Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keefktifan pengendalian internal dan ketaatan aturan akuntansi terhadap kecurangan akuntansi pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 87 pegawai pada 19 OPD di Kota Palangka Raya yang masih aktif bekerja. Kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelum dilakukan pengumpulan data penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji regresi berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan aplikasi uji SPSS Versi 28. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara Keefektifan Pengendalian Internal dan ketaatan aturan akuntansi terhadap Kecurangan akuntansi pada OPD di Kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, serta untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi mampu menjadi variabel mediasi (intervening) antara locus of control terhadap kinerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sarana Kalteng Ventura yang berjumlah 30 orang responden, dengan mengisi kuesioner dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukann bahwa Locus Of Control tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, locus of control tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Serta locus of control tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun maupun tidak langsung dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi.

Adaptasi manusia dengan teknologi yang sedang berkembang pesat saat ini harus dilakukan melalui dunia pendidikan. Hal ini bertujuan agar perkembangan teknologi tersebut dapat digunakan dengan tujuan dan kaidah yang benar dan tidak disalahgunakan fungsinya. Ada beberapa alternatif pilihan media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satu media tersebut yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Power Point (PPT) Pembuatan media ini dilakukan guna mengatasi kejenuhan mahasiswa saat belajar dan cara mengajar yang kurang variatif pada Mata Kuliah Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) di Program Studi Teknik Listrik Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin. Berhubungan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif pada Mata Kuliah K3. Selanjutnya penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif pada Mata Kuliah K3. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa berdasarkan ahli materi, aspek isi materi, penyajian materi, aspek bahasa, dan aspek kemanfaatan memperoleh jumlah skor 48.00 dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil penilaian ahli media berdasarkan aspek tampilan media, aspek pemrograman, dan aspek kemanfaatan menperoleh jumlah skor 41.00 dengan kategori layak. Penilaian oleh mahasiswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil berdasarkan aspek tampilan media, aspek penyajian materi, aspek pemrograman, dan aspek kemanfaatan menperoleh jumlah skor 59.40 dengan kategori sangat layak. Penilaian oleh mahasiswa pada uji coba kelompok besar berdasarkan aspek tampilan media, aspek penyajian materi, aspek pemrograman, dan aspek kemanfaatan memperoleh jumlah skor 57.55 dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil penilaian secara keseluruhan memperlihatkan bahwa media sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif pada Mata Kuliah K3 di Program Studi Teknik Listrik Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin. Saran kepada peneliti lainnya, agar dapat mengembangkan pada mata kuliah yang berbeda dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan mahasiswa dan keadaan kampus agar tercipta pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan.

Masalah yang ditemukan pada peserta didik adalah saat pembelajaran berlangsung peserta kesulitan untuk memahami penjelasan guru, nilai matematika peserta didik yang rendah, peserta didik pasif saat pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui kesulitan belajar apa saja yang dialami peserta didik pada materi perkalian. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada materi perkalian kelas IV SDN Beringin Tunggal Jaya Kecamatan Parenggean. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kesulitan belajar pada materi perkalian ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yakni: (1) kelemahan dalam berhitung, (2) kesulitan dalam mentransfer pengetahuan, (3) pemahaman bahasa yang kurang, dan (4) kesulitan dalam persepsi visual. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini hendaknya guru dapat mengajarkan dan menanamkan konsep perkalian agar peserta didik tidak keliru saat mengerjakannya. Guru juga dapat menambahkan alat peraga dan media saat pembelajaran berlangsung.

This study aims to determine organizational behavior in increasing employee engagement based on religious motivation. The forms of involvement of educators and educational staff discussed in this study are personal engagement and organizational engagement. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study. Collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the researcher used the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and verification to analyze the data and draw research findings. This study indicates that the form of involvement of educators and educational staff in Pesantren consists of personal engagement, which is the motor of organizational engagement and cultural engagement. Meanwhile, the management is carried out by building harmony and harmony, capability, and spiritual leadership.

