ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya karyawan yang selama kegiatan pelayanan / menyajikan produk tidak memakai perlengkapan produksi misalnya sarung tangan, celemek, sehingga produk menjadi tidak higienis dan dapat mengakibatkan kualitas produk menjadi menurun. Selain itu, adanya beberapa karyawan yang melayani pelanggan sambil merokok. Tentunya, ini sangat tidak nyaman dengan situasi ini, karena asap rokok tidak baik untuk kesehatan dan merugikan orang lain. Bertolak dari latarbelakang tersebut, didapatkan 3 rumusan masalah yaitu : 1) bagaimana pengawasan produksi yang diterapkan di Bakso Mama 1 Jombang? 2) bagaimana standart produk halal di Bakso Mama 1 Jombang? 3) bagaimana peran pengawasan produksi di Bakso Mama 1 Jombang? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan menggunakan Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi Sistem pengawasan produksi yang diterapkan oleh bakso mama 1 jombang sudah bisa dikatakan sesuai dengan ke-6 indikator pengawasan produksi yaitu ditandai dengan tidak adanya kesalahan / tertundanya pekerjaan yang telah ditargetkan oleh bakso mama 1 jombang. Serta tidak adanya untuk terpaksa atau tekanan yang dirasakan oleh pegawai selama melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan diberlakukan sistem pengawasan tersebut. 2) Implentasi standart kualitas produk yang diterapkan pada bakso mama 1 Jombang sudah sesuai dengan ke-6 indikator kualitas pelayanan serta telah memenuhi semua indikator yang harus ada pada produk halal yang telah disebutkan dalam UU UU No 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. 3) Peran pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk di Bakso Mama 1 Jombang yaitu a. untuk mengawasi serta membantu tugas seorang pemimpin dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan, b. untuk menjalin hubungan baik antara pegawai dengan pemimpin melalui terselesainya semua pekerjaan produksi secara tepat waktu, c. menjaga kehalalan produk, d. menjaga kesehatan masyarakat, e. melindungi hak konsumen untuk mendapat produk halal.Kata Kunci : Pengawasan Produksi, Kualitas dan Standart Produk Halal.

Income in a family determines consumption or expenditure in meeting primary, secondary and tertiary needs. Good Muslim consumption is consumption that has the purpose of the world and the hereafter which is aligned with the income received. The Changes of regional conditions in the form of disasters have an impact on the value of income and consumption priorities for families. The imposition of restrictions on economic activities as well as face-to-face activities echoed by the government has the effect of changing the economic order of the community. Families who are affected by the pandemic are experiencing economic and mental impacts. Such conditions require individuals to behave rationally in their economic activities and be adjusted to Islamic religious guidelines. So that it will form the soul / personality of a pious Muslim. This article uses a descriptive qualitative method. Informants come from communities which are affected by COVID 19 who are in the Education area such as kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school, and college in Rejomulyo Village. The process of collecting data is done by means of interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis was done by data triangulation. The results of the study illustrate that rationality in economic activities and the application of Islam includes: changing household consumption during the pandemic along with changes in the income of the head of the family. In addition, the family's understanding of the pandemic is based on the belief that Allah SWT gives a test in the direction of increasing piety. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research is conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2009-2019. This research is a quantitative study with secondary data based on time series data. The data were processed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the FDR variable did not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of the tcount of 0.164 and ttable of 1.683 or tcount ttable which means that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. FDR and NPF variables have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the value of Fcount of 11.745 and Ftable of 3.23 or Fcount> Ftable which means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the FDR and NPF have an effect of 36.4% on Return On Assets (ROA). To satisfy customer needs and desires, there is one thing that every company must pay attention to when it comes to competing in the market. When choosing a product, customers usually make a critical assessment of the product to be purchased. Customers certainly want to get quality products according to the price paid. When deciding to purchase a product, it means that the customer has already decided what to buy, decided to buy or not, decide when and where they will buy, and decide how they will buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skin care for consumers of Larissa aesthetic center Kediri branch. This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%. While the remaining 47% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely price, promotion and location.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchasing Decision, Larissa Aesthetic Center

The culture of organization is a system of values and belief which is shared by The member of organization. It makes differences among the organization to other organizations. From this understanding, researchers are interested in discussing the organizational culture in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri and how the role of organizational culture in employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri. Since 2014 LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri has experienced an increase in company performance, which includes increasing muzakki, and other awards. This certainly cannot be separated from the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri which adheres to a strong organizational culture. The research, entitled the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of the case study employees at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri uses a qualitative approach with the aim of obtaining a clear and objective picture. This study uses several methods in the data collection process including: observation, interviews, documentation. While the type of research used is field research, which is research that focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. The organizational culture applied in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is a strong organizational culture, it will have an impact on the sincerity of employees in doing their duties and developing the institution. By implementing this strong organizational culture, employee performance will increase. This increase can be seen from the increase in the number of muzakki from 2016 to 2019, as well as other awards received by LAZNAS Nurul Hayat. Profitability is a certain condition that has been achieved by a sharia bank as a reflection of public trust in commercial banks that have undergone a process of activity for several years. This study aims to analyze the effect of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. Profitability is the dependent variable in this study, while murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing are independent variables.The type of data used is secondary data which is obtained from quarterly financial reports taken from the official website or website www.bi.go.id/www.ojk.go.id and the official website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. The study population consisted of 12 Islamic commercial banks, and obtained 72 samples by purposive sampling method. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that partially murabahah financing and ijarah financing have a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.
