The purpose of this study was to determine the existing waste management system in the village of Ambulu, District of Losari,Cirebon. The method used on this research is a qualitative study design with observational descriptive. It conducted by field surveys, focus group discussions with participant, open inteviews, and literature study. Participants used in this study is representative of the Environment Agency, the village head, village councils, youth clubs and organizations in the village. The study states that waste management still in the unfavorable category, this is due to many factors : the lack of land for the contruction of temporary shelters, facilities and infrastructures are not good enough and the level of public awareness is still low about the importance to manage waste properly. The advice can be given is to socialize, to schedule regular clean up to clen the village and create a budget for land acquisition, which will be used for temporary shelter.

This study aims to find out how the behavior of donations and what factors are contained in making donations and charities in the community and making a research model.Research method— The method used is to review the literature relating to donations and charities.Result— The results of this study produce a research model in the form of individual Behavior variables (moral core, empathy, news exposure, positive and negative performance as well as an efficient color on the emotional giving of charity), fundraising, and internet technology features that influence the behavior of donations and charity giving that have an impact Interested in donating. Intermediary of social status and sentiment and sophistationConclusion— This literature study aimed to explore the behavior of donations and charity giving in the Indonesian community and develop a research model. Through an analysis of existing literature, several key factors were identified that influence individuals' intentions to donate and engage in charitable activities. The research model developed includes individual behavior variables such as moral core, empathy, news exposure, and positive and negative performance. These variables play a significant role in shaping emotional giving and charitable behavior. Additionally, the study highlights the influence of fundraising strategies and internet technology features on donation behavior, suggesting that these factors can enhance individuals' interest in donating.Furthermore, the research model acknowledges the intermediary role of social status and sentiment, as well as sophistication, in the donation process. These factors can impact individuals' attitudes and decisions regarding charitable giving.

Purpose of the study — a study to find out about the quality, quantity and work motivation that affect the performance of employees at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP)Research method—This research is a quantitative research with regression. This study uses a quantitative approach to see the causal relationship of several factors that influence employee performance. The population in this study were the employees of the Regency Investment Office and PT. XYZ totaling 65 employees. Data were collected by questionnaire and document study, after which the data were tested for validity and reliability. Result—The results showed that Quality, Quantity and Work Motivation had an effect on employee performance simultaneously. The Multiple Determination Coefficient in this study uses the adjusted R square value because the independent variables in this study are more than 2 in estimating the influence of the two independent variables studied. From the adjusted R Square value data of 0.578, This means that together the influence of variables X1, X2, and X3 is 57.8% on variable Y or in other words the influence of independent variables (Quality, Quantity and Work Discipline) on the dependent variable (Performance) is 57.8% while the rest namely 42.2% caused by other variables that are not included in the research framework.

Purpose of the study — To Test the Effect of Motivation, Competence and Empowerment on Productivity of Farmer Groups in UPTD Fisheries and Animal Husbandry. Research method—This study uses a quantitative approach. In this research, there are four variables, namely the motivation variable as the influencing variable, the competence variable as the influencing variable, the empowerment variable as the influencing variable, and the productivity variable as the affected variable. This research is quantitative and linear. The population in this study were farmer groups in the Kadugede Fisheries and Animal Husbandry UPTD area, amounting to 10,175 people. Because there are many, the authors use the sample as part of the population. The author determines the number of samples by using the Slovin formula, which is determined by 99 people. Result— Multiple Regression Analysis with the addition of X1, X2 and X3 by 1 will increase Y by 0.126 and 0.139 and 0.580, meaning that every increase in Motivation, Competence and Empowerment by 1, will increase Productivity by 0.126 and 0.139 and 0.580. The t-count value of the Motivation variable (X1) has a p-value of 0.045 <0.05, meaning that it is significantly distributed, while t-count is 2.027> from 1.984 which means that it is significant. The t-value of the Competence variable (X2) has a p-value of 0.020 <0.05, which means it is significant, while tcount is 2.362> from 1.984 which means it is significant. The results of the t-test showed that the t-value of the Empowerment variable (X3) had a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning significant, while tcount 8.579> from ttable 1.984, meaning significant. ANOVA test or F test obtained Fcount of 44.908 with a significance level of 0.000. . R Square is 0.586, this means that it can explain that 58.6% Productivity is influenced by Motivation, Competence, and Empowerment factors. Conclusion— The magnitude of the positive influence of motivation on productivity is 12.6%. The magnitude of the influence of Competence on Productivity is 13.9%. The magnitude of the influence of Empowerment on Productivity is 58%. The magnitude of the influence of Motivation, Competence, Empowerment on Productivity together is 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors.

Purpose of the study — This research purpose is to analyze how are the supervision, school atmosphere and teachers professionalism at MTs ANNUR Karangjunti Losari Brebes. Research method—It is quantitative research with regression. This research use quantitative approach to look causality from a few factors which affect to teachers professionalism. Population in this research were teachers at MTs ANNUR Karangjunti Losari Brebes with totals of 40 teachers. Data collected with quessionaire and research documents. Then, data is tested by validity and reliability. Result of the research showed that, supervision, school athmosphere and compentation affected to teacher professionalism simultaneously. Result— The multiple determination coefficient in this research use the adjusted R Square value, because the independent variables in this research is more than 2 in affect’s estimation from two independent variable research by find that adjusted R square value about 0,656, its means that affect X1, X2 and X3 variables are 65,6% to the changes of Y or independent variable affect (supervision, school athmosphere, and compentation) to dependent variable (professionalism) is about 65,6% while remaining is 34,4% cause of other variable are exclude in this framework. Conclusion— Hope that the educational institution leader to pay more attention to the teachers and the educationals staffs in order to become professional teachers. As well to increase supervision and school atmosphere and give attention to fairer compentation based on their abilities or competencies in teaching and learning activities.

The direct effect of taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance is (0.786)2 X 100% = 0.617, meaning that the level of taxpayer compliance is influenced by taxpayer awareness of 0.083, the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors, 5) directly increases tax revenue area has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance by (0.144)2 X 100% = 0.020, meaning that the level of taxpayer compliance is influenced by an increase in local tax revenue of 0.020 or 20% while the remaining 80% is influenced by other factors. Conclusion— Taxpayers need to be aware of their obligations in paying taxes by understanding the taxes paid for the purposes of community and state development.
