ABSTRACT Determination of fair replacement value in land acquisition for public interest in Lhokseumawe City is carried out by the appraisal team with due regard to physical values and non-physical values in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012 and Indonesian Assessment Standards. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out 1) the effect of work ethic on improving porters' economy (manol) at UPT TPI Mayangan 2) to determine the effect of work discipline on improving porters economy 3) to determine the effect of work ethic and work discipline on improving porters economy. Data on work ethics and work discipline is obtained through distributing questionnaires to 30 porters, while data on economic improvement is obtained through interviews with 30 porters. Data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research findings show that work ethic has no effect on improving the economy. Other test results show there is no effect of work discipline on improving the economy. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the termination of fixed asset recognition at PT Central Light Concrete based on SAK-ETAP. The method in the study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely by providing an overview of the analysis of the termination of fixed assets at PT Central Light Concrete based on SAK-ETAP. In conducting this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of the study indicate that when a fixed asset usage discontinuation occurs because it is damaged or not in accordance with the new production concept, PT Central Light Concrete has not terminated the recognition of fixed assets. PT Central Light Concrete still charges the depreciation of these fixed assets in the income statement and recognizes those fixed assets in the balance sheet.The conclusion in this study is that PT Central Light Concrete has not implemented the termination of recognition of damaged fixed assets or fixed assets that are no longer used before the useful life is used up and still records the depreciation of the fixed assets. This is not in accordance with SAK-ETAP where the entity must stop recognizing fixed assets when released or when no future economic benefits are expected from their use or disposal. Gains or losses arising from derecognition of property and equipment must be recognized in the income statement at the end of the period. Fixed assets that have been derecognized must also be written off from the company's fixed assets list and balance sheet at the end of the period. ABSTRACT Occurrence at risk of infection, risk of injury and stress of hospitalization are three events that often occur in children who are hospitalized with infusion. During this time the efforts of these events have only been overcome by the installation of a buffer on the hand and fixation with gauze rolls that are looped on the child's arm only so that this can only reduce the risk of infection. Provision of infusion nest products (infusion gloves) is an effort to prevent and reduce the occurrence of these three events. Infusion nest products are creative innovations that have been made because so far there are no similar products in hospitals.Marketing research on consumers of nest infusion products is carried out to determine the potential of the market and the behaviors that develop in consumers so that clear information about the customers of infusion nest products can be obtained, especially in hospitals that are sheltered by Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surabaya-Sidoarjo. One of the important data to analyze is data about certain segments of the customer and how the infusion nest producers are able to place their product position on consumer perceptions. ABSTRACT This study aims to answer a number of key issues, including: (1) What is the level of financial capacity in the city of Makassar, (2) What is the contribution of local revenue to the regional income and expenditure budget in the city of Makassar. Regional financial capacity in the era of regional autonomy is often measured using PAD performance. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative and the types of relevant research such as triangles on regional financial data. The analysis technique used is the Routine Financial Ability Index (IKR) determined by BAPPENAS. While the data used is the APBD of the city of Makassar in 2011-2015. The results of the study show that regional financial independence ratios have an average yield of 50.60% or are in a pattern of participatory relationships. The ratio of the degree of fiscal decentralization and the ratio of routine ability index that shows the ability of regional finances is quite good, amounting to 30.92% and 37.42%. In the harmony ratio, routine expenditure is greater than development spending. The contribution of PAD to the APBD was 31.03%. ABSTRACT Market segmentation is an important strategy in developing marketing programs in this case the marketing of viefresh refrigerator freshener products because it can help marketers to define consumers' needs and desires appropriately. The purpose of this study was to find out how market segmentation in the area around the Muhammadiyah university campus in Surabaya in the use of viefresh products. The research design used was descriptive. The total population is 40 consumers who came to the viefresh product lauching program with a sample of 30 consumers taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet to users of viefresh products including name, age, gender, education, expenses and employment. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis with descriptive statistical tables. