The objective of this study is to provide a description and analysis of the process by which the values of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) are internalized to enhance religious culture at MA Pondok Pesantren Singa Putih, Prigen, Pandaan. This will be achieved through a comprehensive examination of the planning, implementation, and assessment stages. The methodology employed in this study is a descriptive qualitative technique. The data underwent analysis using a systematic approach that involved several stages, including data collecting, data reduction, data display, and concluding/data verification. The research findings are as follows: Internalizing PAI ideals to enhance the quality of religious culture involves engaging in discourse and consensus-building activities. These activities were attended by key stakeholders, including the school principal, committee members, deputy principal, and instructors. Incorporating PAI values internally to enhance the standard of religious culture is executed through a series of sequential stages. The principal delegates authority to teachers to implement extracurricular and intracurricular activities. Religious activities are integrated into all subjects of instruction, and supervision is provided. The methods employed to instil PAI values in students are commendable and foster habitual adherence. Additionally, teachers offer guidance to students in extracurricular and intracurricular activities, and commendations are given to those who excel in religious activities. The principal issues warnings and advises students who fail to participate in the English language religious activity programs. The assessment of incorporating Islamic religious education ideals in enhancing the standard of spiritual culture is conducted after every academic semester. The evaluation under consideration pertains to the assessment of teacher performance and the implementation of religious activities within the school setting.

This paper investigates scholars' views regarding Islamic banking. This paper is different from a general analytical study of printed material. This is because videos on YouTube regarding Islamic banking are briefly analyzed in this. Scholars’ Videos show different ways to present their point of view regarding Islamic banking. Some scholars’ views are brief, while others have used historical and descriptive styles. Some scholars used comparative methodology to differentiate Islamic banking from conventional banking systems. Some scholars have presented views about the formation and implantation of Islamic banking with the collective formation of rules uniform in all schools of thought of Islam. Di masa pandemi COVID-19, belajar di rumah atau daring menjadi solusi untuk melanjutkan sisa semester. Banyaknya guru yang memberikan pekerjaan rumah tanpa memberikan materi membuat banyak siswa mengeluh karena kurang memahami materi yang diberikan guru, sehingga siswa kurang motivasi belajar sehingga menyebabkan siswa kehilangan minat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan orang tua ketika pembelajaran daring, serta upaya guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran daring. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini memaparkan proses penerapan e-learning di SMA YALC Pasuruan dengan menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, Classroom dan Camtasia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa guru agama Islam belum berhasil menjalankan perannya karena munculnya beberapa permasalahan. Seperti halnya proses pembelajaran daring, siswa tidak hanya fokus belajar tetapi juga diberikan tugas oleh guru. Siswa kemudian menyerahkan tugasnya dalam bentuk video dan gambar. Batas waktu serah terima proyek tidak langsung diubah melainkan beberapa hari kemudian. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru akan dibahas. Bagaimana memotivasi, menetapkan tugas, dan menciptakan kondisi yang menguntungkan untuk Internet. Sementara itu, orang tua berusaha memotivasi anak, membantu dengan ponsel dan kuota, mengatasi kesulitan belajar anak, serta mengawasi saat belajar daring. Buying and selling is a transaction that is allowed in Islam. However, to ensure this permissibility, it is necessary to have the rules of the game that have been formulated by the scholars. This aims to maintain the rights of each party during the sale and purchase so that no party feels disadvantaged. Nowadays, buying and selling transactions are developing, namely by buying and selling without having to have stock or known as dropshipping. In this digital era, the dropshipping business is in great demand by the public because it has conveniences that are felt by the parties. However, in Islam buying and selling can only be done on goods that are perfectly owned by the seller. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legality of the practice of dropshipping. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of research in the form of a literature study and data sources in the form of secondary data obtained from journals, books and websites. The results show that the dropshipping business is allowed in Islam as long as it meets certain criteria.

