Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui kualitas butir soal ulangan akhir semester genap mata pelajaran kearsipan yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, dan subjek yang digunakan sebanyak 105 siswa. Hasil penellitian menunukan bahwa validitas soal mayoritas berada pada kategori valid yaitu 70% atau sebanyak 28 butir soal dan soal yang tidak valid yaitu 30% atau sebanyak 12 butir soal. Nilai reliabilitas menunjukan Alpha=0,81 yang artinya reliable. Berdasarkan yang dilihat dari tingkat kesukaran sebanyak 1 (2,5%) butir soal kategori sukar, 19 (47,5%) butir soal kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 20 (50%) butir soal kategori mudah. Daya pembeda terdapat 7 (17,5%) butir soal kategori jelek, 15 (37,5%) butir soal kategori cukup, dan 18 (45%) butir soal kategori baik. Keefektifan fungsi distractor, secara keseluruhan terdapat 59 (36,88%) fungsi pengecoh berfungsi dengan baik dan sebanyak 101 (63,13%) tidak berfungsi. This research uses quantitative research methods and the subjects in the study were 105 question sheets. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini dimulai dari (1) mencari potensi masalah dan mengumpulkan data, (2) mencari kajian teori, indikator dan menyusun butir instrumen, (3) Selanjutnya untuk divalidasi dan dilakukan uji empirik beberapa kali sampai terbentuk instrumen final yang valid, (4) implementasi hasil instrumen final sikap kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Butir dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan formula Aiken’s V. Data validitas isi diperoleh dari sebelas ahli dari berbagai bidang ilmu yang berpengalaman dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Hasil validasi ahli ditemukan dari 56 butir yang dibuat dinyatakan valid dengan indeks Aikens V > 0,75, dengan rincian 5 butir memiliki koefisien validitas sedang, dan 51 butir memiliki koefisien yang tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua butir instrumen memiliki validitas isi yang baik dan layak digunakan. Content validity data were obtained from eleven experts from various fields of science who are experienced in writing scientific articles. The results of expert validation were found that 56 items made were declared valid with an Aikens V index > 0.75, with details of 5 items having a moderate validity coefficient, and 51 items having a high coefficient. This indicates that all items of the instrument have good content validity and are suitable for use.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan akurasi hasil penskalaan instrumen kompetensi kepribadian guru pada tipe thrustone menggunakan metode interval tampak setara dan interval sukesif. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitaif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 62 guru di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan karakteristik tingkat mengajar yang berbeda. Instrumen pengukur Kompetensi kepribadian guru diadaptasi dari artikel sebelumnya yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabiltasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menentukan Nilai S dan Q pada skala thrustone, kemudia diuji reliabilitas baru menggunakan persamaan KR 20 dan standar kesalahan pengukuran menggunakan teori tes klasik. Hasil analisis skala thrustone menggunakan nilai S dan Q menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 butir pernyataan yang dibuang dan terjadi perubahan urutan butir pada metode interval tampak setara dan interval sukesif. Hasil uji reliabilitas baru untuk metode interval tampak setara didapatkan nilai estimasi koefisien sebesar 0,83 dengan standar kesalahan pengukuran sebesar 1,49, sedangkan reliabilitas untuk interval sukesif sebesar 0,83 dengan standar kesalahan pengukuran sebesar 2,57. Hasil-hasil analisis pada setiap langkah menunjukkan bahwa skor hasil penskalaan pada metode interval tampak setara akan berbeda dengan metode interval berurutan.Kata Kunci: Penskalaan, thrustone, kompetensi kepribadian guru Comparison of the Thurstone Scale method in measuring teacher personality competence Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of the results of scaling the teacher's personality competency instrument on the Thurstone type using the seemingly equivalent and successive interval methods. The approach in this study uses descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were 62 teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency with different teaching level characteristics. The instrument for measuring teacher personality competence was adapted from the previous article, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was to determine the S and Q values on the Thurstone scale, then tested the new reliability using the KR 20 equation and the standard error of measurement using the classical test theory. The approach in this study uses descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were 62 teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency with different teaching level characteristics. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur sikap spiritual yang umum dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs yang valid dan reliabel dan (2) memetakan sikap spiritual yang umum dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs, berdasarkan instrumen penilaian sikap spiritual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling untuk menentukan subjek penelitian yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu seperangkat instrumen penilaian sikap spiritual berbentuk lembar observasi, lembar penilaian diri, dan lembar penilaian antar peserta didik yang valid dan reliabel. Validitas isi lembar observasi penilaian sikap spiritual mempunyai validitas yang baik dengan angka Aiken’V diatas 0,6 dan reliabilitas instrumen ≥ 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur sikap spiritual peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs. Analisis data hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode S mempunyai sikap-sikap spiritual yang unggul pada aspek beriman kepada Allah SWT dan berserah diri (tawakal) kepada Allah SWT. Pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode K mempunyai sikap-sikap spiritual yang unggul pada aspek bertakwa kepada Allah SWT. Sikap-sikap yang unggul di Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode B yaitu aspek beriman kepada Allah SWT, bersyukur kepada Allah SWT dan menghargai karunia Allah SWT. The results of this research are a set of the spiritual attitude assessment instrument in the form of observation sheets, self-assessment sheet, and peer-assessment sheets which is valid and reliable. The content validity of the observation sheet measuring spiritual attitude is good (above 0.6 Aiken'V) and the reliability of the instrument is ≥ 75%. The results show that the instrument is valid and reliable to measure the spiritual attitudes of learners in science class at MTs. The data shows that learners in MTs “S” has good spiritual attitudes with the highest score in the belief in Allah SWT and submissive to Allah SWT. At MTs “K” the highest spiritual attitude is in the aspect of fear to Allah. Attitudes that excel in MTs “B” is belief in Allah SWT, being thankful to Allah and and appreciate the gift of Allah SWT.

Produk awal ditinjau oleh peer reviewers dan divalidasi oleh experts. Tahap uji coba instrumen melibatkan 392 peserta didik kelas XI IPA di tiga SMA di Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil uji coba instrumen berupa data politomus yang dianalisis dengan pendekatan PCM 1-PL menggunakan program Winsteps. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi butir soal, lembar angket respon pengguna instrumen, dan instrumen tes berbentuk uraian. Karakteristik instrumen tes terdiri atas validitas isi, validitas konstruk, tingkat kesukaran butir, fungsi informasi tes, kesalahan pengukuran, dan reliabilitas. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa instrumen integrated assessment dinyatakan valid secara logis dan konstruk, tingkat kesukaran butir berada pada kategori sedang dan fungsi informasi tes sebesar 6,819 pada kemampuan -0,8 logit dengan kesalahan pengukuran sebesar 0,383 sehingga instrumen integrated assessment dinyatakan reliabel untuk mengukur critical thinking skills dan science process skills peserta didik. The pilot testing involved 392 grade XI students from three senior high schools in Yogyakarta City. The results of the pilot testing were polytomous data which were analyzed by means of the PCM 1-PL approach using Winsteps. The data-collecting instrument included a question item validation sheet, questionnaire of instrument user responses, and essay test. The characteristics of the test instrument consist of logic and construct validity, item difficulty, item information function, standard error measurement, and reliability. the integrated assessment instrument is valid in content and construct, item difficulty of integrated assessment instrument has a medium category, and test information function is obtained at 6.819 on the ability -0.8 logit with standard error of estimation at 0.383, and thus the instrument is reliable to measure students’ critical thinking skills and science process skills.
