To achieve this, SMKs need to make efforts so that their graduates are able to compete in getting jobs or creating jobs, and are able to compete in employment. With the ability of SMK graduates to create jobs and the ability to compete for jobs, it is expected to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia which is still high. This research is a qualitative research where a good research always pays attention to the suitability between the techniques used with the general flow of thought and theoretical ideas. And strengthening human resources by empowering the diecast custom community invites the surrounding community to embrace them by developing their talents and interests and getting side jobs from the daily profession of the community itself. The annual nominal value can be 12,000,000 because of the pre-order (PO) marketing system. And the marketing of die-cast production can be seen from the data that in the MINI SMK Custom Diecast Plan, revenue is taken from the MINI SMK program with a total fixed and variable financing of up to Rp. 30,000,000.00 - while the income earned from the Custom Diecast business is greater than the risks faced by the Production Unit (UP) because the sales system uses a Pre Order (PO) system.

This community service activity is a partnership that was initiated in 2019 between the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) IAI Darussalam Martapura and the Banjar Regency Baznas. One of the Banjar Regency Baznas programs is Banjar Cerdas, that aims to help children from poor families to pursuit their education. The distribution of this aid targets elementary, middle and high school students who are Banjar residents. This program was further developed and has a wider scope after a partnership agreement was signed between Banjar Regency Baznas and FEBI IAI Darussalam Martapura. A new sub-program, “Satu Sarjana di Keluarga Dhuafa” (One Bachelor at Every Poor Family) has emerged from this collaboration as a expansion from Banjar Cerdas program. Final year students who come from poor and unprivileged families are the beneficiaries of this financial assistance. The result of this program is that 6 student beneficiaries has completed their education and graduated in July 2021.

Pilgrimage can be a therapy, which consists of two words, namely therapy and pilgrimage. Therapy itself according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) is an attempt to restore the health of someone who is sick. Meanwhile, in Greek "Theraphy" means caring or nurturing and in Arabic it means healing or treatment. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted in Pasuruans District. The research was conducted from June to August 2022. The research informants consisted of main informants and additional informants. The main informant is the youth counseling council at mosques in Pasuruan sub-district who live in Pasuruan sub-district. In the process of handling the counselee's problem, namely juvenile delinquency the counselor uses Pilgrimage Therapy which consists of several steps, namely the first stage (direction by researchers), the second stage (giving examples of the process pilgrimage therapy), the third stage (time, place, day and date of pilgrimage therapy by the counselee). The research informants are friends, teachers, parents or counselee's family, neighbors and the counselee himself. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research from the implementation of pilgrimage therapy can be said to be successful, seen from the observations of researchers before and after the counseling process was carried out, the counselee has begun to show changes such as the counselee's emotions are more stable, calmer and the client's stress is reduced on negative things, so that it can become a better and more useful person.

Banyak diantara kita tidak peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar, bagaimana kehidupan para tetangga saat ini semakin cuek. Dan yang lebih miris lagi ketika ada masyarakat kurang mampu yang dibiarkan begitu saja. Bahkan tidak sedikit yang sakit, atau meninggal karena kelaparan. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, dibutuhkan penelitian terkait dengan efektivitas distribusi dana zakat yang dapat membantu masyarakat atau memberdayakan masyarakat dari dana zakat, infak dan sedekah yang kemudian dikelola agar menjadi dana modal bagi orang-orang yang membutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian kualitatif adalah riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis dengan pendekatan induktif. lembaga Yatim Mandiri sudah berusaha untuk memberikan yang terbaik dengan mempermudah akses bagi mereka untuk mengembangkan potensi diri yang dimiliki yang dimana nanti dapat menghasilkan banyak prestasi tersendiri bagi mereka untuk menjadi lebih sejahtera dan `mampu hidup mandiri. Dan apa yang dilakukan Yatim Mandiri sesuai dengan dalil bahwa kita sebagai umat Islam wajib membantu sesama muslim. Dan saling membantu atau tolong menolong adalah ajaran agama Islam bahwa manusia di perintahkan untuk saling tolong menolong. Sebagaimana dalam AI-Qur’an surah Al-Maidah ayat 2 memerintah kepada manusia untuk saling tolong menolong. Dari pembahasan diatas semenjak program pemberdayaan dilakukan Yatim Mandiri mendapatkan kenaikan signifikan dalam membatu perentasan kemiskinan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tabel pendapatan oleh Yatim Mandiri itu sendiri.