This research is based on the low ability to read al-Qur'an children in Majlis Ta'lim As-Salafiyah. This study aims to determine the effect of parental guidance on the ability to read al-Qur'an children in Majlis Ta'lim As-Salafiyah Tegalwaru Purwakarta. This research is a quantitative study using correlational techniques; the research sample is 44 respondents, with a significance level of 0.5%. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with scalable likers. Data analysis uses product-moment correlation. The results of hypothesis testing obtained "r" with the correlation coefficient value are 0.461. This value is in the interval 0.40 - 0.599, which is between the parental guidance variable and the variable of the ability to read the al-Qur'an have a moderate correlation. The percentage of the relationship is 0.212, which implies that the influence of the parental guidance variable on the variable of the ability to read al-Qur'an is 21.2%, and the remaining 79.8% is influenced by other factors. The value of Fcount is 11.309. F table with df1 = k - 1 (2 - 1 = 1) and df2 = 44-2 = 42 with an error rate of 5%, the value of F table is 4.070. Based on this comparison, Fcount > Ftable, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between parental guidance on the ability to read al-Qur'an children in Majlis Ta'lim As-Salafiyah Tegalwaru Purwakarta.

This study aims to describe the formulation, application, and meaning of discipline based on Al-Fatihah to shape the students' character. This research is qualitative research with constructivism paradigm, adapting to the thinking of Thomas Kuhn, using the type of case study research. This type of case study research aims to obtain research results objectively and in-depth description and explanation. Collecting data about the understanding of research subjects on the actualisation of disciplines was done through interviews, document analysis, and participatory observations. Furthermore, the results of the observations were analysed together with the data obtained through interviews and document analysis to answer the research problems. Discipline as self-awareness is to comply with all applicable rules to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Discipline will foster enthusiasm and sincerity to do the duties and obligations. Discipline has great benefits to shape personality. Therefore, discipline must be applied in education to form personality. The main personality is reflected in one's awareness to understand the rules and obey them seriously. Maintaining a disciplined attitude to do tasks effectively, efficiently, and run a predetermined schedule, always greet and say hello to friends, relatives, and other people. This is clear evidence of the development of the values in Al-Fatihah. All students, educators, or education staff has a duty to try and apply discipline seriously in daily life, so that they have strong and firmed characters that will colour the whole activity to build madrasa culture.

Furthermore, the results of the observations were analysed together with the data obtained through interviews and document analysis to answer the research problems. Discipline as self-awareness is to comply with all applicable rules to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Discipline will foster enthusiasm and sincerity to do the duties and obligations. Discipline has great benefits to shape personality. Therefore, discipline must be applied in education to form personality. The main personality is reflected in one's awareness to understand the rules and obey them seriously. Maintaining a disciplined attitude to do tasks effectively, efficiently, and run a predetermined schedule, always greet and say hello to friends, relatives, and other people. This is clear evidence of the development of the values in Al-Fatihah. Along with socio-cultural changes and the development of Islam that has spread to almost all parts of the world, it demands a reinterpretation of religious texts, considering the rules made by previous scholars have not yet accommodated the changes, especially related to the position of women. This change has become the idea for ladies activists to reinterpret the principles that are determined by ancient scholars that aren’t any longer relevant and interpret new things that haven’t been mentioned by the students. The debate over gender issues is unavoidable, especially between women activists and figures who consider the works of ancient scholars to still be relevant and think there is no need for reinterpretation. The purpose of this study is to provide a reinterpretation of religious texts related to gender understanding, especially those related to the position of women, especially for spots that demand equality with men. The research used is qualitative research in the form of literature study, with a hermeneutic approach and prioritizing theological, sociological and philosophical aspects. The results of this study illustrate that in addition to its nature, Islam also positions women so high and noble, in certain positions they have an equal position and degree with men, not only in their position in terms of religion, but also in other aspects, such as cultural, social, politics and other aspects.
