the government spends, to achieve its economic and social objectives. Public spending in Islam aims to advance production, increase investment, and its regulation of production allows more investments. The Libyan economy achieved a financial surplus in the period from 2000-2012 AD through measures taken by Libya in economic legislation in order to reduce the burdens on the public budget, and the Islamic economy treated public spending by adhering to the principle of moderation in every type of consumer spending, the investment, and the honest. It is possible to provide the necessary resources to carry out other types, to achieve the interests of the spenders and the deserving alike. Islam, and government spending raises growth rates in the gross domestic product, and addresses the imbalance in economic cycles. The Libyan economy works on government spending to enhance economic growth. This study recommended working to reduce dependence on the oil sector creating other alternative sources of local income by supporting economic sectors and increasing investment spending.

This study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among employees at Al - Sayyid Muhammad bin Ali Al - Senussi Islamic University "Faculty members_ Employees ", trying to find out the differences in the level of job satisfaction among them. The study used the descriptive approach, it was conducted on a sample consisting of "248" who were selected randomly, they were applied to the job satisfaction scale which is prepared by the researchers. Finally, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The employees of this university enjoy a high degree of job satisfaction, it also showed that there are differences in the level of job satisfaction for university's employees, in front of faculty members over employees. In addition, there no significant differences in the level of job satisfaction for university's employees according to the gender change "males-females".
