Development of Regression Models for Prediction of Electricity by Considering Prosperity and Climate 考虑繁荣度和气候的电力预测回归模型的发展

This paper uses multiple regression analysis method to establish customer' s load regression models, which consider economic indicators, air temperature and rainfall. Furthermore, the proposed models are used to study the forecasting feasibility of the future energy sales and summer peak load demand. The least-squares technique is applied to derive regression models of 34 customer energy sales and total energy sales by considering economic indicators and air temperature. EViews software is used to verify the feasibility of the research framework. The study found that energy intensive customers and all high voltage customers are not sensitive to air temperature, and the accuracy of the forecasting model only mixing with air temperature and high voltage demand accuracy is low. In the majority of its energy sales forecasting model, the average error is ±3%. These results can be provided to power companies as their future references in system planning.

The Implementation and Applications of Low Voltage Distribution Line Theft Supervisory System 低压配电线路盗窃监控系统的实现与应用

In this paper, microprocessor in association with GPRS, ZigBee, PLC (Power Line Carrier) and voltage current acquisition circuit were adopted to prepare wireless cable theft detection module with detection capability of conductive cable theft for distributed low voltage circuit including overhead line and underground cable. The greatest feature of this module was its capability to monitor simultaneously electricity-carrying cable and non-electricity-carrying cable, for the electricity-carrying conductor, voltage current acquisition circuit monitoring method was mainly used to be associated with ZigBee wireless communication, and the non-electricity-carrying conductors such as grounding line and neutral line were mainly monitored by PLC, if the communication failed, it could be judged as abnormal, and this can be used as multiple way of confirmation to avoid wrong reporting. Meanwhile, the line status can be sent back to control center through GPRS, and the conducting cable status can be displayed on the human machine interface. If there was any abnormity, a short message and mail will be sent to assigned personnel, meanwhile, the full-time camera in the road side will be used together, when the alarm occurred, the server host will search out the closed-circuit TV (CCTV) image in time to be provided to the police as favorable evidence to enhance the successful rate of cases.
本文采用微处理器与GPRS、ZigBee、PLC (Power Line Carrier)、电压电流采集电路相结合,制作了对架空电缆、地下电缆等分布式低压线路具有导电电缆盗窃检测能力的无线电缆盗窃检测模块。该模块最大的特点是能够同时对载电电缆和非载电电缆进行监测,对载电导体主要采用电压电流采集电路监测的方式与ZigBee无线通信相关联,对接地线、中性线等非载电导体主要通过PLC进行监测,如果通信失败,可判断为异常;这可以作为多种确认方式,避免误报。同时通过GPRS将线路状态传回控制中心,并在人机界面上显示导线状态。如有异常情况,将短信和邮件发送给指定人员,同时,路边的全时摄像头将一起使用,当报警发生时,服务器主机将及时搜索出闭路电视(CCTV)图像作为有利证据提供给警方,以提高案件的成功率。

Predictive Controller for Mobile Robot Based on Fuzzy Logic 基于模糊逻辑的移动机器人预测控制器

In this paper a control design of a non-holonomic mobile robot with a differential drive is presented based on a new behavior-based fuzzy control method. Automatic control of a mobile robot depends on complex signal processing mechanisms. It is based on behavioral architecture which can deal with uncertainties in unknown environments and has the ability to accommodate different behaviors. Basic behaviors are controlled by specific fuzzy logic controllers. The proposed approach qualifies for driving a robot to reach a target while avoiding obstacles in the dynamic environment. Simulation and experiments are performed to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. The experiment results demonstrated the feasibility and advantages of this predictive fuzzy control on the trajectory tracking of a mobile robot.
本文提出了一种基于行为模糊控制的非完整差动驱动移动机器人的控制设计方法。移动机器人的自动控制依赖于复杂的信号处理机制。它基于行为架构,可以处理未知环境中的不确定性,并具有适应不同行为的能力。基本行为由特定的模糊逻辑控制器控制。所提出的方法能够在动态环境中驱动机器人在避开障碍物的同时到达目标。通过仿真和实验验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。实验结果证明了该预测模糊控制在移动机器人轨迹跟踪中的可行性和优越性。

Improving Diagnostic Viewing of Region of Interest in Lung Computed Tomography Image Using Unsharp Masking and Singular Value Decomposition 利用非锐化掩蔽和奇异值分解改进肺部ct图像感兴趣区域的诊断观察

Computed Tomography (CT) technology has been widely used for detecting and diagnosing lung disease. To improve the visibility of essential features in a CT image, reducing noise and blur, sharpening features, and increasing contrast are necessary. In this study, we propose a method to improve these features and gain better characteristics of region of interest in lung CT images for a right diagnosis. Processing of the proposed method consists of non-local means filter for removing noise, unsharp masking for deblurring and sharpening image, and finally singular value decomposition for enhancing contrast of the region of interest. The method was evaluated in terms of improvement in contrast based on contrast improvement ratio in lung CT images. The results clearly demonstrated that our method reached a higher contrast improvement ratio compared to histogram equalization, unsharp masking, contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization, and singular value equalization methods and helped to increase the clarity of relevant details without distorting the images.

