中医认为心主神志,西医认为脑主神志。本文专注剖析血液对神志的影响。本文基于古今医学文献以及临床实例论证血液对神志的影响,并进行分析,探讨血液影响神志的临床意义。通过对文献的分析,以及基于对生理和病理的分析,加上对疾病的诊断与治疗,以及中医理法方药的分析与论证,本文认为“血主神志”具有一定的道理。

目的: 总结现代治疗产后抑郁症(postpartum depression,PPD)的医案,分析其中医用药规律。方法:应用对1995年1月1日至2020年12月31日 CNKI 中文期刊全文数据库检索公开发表的所有中医药治疗产后抑郁症相关文献,依据纳入及排除标准选择研究所需的文献,查找治疗PPD的方剂,建立数据库,运用SPSS Statistics数据挖掘软件,采用 Apriori 算法对药物之间进行支持度与置信度的研究与分析。结果: 最终纳入106篇文献,查找到方剂共155首,分析得出高频药物有甘草、当归、白芍、柴胡等,归经以肝、脾经为主,常用药对为酸枣仁-远志、甘草-当归、人参-远志、白芍-柴胡、甘草-柴胡等。结论: 治疗PPD 常用逍遥散与归脾汤,大多使用甘草、当归、白芍等药物进行抗抑郁与补气血治疗;其分析结果具有一定的理论依据,对临床治疗PPD 有参考价值。

经络到底存不存在,现代医学界一直在争论。本文利用《黄帝内经》有关经络的记载及现代医学对经络的研究成果论证中医经络存在可能性。本文提出:中医经络是人体最原始,也是最基本的生命调节系统;中医经络在皮下及组织间液中通行,内联脏腑,外联皮肤;中医经络通过气血调节生命活动,是自身调节、体液调节、神经调节的基础。中医经络系统内联脏腑,外接皮毛,上通气,下灌血,中游神,将人体聚合成一个有机整体。