Hampir semua sayuran yang dijual di pasar, terutama pasar tradisional, diproduksi pada lahan pertanian konvensional yang menggunakan tanah sebagai media tanam. Dan petani juga masyarakat membutuhkan tanah yang luas untuk dapat memulai usaha sayur-sayuran. Bukan hanya lahan tetapi kendala lama nya dan juga hama yang didapati ketika masyarakat memulai usaha argobisnis. Selain itu Laju pertambahan penduduk yang terus meningkat menjadi salah satu penyebab kenaikan konversi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan dan industri, sehingga luas lahan pertanian semakin berkurang. Maka hal ini yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha FIR FARM yang dapat membantu perekonomian masyarkat karena usaha tersebut mengajak masyarakat untuk menjadi petani mitra di pertanian hidroponik miliknya. Dengan adanya UMKM ini masyarakat jadi dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara pembudidayaan hidroponik. Pendapatan Masyarakat kurang lebih dalam dua minggu adalah 630kg x 200 = 1.26o.ooo Usaha dari pengusaha FIR FARM juga dapat membantu perekonomian masyarkat karena usaha tersebut mengajak masyarakat untuk menjadi petani mitra di pertanian hidroponik miliknya. Dengan adanya UMKM ini masyarakat jadi dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara pembudidayaan hidroponik. Adapun hasil dari yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha FIRM FARM ini adalah warga memahami cara bertanam Hidroponik serta mampu mempraktekan nya. One of several UMKM centers in Tegal Regency is the rambak cracker industry center located in Tegal Village, Adiwerna District. The rambak cracker industry center in this village has been able to grow and develop and has great potential to improve the welfare of the community. Local leather is increasingly difficult to obtain due to competition in demand for the leather tanning industry, causing several leather rambak cracker industries to use imported leather as their raw material. Imported leather is imported from Korea and China, from suppliers and wholesalers who are able to import directly from abroad, which generally trade in imported leather is done clandestinely (not done in public markets). The problem that arises is the guarantee of the halalness of imported leather that will be used as rambak crackers, because it is feared that it comes from pork skin or from cow skin that is cut illegally. And also the production in Adiwerna District is still manual and everything Mr. Sutrisno does is still out of date in terms of packaging design and marketing methods. The target community is residents in the Tanjungsari District, Tegal Regency. The first target is the wives of the Village Heads in the Adiwerna District totaling 35 (thirty five) people. This audience is considered a strategic audience in continuing to disseminate knowledge about how to process crackers from cowhide to the community in their respective villages. In this training, under the guidance of the rambak cracker entrepreneur, Mr. Sutrisno, this training and service got a significant increase from the results of improving the economy of the surrounding community and increasing sales in small industrial businesses around the Adiwerna sub-district.

