Regularities of Changes in the Surface Impedance of the Medium Over Hydrocarbon Deposits Under the Influence of Radio Pulsed Signals 无线电脉冲信号影响下油气沉积介质表面阻抗变化规律

The interaction of radio pulse signals in an anisotropic medium over hydrocarbon deposits has been studied. During the experiments, computer simulation of the characteristics of anisotropic media was performed. The dependences of the real, imaginary, and phase components of the characteristics of the surface impedance of an anisotropic medium over hydrocarbons on its dielectric constant, the frequency of radio pulse signals interacting with it, and the number of spectrum harmonics of the latter are obtained. Based on the research results, recommendations are given to improve the accuracy of determining the boundaries of hydrocarbon deposits using electrical exploration methods based on the use of radio pulse signals. The research results can be applied in prospecting geophysics for the discovery of oil and gas deposits.

Optimal Histogram Filter 最优直方图过滤器

The article discusses a technique for constructing an optimal histogram filter and its modifications, taking into account a priori information about the expected probability distribution density. The main idea of constructing a histogram filter is to apply a special transformation that displays the profile of a section of any distribution law into a constant level of characteristic numbers equivalent to it. This transformation allows to determine the coefficients of the histogram filter. An estimate of the value of the number of data of a particular interval of the histogram is formed by the characteristic function of the filter containing real data and equivalent to the characteristic number. The convergence of the estimates obtained by the histogram filter to the true values of the interval probabilities is shown. Modifications of the optimal histogram filter that require less computational costs for their implementation are considered. The upper bounds of the qualitative characteristics of filters are obtained. It has been established that the optimal histogram filter, regardless of the type of distribution law, provides three times the best quality of identification (recognition) in comparison with the standard histogram estimate. The efficiency of the histogram filter is confirmed by simulations. The histogram filter is an easy-to-implement tool that can be easily integrated into any open distribution law identification (recognition) algorithm.

Influence of Channel Orientation in Air Coolers on the Efficiency of Heat Removal from Powerful Semiconductor Devices 空气冷却器通道方向对大功率半导体器件散热效率的影响

The results of the study of air-cooled coolers with natural and forced heat removal from such powerful semiconductor devices as processors are presented. Experiments were performed in the SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation software environment to assess the influence of the orientation of the formed thermal channels on the efficiency of heat removal from the surface of a heat-loaded element. Three-dimensional models of tower heatsinks with an installed fan and a supporting structure in the form of heat pipes penetrating fins that form horizontal (model No 1) or vertical (model No 2) air channels have been developed, which made it possible to determine the efficiency of heat removal from the processor during natural and forced convection. The developed model No 1 was rotated by 90°, which may be due to design requirements in the development of technical means. This led to a change in the movement of warm air during natural and forced convection along the vertically directed channels with an analysis of the effectiveness of passive and active cooling. The number of heat pipes has been changed from six to two for previously developed types of radiators (models No 1 and 2), only with active cooling. This made it possible to experimentally establish the influence of design solutions (the number and orientation of heat pipes) in the production of modern air-cooled coolers on the efficiency of heat removal.

Localization – Weak Antilocalization Crossover in Two-Dimensional Materials with Spin-Orbit Interaction 自旋-轨道相互作用下二维材料的局部化-弱反局部化交叉

In this paper, the patterns of manifestation of weak localization and antilocalization in graphene with enhanced spin-orbit interaction, as well as in a topological insulator with a gap in surface states induced by magnetic impurities are studied. The parameters characterizing the manifestation of weak localization, antilocalization and crossover between them are established. Quantum corrections to the conductivity of graphene are determined in units of e 2 /h = 38.64 μS for various ratios between the characteristic dephasing time and spin-orbit scattering time. It has been established that with a relatively long spin-orbit scattering time, not less than 10 –10 s, it does not affect the correction to conductivity and its value is determined by the dephasing time and the times of intervalley and intravalley scattering. The effect of the spin-orbit scattering is to suppress weak antilocalization. It leads to a spin flip of the conduction electron during elastic scattering, and the interference pattern of weak localization becomes more complicated due to the mixing of spin states. The sign of the quantum correction depends on which spin state contributes the most.

The processes of formation of films of alloys of the Cr–Ni, Cr–Ni–Si and Fe–Ni systems with a stab le elemental composition by evaporation methods are considered. It is shown that due to the large difference in the melting temperatures of Ni and Cr, nichrome films are obtained by sublimation. The design of the evaporator is proposed, which makes it possible to stabilize the composition of the films. Calculations of azeotropic compositions of alloys of the Cr–Ni–Si system have been carried out. The position of the isobars of the total pressure of iron and nickel on the state diagram was determined during evaporation in vacuum. The azeotropic composition of the alloy of the Fe–Ni system was calculated and experimentally verified.