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner kepada pengguna produk viefresh meliputi nama, usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pengeluaran dan pekerjaan. Analisa data menggunakan analisis dekriptif dengan tabel deskriptif statistik. The research design used was descriptive. The total population is 40 consumers who came to the viefresh product lauching program with a sample of 30 consumers taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet to users of viefresh products including name, age, gender, education, expenses and employment. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis with descriptive statistical tables. The results showed that the demographic segmentation of viefresh product users was mostly 18-22 years old as many as 11 people (36.67%) while based on the majority of female gender as many as 23 people (76.67%) then based on education, the majority of respondents had 12 undergraduate education people (40%) and based on monthly expenditures most of the expenditure ranges from Rp. 2,000,000 to Rp. 2,499,999.00 as many as 12 people (40%) while from the total work the respondents work as entrepreneurs 30 people (100%).Keywords : demographic segmentation, innovation products, viefresh productsCorrespondence to : khadijahfalisha@gmail.com ABSTRAK Segmentasi pasar merupakan strategi yang penting dalam mengembangkan program pemasaran dalam hal ini pemasaran produk pengharum kulkas viefresh karena dapat membantu pemasar untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen secara tepat. ABSTRACT Sidoarjo, is a region that was hit by a national disaster, in the form of mud, giving an image to the community, that the disaster had a negative impact on the existence of small industrial centers located in Tanggulangin, and has been the mainstay of leather bags and suitcases in Sidoarjo. The level of public purchases of bags and luggage shows a downward trend since the occurrence of the disaster. Realizing the existence of these consequences, efforts need to be raised again giving stimulus to the wider community to shop at the Bag and Suitcase Industry Center in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. This research requires data and information from respondents, namely consumers of leather products who shop at the Tanggulangin Leather Industry Center in Sidoarjo.The purpose of this study was to find out that Hedonic and Utilitarian Value directly influence Impulse Buying. ABSTRACT The research objective was to determine the effect of differentiation strategies and prices on the competitive advantage of Elzatta Royal Plaza Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method using questionnaire techniques in data collection. The population in this study were all visitors who came and bought Elzatta products at the Royal Plaza Surabaya. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data processed using the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing, based on the F test conducted can be seen that differentiation strategies and prices simultaneously influence competitive advantage. The results of the t test in this study indicate that the strategy of product differentiation, service quality, and price has a partial effect on competitive advantage. Whereas, image differentiation strategies and distribution channel differentiation strategies have no effect on competitive advantage. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik angket dalam pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung yang datang dan membeli produk Elzatta di Royal Plaza Surabaya. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 responden. Data diproses menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, berdasarkan uji F yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa strategi diferensiasi dan harga secara simultan mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil uji t dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Sedangkan, strategi diferensiasi gambar dan strategi diferensiasi saluran distribusi tidak berpengaruh pada keunggulan kompetitif. Strategi diferensiasi produk adalah variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work factors on the level of absenteeism of operational employees of PT Aneka Tuna Pasuruan. Job factors are breadth, stress, work style, leadership style, relationships between employees, opportunities to develop, reward / incentive systems, group norms work, and commitment to the organization. Impotence behavior developed from low work morale in organizational processes for work is also low, in addition to things that cannot be avoided (sickness, traffic trauma). PT. Aneka Tuna Pasuruan is one of the exporters of canned tuna in Indonesia, which has hundreds of employees, also inseparable from labor issues. In several years at PT. Perilaku kemangkiran berkembang dari moral kerja yang rendah dalam suatu organisasi sehingga untuk datang kerja juga rendah, selain hal-hal yang tak bisa dihindari (sakit, kecelakaan lalu lintas). PT. Aneka Tuna Pasuruan merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengekspor ikan tuna dalam kaleng di Indonesia yang mempunyai ratusan karyawan, juga tidak terlepas dari masalah ketenagakerjaan. Pada beberapa tahun belakangan ini PT. Aneka Tuna Pasuruan mengalami tingkat kemangkiran yang tinggi dari karyawannya. Tingkat kemangkiran tersebut terjadi pada PT. Aneka Tuna Pasuruan, sehingga hal ini sangat mengganggu jalannya perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor pekerjaan mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap tingkat kemangkiran karyawan Operasional di PT. 摘要本研究旨在探讨工作因素对Aneka Tuna Pasuruan PT运营员工旷工水平的影响。工作因素包括广度、压力、工作风格、领导风格、员工之间的关系、发展机会、奖励/激励系统、团队规范、工作以及对组织的承诺。在组织过程中,由于工作士气低落而产生的阳痿行为也很低,除了无法避免的事情(疾病,交通创伤)。PT.