Design of a Controlled Robotic Arm 受控机械臂的设计

This paper presents a design of controlled robotic arm with myoelectric and body action signals. The implementation uses the sensed signals, via the signal processing of ARDUINO UNO R3 development board and NUC140VE3CN development board (ARM processor), to control the robotic arm wirelessly. The proposed design can be used in the dangerous operation environment. The users can contactlessly control the robotic arm safely. And it can operate specified action repeatedly and accurately for factory manufacture. The rotative angle of robotic arm controlled by Servomotor is decided by pulse width modulation signal obtained from microcontroller via BlueTooth 4.0 wireless technology. The pulse width modulation signal obtained from microcontroller is decided by the sensors located on the human's arm or sensor glove.

An Approach to Design a Globoid CAM Using CREO Parametric 3.0 基于CREO参数3.0的弧面凸轮设计方法

Globoid CAM surface has 3D complicated profiles, so design is quite difficult. There were several applied researches on using Matlab or API in the Catia/ProE environment to solve the curved equation. The coordinates of the surface points are computed to build CAM profiles. These methods require the designer needs to have knowledge of Matlab programming, VC,... which has not been widely used in practice. In this paper, a Globoid CAM design method has been proposed using the features of CREO Parametric 3.0 software. The motion and geometry parameters, and 3D-CAM profiles will be directly computed on the software as a parametric geometry. The computation will provide needed data to build a 3D model of CAM completion. A system of formulas and specific procedure were expressed and presented to help the designers with knowledge of CREO Parametric 3.0 designing 3D-CAM quickly, quality and suitable costs.

Green Marketing Strategy - A New Trend for Businesses in Vietnam 绿色营销策略——越南企业的新趋势

Recently, consumers are not only pay attention to the quality and price of goods but also interested in the impact of products on the environment during their lifecycle. Therefore, to meet the consumers' needs, businesses are forced to change the production processes, logistics and marketing operations. In the field of marketing, the green marketing strategy, which seems to be a useful tool for solving that problem, had appeared and became popular in the developed countries. However, this concept is still new in the developing countries such as Vietnam. The overall of this paper is to introduce green marketing strategy as well as the need to apply it.

The Non-Contact Respiratory Monitoring System Using Thermal Image Processing 基于热图像处理的非接触式呼吸监测系统

The physiological information of respiration behavior indicates both of lungs and chest operating status. General speaking, the traditional measurement is usually to apply the wearable or contact instrument which cause subject to be inconvenient and uncomfortable. This paper adopted the noncontact respiration monitoring system combining image processing and data analysis. We implement the infrared thermal camera to obtain the gray scale to oand split it into two parts, namely: face and nose. Firstly, the face is extracted from the image and nose is located from it. Secondly, we captured respiratory signal from the nose part of the image. Finally, the respiratory signal is divided into the (inhale) and (exhale) behavioristics. The data from inhale and exhale behavioristic were recorded and the analisyst was done to the respiratory behavior.

A Layout Strategy for Reducing the Random Error of Analog Circuit Blocks 减少模拟电路块随机误差的布局策略

Unavoidable process random variation causes mismatches to deviate the performance of many analog circuit blocks. In addition, the correlation between components is also related to the performance parameters of analog circuits. This paper proposes a layout strategy to reduce the random error by making the trade-offs among performance parameter, correlation coefficient, and area allocation cost. Simulation results also confirm the proposed area allocation strategy for typical analog circuit blocks.

Design and Development of the Vision Sorting System 视觉分类系统的设计与开发

Sorting is one of the important tasks in production line and it has an appreciable effect to the homogeneous of products. Using vision system to increase productivity in automatic sorting system interests a large of researchers. In this paper, we recommend a vision sorting system based on computer that can identify the position and properties of fruits. The sorting system uses the high resolution camera placed on the top of the mechanical conveyor belt. With the images captured by the camera, the software will perform the algorithms to identify the characteristics of the object (ei. tomatoes, passion fruits) to sort and give the location of sorted objects to database, the data of objects can be used by pick and place process that synchronize with controller of the actuators. The sorting process comprising the steps of: detecting the object, determine the object properties as color, size, shape,..., locate the sorted object, calculate the actual gripping position, the results of the sorting process will be stored and converted into signals to communicate with the control system of actuators to perform the sorting tasks. The algorithms will be experimented on tomatoes and passion fruits, results will be analyzed and evaluated to calculate the stable of the vision system, so that the productivity and accurate efficiency is appropriate.
