This article discusses concepts in dispute about people with disabilities, based on an analysis of the biomedical and biopsychosocial model. It is about discussing conceptions that directly affect public policies for this segment. Understanding that public policies are the result of disputes of economic interests, social forces and governmental actions. Thus, it is in this scenario that it seeks to ensure the defense of access to public policies for people with disabilities. The essay aims to analyze the biopsychosocial model of the Brazilian law of inclusion of 2015, in the context of dispute with the biomedical model, taking into account the categories: barriers, impediments, participation and equal conditions. The debated problem is presented in the investigation of the applicability of the biopsychosocial model in public policies aimed at people with disabilities. The article was elaborated with the dialectical critical method, based on a bibliographic research and its main considerations result in the defense of the biopsychosocial model of public policies that ensure the human dignity of people with disabilities Recognizing them as social subjects of rights.

Globalization, along with the benefits of technological advances, has brought with its new risks that are part of the so-called risk society. It is within this framework that terrorism forms in the contemporary format is inserted together with the generalized sense of insecurity or state of tension caused by it, especially after the attack in the United States on September 11, 2001. In response to this phenomenon, States have instituted measures that endanger human rights. Therefore, through a qualitative research, using the dialectic method, bibliographic and documentary survey, it has been carried out an analysis of the influences on the content and the way in which these measures are introduced in the legal systems, in general, which enabled the verification of the extent to which these are compatible with the current format of the Democratic State of Law, the product of a new constitutionalism, and with the very conception of human rights.

This article aims to discuss the importance of the sociopolitical participation of children and teenager in spaces for the construction of public policies as a strategy for strengthening democracy in modern societies. The article is the result of a bibliographic and documentary review. The reflections made are based on the perspective that naturalizing approaches to childhood and adolescence are contributory to the non-realization of the right to sociopolitical participation of the child-adolescent population. In contrastto naturalizing approaches, the sociohistorical perspective, together with the processes of empowerment and transgressive education, are identified as potentialities for the legitimate inclusion of children and teenargers in decision-making spaces (councils, public hearings, assemblies, etc.), since they seek to awaken individual and collective consciences for the construction of strategies to confront the oppressive practices of adult-centeredness, sexism, racism and capitalism.

EnglishThe present study seeks to discuss the concept of emancipation, its legitimacy and its significance in contemporary times. Still, it seeks to reflect on the challenges, limits and possibilities that corroborate for the realization of emancipation or not. Such a discussion emerges, in view of the social configuration that presents itself: a society called postmodern or decolonial - which presents consumption and capital as relevant categories for understanding the dynamics and their effects on human relations. The work is developed from three reference authors, who deal with the concept: Zygmunt Bauman, Boaventura de Souza Santos and Anthony Giddens, authors who contributed by offering elements that supported the discussed discussions and the construction of other alternatives - other paradigms for the construction of another possible world, capable of understanding social dynamics in a non-dualistic way, but in its uniqueness and complexity.
的工作是开发三个参考作者,谁处理这个概念:鲍曼却de Souza,桑托斯和安东尼·吉登斯,作者contributed提供元素所支持的discussed discussions and The construction of construction的其他代表。

This article analyzes aspects related to rural succession, which occur in family farming establishments. The information was collected, using the case study methodology, through 219 interviews, composed of closedquestionnaires. They were carried out in the municipalities of Francisco Beltrao, Itapejara D’Oeste and Vere, in the state of Parana (PR); Concordia, in Santa Catarina (SC); Augusto Correa, Tome-Acu and Viseu, in Para (PA); Petrolina, in Pernambuco (PE); and in the municipalities of Uaua and Cruz das Almas, in Bahia (BA), a total of ten municipalities, in the five Brazilian states. This investigation aims to seek evidence on the social, economic and cultural relations that govern and influence the generational succession in rural establishments. The study made it possible to prove that almost half of family farmers have no guarantee of possible successors, as a significant part of them want other forms of monetary income, outside the establishments, including through emigration.
