Pengembangan Media Video Pembelajaran Biologi Sebagai Alternatif Peningkatan Kompetensi Dasar Siswa Saat Pandemi Covid-19 生物学习视频媒体发展,以替代Covid-19大流行期间学生基本能力的提高

The objectives of this development research are to produce video media for learning biology material for Covid-19 and synthesize the results of the validation of the Covid-19 biology learning video media as an alternative to increase students' basic competencies. The subject of this research is the biology teachers of class X at Kota Kendari. The results of the research shows that learning video media production went through seven stages, i.e., 1) analysis of potential and problems related to infrastructure at the research location; 2) data collection of scientific articles and modules; 3) product design; 4) validation of material designs by experts; 5) design improvements with consideration of advice from experts; 6) media product trial by teachers; and, 7) revision of media products with consideration from the teachers. The results of the validation of the learning video media are categorized as feasible. Therefore, the learning video media was potential to be developed as alternative media to foster the students’ basic competence of viral material.Keywords: Alternative media; basic competence; biology; Covid-19; learning video media. 
本开发研究的目标是制作用于新冠病毒生物学学习材料的视频媒体,并综合新冠病毒生物学学习视频媒体的验证结果,作为提高学生基本能力的替代方案。本研究的对象是Kota Kendari X班的生物教师。研究结果表明,学习视频媒体生产经历了七个阶段,即:1)分析研究地点基础设施的潜力和问题;2)科研文章和模块的数据收集;3)产品设计;4)由专家对材料设计进行验证;5)根据专家意见进行设计改进;6)教师媒介产品试用;7)根据教师的意见对媒体产品进行修改。学习视频媒体的验证结果被归类为可行。因此,学习型视频媒体作为培养学生对病毒材料基本能力的替代媒体具有发展潜力。关键词:另类媒体;基本能力;生物学;Covid-19;学习视频媒体。

KONSEP PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DALAM ISLAM MENURUT IBNU QOYYIM AL-JAUZIYYAH

This study aims to find out an in-depth picture of the Concept of Islamic Early Childhood Education, especially according to Ibnu Qoyyim Al Jauziyyah. This study used the literature study method with Tuhfatul Maudud Bi Ahkamil book as the primary sources and written data, books, the results of studies and research,  Ibnu Qayyim Al- Jauziyyah’s other work which talked about education, particularly about early childhood education as the secondary sources. The results of the study showed that the concept of early childhood education according to Ibnu Qayyim Al- Jauziyyah was an early childhood education concept applied to children aged 0-6 years old. Where this characteristic of education according to Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah is the beginning for the further development of children's education. The age stage of 0-2 years as the beginning of the child's life so that the concept of education focuses on when the child is just born, the call to prayer to circumcision. Meanwhile, the age stage of 3-6 years of educational responsibility focuses on faith, moral, social, and intellectual education.Keywords : Ibnu Qoyyim Al-Jauziyyah, Early Childhood Education, Islamic Early Childhood Education, Islamic Studies.

EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN : Evaluasi Pembelajaran Daring 教育政策评估:在线学习评估

In the early months of 2019 the government officially announced that the COVID-19 outbreak had entered Indonesia. This has had a huge impact in many aspects, one of which is the world of education. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 cases, the government took quick action by eliminating learning at schools (offline). Instead, schools must prepare distance learning using technology (online). This online policy that is taken quickly will certainly cause polemics and problems in the reality on the ground. These polemics and problems should be evaluated so that the main problem solving can be found, so that learning can run well in the future.

Education is a pillar that is so important for the future of every circle, both for people who live in cities and people who live in remote villages. Therefore, equal distribution of education by the government is very necessary. But in reality, decent and quality education is still not fully available for all circles. This study aims to find out and describe the education management system of remote communities and the management of the education system at SD Inpres 5 Bahong Langi, Bonto Cani Village, Bonto Jai District, Bone Regency, as well as to find out and describe how the role or contribution of youth in minimizing educational discrimination, especially in remote communities. The research design used in this study is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study show that the education system of remote communities is very far behind when compared to other regions. The management of the education system applied to SD Inpres 5 Bahong Langi is to implement a learning process that is divided into two sessions, due to the limited classrooms, facilities and lack of educators, resulting in the achievement of educational muu is not optimal. The role of youth in minimizing educational discrimination in remote communities, especially at SD Inpres 5 Bahong Langi, is by providing donations in the form of reading books, school uniforms, the Qur'an, writing books and manifesting themselves as educators for a while. In addition, another role carried out is to be an extension of the community in conveying aspirations so that the school receives more attention from the government.

The results of this study show that the education system of remote communities is very far behind when compared to other regions. The management of the education system applied to SD Inpres 5 Bahong Langi is to implement a learning process that is divided into two sessions, due to the limited classrooms, facilities and lack of educators, resulting in the achievement of educational muu is not optimal. The role of youth in minimizing educational discrimination in remote communities, especially at SD Inpres 5 Bahong Langi, is by providing donations in the form of reading books, school uniforms, the Qur'an, writing books and manifesting themselves as educators for a while.
