The poles placement for linear multivariable system using the single feedback controller 单反馈控制器用于线性多变量系统的极点配置

The paper discusses the poles placement of linear multivariable system using single feedback controller. Using this method to assign the poles of system, only one output and only one input in system are used to create the feedback controller. It replaces the problems of MIMO system with the problems of SISO system and achieves the poles placement of MIMO system with classical feedback theory. In this paper, the design method of controller is given, and the computer simulations are presented to illustrate the effect of this method.

Detecting blockage in process connections of differential pressure transmitters 检测差压变送器过程连接处的堵塞

This paper presents the results of a study of methods for detecting blockage in process connections of differential pressure transmitters. Due to its simplicity, the combination of an orifice plate and differential pressure transmitter is widely used for flow measurement in process industries. However, one problem with this method is that the process connection of the DP transmitter is easily blocked by congealed fluid, or by accumulations of impurities from the fluid. At present, plant operators deduce that there is a blockage of the process connection based on their experience and intuition, when they observe abnormal output signals. If a blockage could be detected before the transmitter output signals become abnormal, it would improve the plant control. Usually the fluctuating "noise" component of process pressure is removed by a low-pass filter in the signal processing circuits of the transmitter. However, we found that this "noise" could be used to detect blockage of the process connection.

In this paper, a neural network approach to solve nonlinear H/sub /spl infin// control problem is proposed. An approximation solution of the Hamilton-Jacobi inequality can be obtained after neural network online learning along dynamic trajectories of closed-loop system sufficiently, then the state feedback H/sub /spl infin// controller is explicitly realized by the neural networks. In order to ensuring the stability of system during learning procedure of network, a learning algorithm combined with linear H/sub /spl infin// control is given.

Target tracking algorithm in radar reference coordinates using coupled filters 基于耦合滤波器的雷达参考坐标目标跟踪算法

This paper proposes a tracking algorithm in radar reference coordinates (RRC) using coupled filters. Tracking filters are discussed from the viewpoint of the fundamental problems of both modeling accuracy and real-time computational requirements. In most cases, if one becomes better, another gets worse. A trade-off between them always exists. Then our algorithm satisfies these conditions as much as possible by use of coupled filters. Through several simulations, validity of our algorithm has been confirmed in tracking non-maneuvering target.

Control of chaos by system noise and observation noise 用系统噪声和观测噪声控制混沌

The effects of noise on chaotic behaviors of nonlinear model systems are described from a point of view of the disorder and order of the systems. We used two types of noise, i.e., the system noise and observation noise. The effects of the noise intensity on the chaos were observed through the changes of the attractors, correlation dimension and maximum Lyapunov exponent.

Shortest-trajectory control of autonomous mobile robots using nonlinear observers 基于非线性观测器的自主移动机器人最短轨迹控制

This paper deals with two problems related with autonomous mobile robots. The first problem is to determine the control strategy so that the robot describes the shortest trajectory linking an arbitrary position inside a working area and a right-line path to be followed. This problem is solved by considering an equivalent minimum-time nonlinear control problem. The control switching functions which minimize the Hamiltonian function of the minimum-time control problem has been determined in a general form. The second problem analyzed consists in designing a nonlinear observer for the dynamic estimation of the variables required to implement the shortest-trajectory control strategy. A Luenberger-like nonlinear observer was designed. It was found that the observer estimates fastly enough the state variables of the mobile robot so that path tracking can be efficiently implemented.

All optical encoder using optical delay 全光编码器采用光延迟

A novel concept for an all optical absolute position encoder whose sensing unit uses only passive elements is presented. Optical delay fiber loops are used to multiplex sensing channels. The device can be interrogated from a distant location using a single optical fiber which can be several kilometers long. Absolute position encoding is achieved by analog modulation of light intensity with well studied multiple slit patterns.

Optimal guidance for missiles with varying velocity 变速度导弹的最优制导

An optimal guidance law for missiles with time-varying velocity is investigated. The closed-form solution is derived and properties of the key variables of the solution such as a t/sub go/-like function and the time-varying guidance gain are studied. Simulation studies show an excellent performance of the proposed guidance law.

GPS positioning with broadcast and precise ephemerides GPS定位广播和精确星历

The precise ephemeris and space vehicle clock corrections computed routinely by the International GPS Service for Geodynamics (IGS) under the International Association of Geodesy (IAG) is accurate to less than submeter. Since the precise orbit/clock is free from selective availability (SA) errors, accurate point positioning and orbit determination can be achieved if it is done with high quality pseudorange data in a post-mission mode. In this paper we present results of two applications of the precise orbit/clock: 1) the single point positioning of a fixed site, and 2) the onboard orbit determination of the OREX (Orbiting Re-entry Experiment) spacecraft.

Reconstructing internal image of object based on resistivity and permittivity distribution 基于电阻率和介电常数分布的物体内部图像重构

This paper discusses a method for reconstructing internal resistivity and permittivity distribution from boundary potential and phase shift measurements at the electrode sensors that placed around the object. Two iterative reconstruction algorithms based on optimization of the Newton-Raphson method and finite element method were used to reconstruct the resistivity and permittivity distribution. These algorithms iteratively minimize the objective function to find the solution. To reconstruct the internal resistivity and permittivity distribution, the finite element model is constructed in complex field of resistive and capacitive medium. The reconstruction results from computer simulated data and experimental data are presented.
