Abstract: Purpose: The purpose is to create benefits from waste management to gain value-added. Furthermore, this activity will provide insight for the development of potential waste that has market value by managing it through a waste bank. Research methodology: The method used is to develop awareness/attitude for housewives regarding the value-added of waste with the target of approximately 20-30 respondens. This activity is carried out by direct meeting to the dedication site by communication and face-to-face interaction with villagers to seek cooperation in the activity. Result: The result of this activity is training on making eco-enzyme compost and utilizing waste into interesting handicrafts. Limitations: Rural communities still don’t know much about the use and management of waste that can be a blessing, so that in implementing long-term activities this is quite difficult to carry out. Contribution: The contribution of this activity, the Kota Daro villagers can be more independent and creative so that awareness, knowledge and skills are formed and eventually encourage participation in waste management in their environment. Abstract: Purpose: This activity aims to increase public understanding and knowledge about community empowerment through fostering creative economic potential by utilizing existing institutions in the village. Methods: The methods used in this community service activity are training, mentoring and consultation, also monitoring and evaluating. Results: The activity can increase participants' knowledge about the creative economy potential that can be utilized by the community, increase public awareness to play an active role through empowerment and optimal utilization of the village institutions to improve the economy and achieve the citizens' welfare of Penengahan Village, Way Khilau, Pesawaran. The training activities carried out succeeded in increasing public understanding of the creative economy potential through village institutions. Abstract Purpose: The activity aims to improve the ability of BUMDes managers in terms of financial management. The reason for this activity is that the understanding and ability of BUMDes managers, especially in West Sumatra, is still low regarding financial management. Method: The method used in this activity is to carry out ongoing training and mentoring programs, which are carried out for a period of 6 months. Result: It is hoped that the activities carried out in a sustainable manner will certainly increase the ability and understanding of BUMDes managers, especially those in West Sumatra in terms of financial management. One of the outputs of this activity is that BUMDes are able to prepare their financial reports. Conclusion: This training and mentoring activity is very useful, especially with the issuance of PP No. 11 of 2021 concerning BUMDEs, one of which is to require BUMDes to compile accountability reports in the form of periodic financial reports. Contribution: This activity will certainly contribute in terms of developing the capacity of human resources in the village, and will certainly have a positive impact on improving the village economy.

Abstract Purpose: Bookkeeping is one of the important factors that aim to develop MSMEs. Simple bookkeeping is quite important for the progress of their own business. One of the causes of MSMEs being difficult to develop is a poor accounting system. This is due to the government's lack of attention, and there are still many MSME actors who are reluctant to think about complicated things such as accounting and financial management issues. Currently, MSME actors are only limited to thinking about how to get profits so that their business or MSMEs can run and develop. To that end, the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) has prepared SAK-EMKM (Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities) to facilitate MSMEs in compiling their financial reports. Method: This community service (PKM) was held online in March 2021 with the participants from business people in the convection and culinary fields. PKM is carried out by lecturers, students, alumni and staff. Result: The results of this PKM activity resulted that members of the KOMPETeN MSME group did not understand well about the types of financial statements and their benefits and how to prepare them, especially the preparation of income statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards. Conclusion: This community service (PKM) help the KOMPETeN MSME group to prepare simple financial statement.

Abstract Purpose: Improve small and medium business owners in obtaining understanding provision for business owners from an early age starting from the Gema Bangsa Vocational School, Cikupa District. Method: Expository through giving lectures from speakers sourced from university lecturers in Tangerang Regency who were appointed by the Tangerang Regency Cooperative and Small Medium and Enterprises Service, several lecturers from various universities appointed by the Tangerang Regency Cooperative and MSMEs Service, members of Bintaldam Jaya, and police officers from the Tangerang Police and the Tangerang Transportation Agency. Results: Counseling on Cooperatives and MSMEs carried out in non-physical target activities of the 105th TMMD Kodim 0510/Trs together with the MSME and Cooperatives Service in the hall of Gema Bangsa Vocational School, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency which was attended by 150 students and went smoothly. Conclusions: There is an increase in understanding for Gema Bangsa Vocational School students who become training participants in solving practice questions related to the basic concepts, benefits, and urgency of cooperatives and increasing students' readiness to play an active role in managing school cooperatives. The 105th Regular TMMD can provide understanding to the community regarding briefing and early recognition of the importance of school cooperatives and the urgency of increasing the number of MSMEs.

Abstract Purpose: of this study is to investigate the perception of convenience, the perception of usefulness, and taxpayer compliance with the use of e-filling in order to obtain variables that have a significant and insignificant effect. Method: uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire which is analyzed using multiple linear regression with a sample of teachers and employees of Yadika SMA/SMK Bandar Lampung. Results: showed that the perceived convenience variable had no significant effect, the perceived usefulness variable had a significant effect and, the taxpayer compliance variable has no significant effect on the use of e-filling. Limitations: of this study are that taxpayers still have difficulty in filling out e-filing, the use of "e-filing has not been able to provide information in the appropriate format required by taxpayers, and taxpayers have not been on time in submitting SPT through e-filling. Contribution: to the field of taxation is that the perception of convenience, usefulness and, taxpayer compliance with the use of e-filling so that the local tax office can make improvements and socialize e-filing in its territory.

Abstract Purpose: Improving the skill of Pokdarwis members to make innovation in processing the breakfast menu ketela ungu. The food processing is based on the farm produce yielded in local farming, for increasing the selling value of the farm produce. Method: This training uses the socialization method as well as the technique of ketela ungu processing producing ‘bubuh sumsum’, ‘giling-giling’, ‘batun salak’ and ‘ongol-ongol’ as item of breakfast. Participant Assesment: The assessment is based on the participants’ involvement on the training. Result: The output of the training includes; “bubur sumsum’, ‘giling-giling’, ‘batun salak’, and ‘ongol-ongol’ as breakfast menu. These menu are served to the visitors visiting the village. Abstract Purpose: This community activity aims to increase literacy in reading interest in the younger generation of the Sriwijaya University fostered village, namely Kota Daro II Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The selected target is youth members of the youth organization, which is about 20 to 30 people as the initiators of reading literacy in the community, especially children. This activity was carried out from August to October 2021 with several visits. Method: Carried out in stages including question and answer, introduction and empowerment. These stages are the pre-activity stage and the activity implementation stage. Result: This activity have an impact on increasing the enthusiasm and desire of service participants to get used to reading as well as being able to implement the importance of reading culture to the local community. It is hoped that it can foster interest in reading among children and youth of Kota Daro II.
