The purpose of this research is to find out how the current intellectual property rights (IPR) protection which regulates Traditional Cultural Expression (EBT). The research approach method used in this study is a juridical empirical method with descriptive analytical specifications. The results of the study found that Traditional Cultural Expressions (EBT) need protection of Intellectual Property Rights (HKI). The government's efforts to protect Traditional Cultural Expressions (EBT) can be carried out by implementing appropriate and proper protection regulations for Traditional Cultural Expressions. The importance of implementing proper and good regulations with the aim of protecting in the future Traditional Cultural Expressions do not experience extinction at both the regional and national levels.

The parenting style of the parents has a very big influence on the formation of the child's personality. This pattern of behavior is immediately felt by children, be it positive behavior or negative behavior. Character are the values of human behavior related to God Almighty, self, fellow human beings, the environment, and nationality which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on religious norms, law, karma, culture. , and customs. Based on this fact, the researcher wanted to examine the influence of parenting styles in the formation of disciplinary characters in children in the family environment in Wae Kelambu, Komodo Manggarai Barat sub-district. This study aims to determine the influence of parenting styles in the formation of disciplinary characters in children in the family environment. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach, the research subjects are some parents who practice parenting. The techniques used in writing scientific papers are observation techniques and interview techniques. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Parenting patterns play an important role in fostering the development of children's character. In the Wae Kelambu sub-district, Komodo Manggrai Barat Subdistrict, West Manggrai, East Nusa Tenggara adopts authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. A decision is made jointly by considering both parties. Children are given the freedom to be responsible, which means that what the children do must still be under the supervision of their parents and can be morally responsible. Suggestions for planting good characters in this research site are at least maintained and maximally improved.

Gadgets have become a part of student’s life, so the exsistence of gadgets causes both positive and negative effect. The gadget can give positive effect such as efficiency on education development, simplification of finding information and communication, and it makes students technologi literate.This study aimed at determining the effect of using gadgets on students Pancasila and Civics Education learning interest in grade XI of Hospitality at SMK Dwijendra. Furthermore, this study also aimed at determining students’ learning interest of grade XI of Hostitality at SMK Dwijendra Denpasar.This research was conducted in grade XI of Hospitality at SMK Dwijendra Denpasar. This type of research was descriptive using a qualitative approach, the subjects of this study were students. The data collection techniques were observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. The data were analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques, with steps including data collection, and drawing conclusion. The findings showed that the effect of using gadgets on students Pancasila and Civics Education learning interest in grade XI of Hospitality at SMK Dwijendra were 1) positive effect, namely technology-based learning resourcs, increasing knoledge about technological progress; 2) negative effect, namely lack of enthuisasm for student learning, social stroge, undisciplined; 3) due to gadget addiction, students were no longer interested in learning achievement decreased.

This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve students’ achievement of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar; currently students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education was relatively low. Therefore, teachers were required to design learning activities that are able to develop competences both in cognitive and psychomotor domain. Learning strategies are centered on students and create a joyful atmosphere to motivate students from the beginning to the end of teaching and learning activities to improve the quality of improving students’ achievement. The main problem to be solved was whether teacher skills using group discussion method could improve student learning achievement towards of Pancasila and Civics Education in Grade XI of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar in academic year 2019/2020. The study was is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 31 students of Grade XI Ak 1 of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar. The goal to be achieved was to determine the implementation of the group discussion to improve students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education. The data were collected through observation technique, student learning achievement, and questionnaires. The finding showed that research analysis was implemented in two cycles. The stages of each cycle were (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation / observation, and (4) reflection. The data collected were the activities and post-test at the end of the cycle. There was significant improvement of activities in cycle I (one); the average score of student activities which was in accordance with the evaluation score has increased. In the cycle I the students’ average score was 69% and classical completeness was 48%. Meanwhile, the average score of cycle II was 85% and the classical score was 100%. It was due to student’s responses to the approach in implementing problem-based learning model; students were comfortable in stating problems in learning that enable them to understand the concepts being taught. Thus, the teacher’s skill on group discussion could improve students’achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education reflected by percentage of students who experience greater learning completeness to improve learning achievement.

This studyamis are to find out how golo tu’a resolving ulayat and disputes, the factors causingthe land disputes, the from of land disputes the occur in the village of Golo Lanak, West Cibal Subdistrict, Mangarai NTT, and the way tu’a golo ( adat head) in resolving ulayat and disputes in Golo Lanak Village, Cibal Barat District, Manggarai, NTT. This study use qualitative descriptive approach and the data was collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that : the cause of ulayat land disputes is due to the land boundary of Golo Lanak Village is unclear. Disputes that onccur in Golo Lanak Village are the traditional community of Golo Woi Village (kina tribe) controlling the customary land owned by Golo Lanak Village (maki tribe) disputes is namely in the from of utterances of words where each thinks that they are right and entitle to land. The method of golo tua in resolving the costomary land dispute in the village of Golo Lanak is through lonto leok (deliberation). These are the customs and symbols of the Manggarai tradisional community that are used. In this from. Political education is means for political parties to develop the quality of their cadres and party members in responding to challenges in the political world in Indonesia. This can be proven by the cases where high-ranking politicians have been involved in corruption cases, violating moral norms, and criminal acts. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the efforts of political parties in implementing political education for the community in Buleleng district in increasing public participation in general election contestation. What factors are the obstacles and supporters in carrying out political education. In this research method using qualitative research. By using interview and documentation methods. To check the validity of this study, the tringulation technique was used. And qualitative descriptive was used as data analysis. The results of the research show that the National Awakening Party of Buleleng Regency in political education is not discussed in depth but political education has been included in the work program that has been made by political party administrators, both in the fields of cadres, public policy, and public development. So that the research can draw the conclusion that the political education carried out by the National Awakening Party is to improve the quality of cadres, increase public intelligence about politics. Maintaining communication between DPAC and DPRanting with these activities Suggestion from the envious research is that there is a need for cadres who are involved in providing political inquiry, the Regional Leadership Council must disregard every activity carried out by DPAC and DPRanting.
