This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research aimed to determine how the implementation of agricultural capital financing with the murabahah contract, the factors that caused problematic financing, and how to handle problematic financing, especially in the financing of agricultural capital with a murabahah contract at BMT BUS KPU Tuban Branch. Agricultural capital financing is a type of financing that is quite rare for BMT in Tuban District, because in providing agricultural financing, BMT is very vulnerable to suffer losses due to problematic financing. This research was a field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. Data sources consisted of primary and secondary data. Data analysis used analytic descriptive technique. The results explained that the murabahah financing procedure implemented at BMT BUS KPU Tuban Branch on agricultural capital financing practices can be said to be good, because in its implementation each prospective member of the financing was obliged to meet the applicable requirements and procedures, the factors that cause problematic financing were external and internal factors, The strategy for handling problematic financing at BMT BUS KPU Tuban Branch used a family approach, intensive billing, financing restructuring, collateral takeover, collateral execution and finally if it was not successful with financing elimination. Peradaban dalam bertransaksi muncul dengan adanya krisis kesehatan atau pandemic corona. Pemerintah Indonesia membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat membantu adanya dampak dari pandemic dapat di minimalkan. Dampak atas pandemic ini salah satunya adalah pelaku UMKM yang harus siap dengan adanya pola dan prilaku konsumen yang baru. Adaptasi atas kemajuan tekhnologi harus dapat dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk dapat survive. Bank Indonesia sebagai bank sentral Indonesia melakukan gebrakan untuk memanfaatkan QRIS sebagai salah satu cara pelaku UMKM untuk survive atas adanya pandemic ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang diuji dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan interviewer pelaku UMKM dengan keterwakilan 5 ( lima ) orang pelaku UMKM yang ada di masing-masing kecamatan yang ada di kota Kediri. Kemanfaatan yang didapat dari QRIS adalah kemudahan untuk transaksi dengan konsumen tanpa menggunakan uang tunai, dan dapat dengan mudah / memudahkan dalam penerapan protocol kesehatan dengan konsumen. Sedangkan kendala yang terjadi adalah masih adanya konektivitas internet yang tidak lancar, biaya data yang cukup mahal dan rasa tidak percaya diri pelaku UMKM untuk terus bisa belajar untuk menggunakan tekhnologi. Dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Kediri telah banyak kebijakan yang dilakukan untuk dapat menunjang suvive pelaku UMKM kota Kediri yaitu adanya pelatihan-pelatihan dan adanya koperasi pelaku UMKM. Dan QRIS di Kota Kediri menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 53% menyatakan minat untuk menggunakan QRIS untuk transaksi perdagangannya.Kata Kunci : QRIS, UMKM

The role of human resources (HR) in a company is very significant and has enormous potential to carry out company activities. Therefore, humans function as the main driving force in every activity carried out by the company. Therefore, human resources should be empowered as much as possible in order to be able to produce optimal output. Good HR management will also affect the increase in company productivity and profitability. And one way that can be taken is by increasing the loyalty and performance of employees to develop companies . This study uses a qualitative method by taking place at Ayee Cafe, Mojoroto-Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational management Ayee Cafe and how the strategy is to increase employee loyalty and performance. Ayee cafe has a special way to increase employee loyalty and performance that has been implemented for the last 5 years. Ayee cafe also considers all those involved in helping its business as employees. It's just that the owner's job is to manage the business, if the boss makes himself the owner, there will be no discipline. Wakaf is a Maliyah worship that have tight relation with development of umat welfare. It is a worship in the form of social economy. The potential of wakaf is huge nowadays however it does not use optimally yet because of some factors so that it cannot give maximum role in bringing welfare for society and empowering society’s economy. Wakaf does not only support the development of science but also prepare all facilities needed by students of university or society.Modern Boarding School Darussalam Gontor, Islamic boarding school that considered has been successful in organizing productive wakaf to finance itself and because of that, it can be the role model for developing educational institution base wakaf. Most of the result of wakaf used to develop the business and another used for teachers’ welfare and funding institutions of boarding school in shelter of PMDG. Some of the fund also donated to assistance founding of religious social life of society around.As for the concept of wakaf PMDG refers to maqashid – al shari’ah that is in level of law enforcement (tatbiq al hukmi) that is create welfare and avoid mercilessness. Trimutri in his wakaf concept more emphasizes on the welfare aspect aimed to that wakaf is a media to get closer with Allah SWT. Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

Manajemen dalam pengelolaan dana zakat, infaq dan shadaqah di suatu lembaga amil sangatlah penting. Hal ini agar dana umat dapat dihimpun dan disalurkan secara baik dan terarah. Diperlukan semangat lembaga amil zakat agar terus mengupgrade, meningkatkan strategi serta memaksimalkan sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat utamanya pada muzakki agar mampu menarik minat dan kepercayaan para donatur. Termasuk membuat model penghimpunan dan pendayagunaan dana umat dengan sedemikian rupa agar para donator secara sukarela memberikan sebagian hartanya untuk dikelola oleh para lembaga amil untuk kemudian didayagunakan sesuai peruntukannya. Hal ini lah yang sedang dilakukan oleh LAZISNU melalui Gerakan Koin-NU Peduli.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengambil tempat penelitian di LAZISNU MWC Rejoso. Penelitian ini mempunyai dua tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui model penghimpunan dana umat melalui Gerakan Koin-NU Peduli dan untuk mengetahui model penghimpunan dana umat melalui Gerakan Koin-NU Peduli. AbstrakPengalaman dalam pembayaran yang semakin canggih di era sekarang telah menjadi suatu tren tersendiri dalam bertransaksi ketika berbelanja barang keperluan, membayar sebuah jasa atau sekedar membayar tagihan bulanan. Pilihan akan metode pembayaran semakin memudahkan kita dalam bertransaksi setiap harinya. Salah satu diantaranya adanya uang elektronik (e-money/e-wallet). Tidak terkecuali dengan layanan uang elektronik dari PT. Visionet Internasional (OVO), mereka memiliki strategi dalam memasarkan produk unggulan layanan mereka diantaranya promosi, yang mana merupakan kegiatan dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk memakai barang atau jasa perusahaan melalui keunggulan-keunggulan suatu produk barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Dimana promosi yang lakukan oleh perusahaan layanan uang elektronik (OVO) memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan untuk menggunakan layanan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dalam menginterpretasikan fenomena yang ada. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa promosi dan keputusan penggunaan pada kategori sangat baik. Dari analisis Korelasi Pearson didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,661. Hal ini menandakan bahwa hubungan promosi dengan keputusan pembelian memiliki hubungan regresi yang sedang. Dari hasil analisis Regresi didapatkan persamaan Y= 212,847 + 0,772X; apabila di interpretasikan memiliki pengertian sebagai berikut pada variabel Keputusan Penggunaan (Y) akan bernilai 212,847 jika tidak terdapat variabel lain yang mempengaruhi. Apabila terdapat intervensi variabel Promosi (X), variabel Keputusan Penggunaan (Y) akan naik 0,772 basis poin dalam setiap kenaikannya. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinan, nilai R-square = 0,4367 (43,67%), yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Penggunaan (Y) dalam model regresi mampu dipengaruhi variabel Promosi (X) sebesar 43,67%, dan sisanya sebesar 53,33% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model regresi.
