The purpose of this study is to evaluate the development of post-expansion infrastructure of the region in East Kutai Regency which is focused on the development of road infrastructure. The period of development that is evaluated is the period of 2011-2015. The results of research Infrastructure development in East Kutai Regency for the period of 2011-2015 shows that the development of road infrastructure is still uneven due to the vast area of East Kutai Regency, constrained by funding problems, land issues with residents and weather problems. Development is hampered because the distance between each sub-district is so far that the development so far has only focused on the development of the Capital district only Sangatta.Keyword : Evaluation of Development, Infrastructure

This article aim to describe and evaluate the Program Medium Term Development of Education in West Kutai. The results showed that the medium-term development program in education in West Kutai in terms of the effectiveness of that activity carried out effectively enough for the planned program had been implemented and completed. This article aim to describe and analyze the leadership function in improving the performance of Civil state Apparatus in Public Relations Division and Secretariat Protocol of East Kutai Regency. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research indicates that the three roles of leadership are interpersonal roles, roles that are informational, and the role of decision-making in general has been done well by the leadership of Public Relations Division and Secretariat Protocol of East Kutai Regency. This is incicated from some programs and activities that has been done and the achievements achieved by employees in carrying out their duties and functions within the institution, so this also effect the improvement of the overall performance of the institution.Keyword : Leadership, Achievement

Primary focus of this research is the development of human resources which incudes : the scintific development of (formal education) training education and training development of (non formal education) and trainig education adminitration, and tachnical training in the areas of leadership education and training, then transfer the mutation as well as career development promotion. Based of the results of reserach show that the increase in formal education in the scope of the department of Marine and Fisheries of East Kalimantan Province has been done so well on the development of (education and training/non-formal) only in the field of education and training of leadership has not been fully implemented to the fullest.

This research aims to describe and analyze the mechanism of costumer complaining service in SAMSAT Samarinda as well as identify hindering factors of the mechanism. The results shows that complaining mechanism both direct and indirect in SAMSAT Samarinda was not implemented very optimal. The response process of the complains was also not optimal even when there is a clear SOP. SAMSAT Samarinda already have the infrastruture to collect the complains but not yet used advanced technology to support the costumer who have their complains.

Main agenda of this movement is resistance to global environmental regime which has not been able to solve environmental problems. The result shows that the implantation of the program is still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Village Fund Allocation Management Implementation (ADD) In Kampung Linggang Steady District of Linggang Bigung West Kutai. As well as to describe and analyze the factors affecting the Village Fund Allocation Management Implementation (ADD) In Kampung Linggang Steady District of Linggang Bigung West Kutai. The study concluded that the ADK Policy Implementation in the village Linggang Mapan not run optimally. It can be seen from the lack of understanding ADK management team in planning the implementation of ADK fund management activities, because the planning process is only done by her team manager ADK without involving all villagers participated.