Combined Method for Informative Feature Selection for Speech Pathology Detection 语音病理学检测中信息特征选择的组合方法

The task of detecting vocal abnormalities is characterized by a small amount of available data for training, as a consequence of which classification systems that use low-dimensional data are the most relevant. We propose to use LASSO (least absolute shrinkage and selection operator) and BSS (backward stepwise selection) methods together to select the most significant features for the detection of vocal pathologies, in particular amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Features based on fine-frequency cepstral coefficients, traditionally used in speech signal processing, and features based on discrete estimation of the autoregressive spectrum envelope are used. Spectral features based on the autoregressive process envelope spectrum are extracted using the generative method, which involves calculating a discrete Fourier transform of the report sequence generated using the autoregressive model of the input voice signal. The sequence is generated by the autoregressive model so as to account for the periodic nature of the Fourier transform. This improves the accuracy of the spectrum estimation and reduces the spectral leakage effect. Using LASSO in conjunction with BSS allowed us to improve the classification efficiency using a smaller number of features as compared to using the LASSO method alone.

Circuit Design Modernization of Operational Amplifiers for Increasing Slew Rate of Output Voltage 提高输出电压摆率的运算放大器电路设计现代化

To meet the existing needs of the domestic market of radio electronic equipment in high-speed wideband operational amplifiers, it was previously proposed to use the MH2XA031 master slice array containing complementary bipolar transistors, together with the developed circuits of the OAmp9 high-speed operational amplifier and the OAmp10 precision operational amplifier with unified cascades and the ability to program parameters such as current consumption, maximum output current, bandwidth, slew rate. The article discusses the increase in the performance of these operational amplifiers by reducing the parasitic collector capacitance of transistors by applying a reverse bias voltage to OAmp9 and using correction circuits in OAmp10, which made it possible to increase the output voltage slew rate by 29 % in the first case and 3.1 times in the second. Estimating the Parameters of Laser Processing of Diamonds Using the Finite Element Method and Artificial Neural Networks 用有限元法和人工神经网络估计金刚石激光加工参数

This paper provides the simulation of laser processing of diamonds by using a combination of artificial neural networks and the finite element method. The training data array and the data array for testing neural networks were generated in ANSYS. The calculations were performed for 600 types of input parameters, 60 of which were used to test artificial neural networks. The influence of the parameters of neural network models on the accuracy of determining temperatures in the laser processing area were studied. The parameters of neural networks were established that provide acceptable results in predicting temperatures generated by laser radiation in diamonds. The results obtained can be used to determine the technological parameters of the laser processing of diamonds.

One of the modern directions of obtaining information for making informed decisions is the analysis of data from open Internet sources, the analysis of media containing hundreds of thousands of publications. It is critically important not only to obtain reliable information, but also the time needed to obtain and analyze it. The purpose of the research in this work is the development and testing of a complex methodology for quickly building a prototype of a system for complex analysis of thematic sites. A technology of interconnected methods, methodologies, and tools for building a graph database, a knowledge graph, data analysis using methods and mo dels of machine learning with the provision of analytical results to users has been created. The main task of this work is to use these technologies to analyze data from well-known world sites in order to build a prototype of a systems for complex analysis of data from Internet sources.

Simulation of Thermal Energy Removal from Processors Using Air Coolers 利用空气冷却器去除处理器热能的模拟

The results of a study on the removal of thermal energy from processors using air coolers (AC) are presented. Four experiments were carried out, in which, with the help of three-dimensional solid-state parametric modeling of various versions of the AC, the most effective ones were identified. In the first experiment, a tower radiator with a supporting structure in the form of copper bars and a vertically mounted fan was developed, which made it possible to determine the efficiency of heat transfer through the radiator. In the next experiment, in the previously developed model, copper bars were replaced with heat pipes and the fan was removed, which made it possible to substantiate the need for the presence or absence of airflow with a gradual increase in processor power during its operation. In the third case, the possibility of changing the fan speed was implemented, which made it possible to set the maximum air flow rate for efficient cooling of the radiator. In the last experiment, the optimal design of the AC was established, which made it possible to effectively implement the dissipation of thermal energy from the processor at various power levels. The necessity of using AC in such modern technical means as personal computers, servers, computer systems, etc., in which there are no restrictions on providing weight and size parameters has been experimentally proved.
