随着超声技术的发展和普及,超声检查在先兆流产并发宫腔积液的诊断中得到越来越广泛的应用。技术的提高确保了诊断的准确性,临床上常使用中西医结合治疗。在祖国医学中,本病被归属于“胎漏”和“胎动不安”等范畴,与肾气不足密切相关。肾虚血瘀、脾肾两虚、肾虚血热等因素皆可导致该病。中医治疗基于辨证论治原则,使用中药复方,临床疗效显著且副作用少。然而,目前中医在该病的系统理论和临床研究方面尚有不足,限制了中药的应用。本文旨在阐述中医关于先兆流产合并宫腔积液的病因病机认识及其治疗的临床研究进展,以期为本领域后续研究提供思路。