The operational curriculum of Sekolah Penggerak program is part of the Sekolah Penggerak program that the Ministry of Education and Culture has launched. In this curriculum, there are changes in the curriculum structure that impact the preparation of learning plans and the implementation of learning activities in the classroom. Thus, this study aims to determine the perspective of teachers and school principals on the functional curriculum of the Sekolah Penggerak Program, the form of learning planning prepared by the teacher, and the implementation of learning activities in the classroom. The research method used is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers and principals welcomed the operational curriculum of the Sekolah Penggerak Program because it opened up creative space for teachers and schools to develop curriculum according to school needs. Meanwhile, there are formats and terms with the 2013 curriculum in preparing learning plans. Learning activities are carried out separately between subjects in the practical aspect of learning. There is no visible learning innovation because learning activities are limited, so the teacher focuses on strengthening the material.

This article describes parenting through the STIFIn method in building the confidence of students in the Al-Mawaddah area of the Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton. Self-confidence in this case is more about the students' belief in their ability to deal with something. This is certainly very influential on the development of its potential in the future. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data in this study obtained through observation and interviews. Sampling of informants used purposive sampling technique which was then determined to number five of them were administrators as well as guardians of Al-Mawaddah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. This study obtained the results that the application of the STIFIn method in building self-confidence in students through several stages, namely; 1) Genetic potential test; 2) Classification of the relationship between foster guardians and foster children; and 3) Determining Potential Genetic-Based Parenting Patterns.

Self-confidence in this case is more about the students' belief in their ability to deal with something. This is certainly very influential on the development of its potential in the future. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data in this study obtained through observation and interviews. Sampling of informants used purposive sampling technique which was then determined to number five of them were administrators as well as guardians of Al-Mawaddah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. The subjects of this study were students of MI Nurur Rahmah. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, and the data collection technique used is the method of observation and interviews. The local wisdom that exists at MI Nurur Rahmah is part of the habits that are believed and obeyed by students and teachers at MI Nururrahmah, which are religious habits or practices that occur every day, such as congregational prayers, dhuha prayers, and reading the Qur'an. before the KBM starts. As a source of learning and the cultivation of local wisdom character values that can be instilled in students' personalities,Based on the results of research and discussion on inculcating students' religious character, the management of the learning cycle based on local wisdom applied by MI teacher Nurur Rahmah aims to make students better understand the meaning of piety in religious rituals, so that the religious values contained therein can be instilled in students with the hope of becoming their religious character later by instilling the religious character of students through habituation in the institution.

Covid-19 has a tangible impact on the learning process, namely the necessity of implementing bold learning. Bold learning ultimately requires educators to be proficient in using technology, but not all educators are ready to use technology in learning. This condition causes learning during the COVID-19 pandemic to be less than optimal, resulting in low learning outcomes. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the correlation between the pedagogic competence of educators and student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research includes quantitative research. Research data was collected using two techniques, namely questionnaires and technical documentation. Research data that has been collected is then analyzed using statistical analysis of Product Moment correlation. Based on the data analysis, it can be said that the relationship between the pedagogic competence of educators and student learning outcomes is significant and positive. The results of this study can be achieved if bold learning during the pandemic requires adequate pedagogic competence in improving student learning outcomes

This study describes character education in developing the affective domain for students, especially for junior high school students. Important character education is instilled in junior high school children who are intensively looking for identity, this character education is expected to form students who have morals and noble character in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. Teachers can develop subject matter through a local wisdom approach, which is owned by the area. One of the local wisdoms in Balaraja is the saga Nyimas Gamparan, which is packaged in an interesting picture story book. So the benefits of this study are; 1) Providing creative and innovative ideas for teachers in developing learning materials based on local wisdom through the saga of Nyimas Gamparan; 2) Motivating schools, teachers, parents, and the community to direct students who have positive attitudes towards the surrounding culture; and 3) motivate students in the formation of characters that will be useful in their lives.