Because the data obtained is quite difficult to delve deeper into the study of hadith in the new era of Islam in Indonesia, therefore this research will only describe a genealogy sketch of hadith studies in Indonesian society. If the origin is still difficult to find, let alone examine the hadith expert madrasas that are used as references and references by the Indonesian people. This research is a library research (Library Research). The research process is carried out by taking literature studies from literature, books, and from the internet. Meanwhile, regarding the affiliation of the schools of hadith experts, there are several opinions on this matter, for example one of the Islamic jurisprudence madrasas of Imam Muslim hadith experts. It cannot be concluded that Imam Muslim is a follower of Shafi'iyah, Hambaliyah, Malikiyah, Hanafiyah, or even a mujtahid group. But in the writings of Waliyullah ad-Dihlawi, it is stated that Imam Muslim, an-Nasai, Ad-Daruquthni, Al-Baihaqi, and AI-Baghawi are followers of the Shafi'i School. Two models of madrasa fiqh scholars of hadith include: 1) So the fuqaha 'and scholars first, before the science of jurisprudence became a separate branch of science called Qurra'. Hadith expert according to Ibn Khaldun (d. 808 H) is one of the madrasas in understanding fiqh. They are mostly in the Hejaz, in comparison to the ra'yu expert madrasas in Iraq. 2) So, hadith experts are those who follow Imam Malik bin Anas and Imam Shafi'i This is quite reasonable. Hadith experts who lived after Imam Shafi'i (d. 204 H) took a lot of his thoughts in determining what kind of hadith could be used as evidence. So do not be surprised if there are scholars who make the book ar-Risalah by Imam Shafi'i (d. 204 H) as the first book to discuss the science of musthalah hadith. In addition, Imam Shafi'i (d. 204 H) also has the book of Ikhtilaf al-Hadith. No one doubts that Imam Shafi'i (d. 204 H) received the title Nashiru as-Sunnah. Later, there will also be many hadith scholars who follow Imam Shafi'i fiqh. Our tentative conclusion is that Imam Shafi'i (d. 204 H) includes the Imam of the Hijaz Expert after Imam Malik bin Anas, as a representative of the Hadith Expert Fiqh School.

Having a peaceful married life is everyone's dream. Being able to build a harmonious household is happiness for every woman. But the circumstances that occur are often beyond human expectations. Experiencing failure in marriage for women sometimes makes their life meaningless. When someone experiences meaningless, of course he will try to find a way to give meaning to his life. After the failure of marriage, women become single parents or single parents. Being a woman with a single parent status is not an easy thing to do, in addition to changing their status to being a single parent, they also have to carry out dual roles as a mother and a father for their children. Getting negative stigma from the wider community is also often a burden in life. Positive support will help them find meaning in their lives. This study was conducted to see the meaning of life in women who have the status of a single parent. The number of subjects in this study were 3 women as single parents located in the Jember area, with different separation backgrounds. The results showed that the three subjects experienced suffering after divorce and the death of their husbands, including full responsibility for their children. But with lots of support, I feel calmer and find the meaning of life even though I have to live life as a single parent.

The implementation of waqf is still mostly done in a way of mutual trust. This phenomenon makes waqf land not have strong agrarian legal legality and is prone to conflict. This condition also occurs in the District of Siliragung, Banyuwangi Regency. So that strategic steps related to accelerating waqf land certification need to be synergized with several parties to prevent agrarian conflicts. This study aims to explain the process of accelerating waqf land certification in Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. In addition, this study also aims to analyze actions to resolve agrarian conflicts in Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the process of accelerating waqf land certification in Siliragung District was by forming a task force team for accelerating waqf certificates, measuring and recording waqf land, making mass waqf pledges at Baiturrohman Mosque and inputting data to SIWAK (Waqf Information System). Actions to prevent agrarian conflicts are synergizing and collaborating with the Banyuwangi National Land Agency (BPN), the Banyuwangi Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Branch Manager and the Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Council (MWCNU) and the Siliragung Religious Affairs Office (KUA). These Islamic institutions and organizations work together to speed up the process of issuing waqf certificates and making mass waqf pledges. Another action is by socializing waqf and applicable regulations related to waqf to the Islamic community in Siliragung District.

The business world is a competitive world. Business also makes communication very important in it. Such is the case when managers contact subordinate employees or their clients, governments or tax service companies. Communication must be studied carefully, both for those who send messages and those who receive messages. Communication can be done by means of communication through written media, electronic media, and voice media. The method of implementing the activity is a form of socialization using a two-way interactive method, namely the way of providing socialization is done by providing information from students and lecturers explaining the material using power points, giving training leaflets directly to the community. In planning, the intent or purpose of delivering business messages must be determined in advance, both in general and in particular. Another step in the business message planning process is determining the main idea. The main idea is a summary of the messages conveyed. By determining the main idea will be obtained direction or instructions on what to do. Then it is also necessary to select the communication channel that will be used, both oral communication and written communication. Business messages can create added value for the company. Messages conveyed to other parties should be able to maintain and improve the company's image.
